The soft glow of the moon filtered through the curtains, casting a gentle light over Yuki's room. Yuki remained nestled in Aki's arms, her head resting comfortably against his chest. His warmth enveloped her, a cocoon of comfort she wasn't willing to leave, no matter how much he teased her.
"You know," Aki began, his voice low and teasing as he played with a strand of her hair, "for someone who claims I'm so annoying, you sure seem comfortable like this."
Yuki hummed, her fingers idly tracing circles on his shirt. "Mmm, maybe I like annoying people."
Aki chuckled, the sound rumbling in his chest against her cheek. "Oh, so you like me being annoying?"
"I never said that," Yuki replied, tilting her head slightly to look up at him.
Aki raised an eyebrow, smirking. "But you didn't deny it either."
Yuki's lips twitched into a small smile, and she snuggled closer. "Maybe I just like you too much to care."
