After falling through the ground Ryan gets up and does a quick survey of his surroundings. They seemed to be underground.
"Where are we?" Gabrielle asked as she got up dusting dirt from her clothes.
"The Lower Chambers" Ryan said as he continued to take surveys of his environment.
The lower chambers were like the first ones. Each Trial had a lower chamber were the first generation of Adventurers took their Trials. These chambers were the original passage to the last boss chamber, but because of unknown circumstances it was buried and now a new one was made.
The lower chambers are the most dangerous parts of any trial. Once you fall into them, you can never come back up, making escaping impossible. The only option was to continue the trial from underneath. But it wasn't an easy task as due to the chambers being abandoned and untouched for decades, monsters and other unholy creatures tend to dwell there.
If it was a normal person, he would die before getting to the next door. But Ryan wasn't at all fazed by the situation that stood before him. He was determined to complete this trial by any means necessary.
Gabrielle froze in fear as soon as she heard where they were. She knew how dangerous the lower chambers were. But she suddenly regained her courage when she saw Ryan looking totally unfazed. It was like he expected this to happen.

Duration:7hours 58minutes 53secs]
When Ryan saw this notification he knew that time was running out and they had to make it to the boss chamber before the timer runs out, else they would be lost in there forever.
"We better start going" Ryan said as he led the way.
Gabrielle watched him for some seconds before following him and finally catching up to his pace.
"How do you know where to go?" Gabrielle asked looking at him with curiosity in her eyes.
"The chambers are all the same, both the old and new one, they all lead to the same place" Ryan said with slight disappointment in his tone.
Gabrielle knew that he was still angry at her for being so foward, but she couldn't confront him now. They had more important issues at hand.
Not long after they had started walking, Ryan sensed a figure following them. It wasn't clear about what this figure was. As the torches that lit up the passage way got dimmer. Ryan could feel darkness coming over him. This uneasy feeling bothered him until they got to the door of the next chamber.
Gabrielle stood back, not wanting to cause any more trouble.
When Ryan saw this he gave a slight smile towards her. His focus went back on the door as he pushed it open, making a large creaky sound irritating to the ear.
The chamber doors were like normal doors, they weighed nothing more than that of the weight of a normal door. However, once open and closed back, they can't be opened able by the same set of people.
Ryan and Gabrielle walked through the door as it closed, they continued on their pace.
Suddenly Ryan stopped for a second. He looked like he was been held captive by some invisible force. When Gabrielle saw this she got worried and asked what was wrong.
Ryan on the other hand jad a disturbed look on his face as he turned backwards staring into the darkness as if waiting for something to emerge out of it.
The reason why Ryan had stopped walking and turned back was because he still sensed that same figure following them. Ryan was concerned on how it passed through the doors without opening it.
In a Dungeon, monsters and demons were not allowed to leave their residing chambers. Ryan couldn't understand what was happening, who this figure was and why it was trailing them.
But that was the least of Ryan's worries as he noticed the figures had now multiplied, making him feel uncomfortable. He didn't know what it was as he couldn't tell if it was monsters or demons. But he could sense negative mana seeping through their bodies. He knew that they were not normal beings.
"What's wrong?" Gabrielle asked seeing Ryan being frozen looking back at where they came from.
Ryan suddenly came back to his senses as he stared at Gabrielle. He could sense the worry in her eyes. He didn't want to make her panic as she was one to lose focus whenever she panicked. And Ryan didn't want that. But he had let her know what they were up against.
"Let's just keep going, and keep your guard up, we may be expecting visitors soon" Ryan said as he continued to lead the way.
Gabrielle couldn't understand what he meant. She looked back at the direction they came from and wondered if Ryan had seen something troubling. But she quickly heeded to his advice and followed him as she kept her guard up, vigilant at every movement.
Ryan who was walking towards the fourth chamber door, kept thinking on how to battle against the unknown figures, if they were ever to show up.
Lost in his thoughts, Ryan walked through the passageway as his mind raced through different situations and solutions.
He was suddenly jolted back into reality by the sound of a low growl coming from behind them.
Ryan and Gabrielle Turner around as they prepared theirselves for battle. Ryan tried to sense if the growl came from the mysterious figures trailing them. He couldn't sense them again as he only sensed a large amount of negative mana coming towards them.
Ryan prepared to fight, but he wondered why he couldn't sense the figures energy as from before.
Before Ryan could gather his thoughts his was faced with a huge challenge in front of him.
A monstrous figure had emerged from the shadows, revealing it true form to the preys in front of it.
Ryan and Gabrielle were shocked at the figure in front of them. It stood over ten feet tall, having four legs just like a dog and three heads.
Ryan would have said that, it was just like Cyberus, a demon dog that protects the entrance of hell. But he soon discovered that it was nothing alike as the creature had dragon-like wings and a scorpion's tail.
Gabrielle brought out her sword as she made five clones of herself, each ready to attack. Ryan didn't need any type of accessory equipment, as he didn't need it.
He took his stance ready to charge forward at the creature.
