Kaijus. They're able to traverse between realities and planes of existences. And by traverse, they physically move from reality to reality and from planes of existence to plane of existence.
However there are many ways a Kaiju can appear in a reality. Though the main way, requires a summoning ritual. Giving up one's blood and offering a catalyst allows a Kaiju to immediately appear.
The Saviours have done this many times. However not to destroy the world, but to assassinate and kill individuals who pose a threat to their goal.
Them destroying a city to make their presence known was catastrophic. Though, it oddly matches with the Shibuya Incident. The event that took the lives of numerous people and Fujiwara's friend, Kite.
Are they connected?
To them, threats like Toma, Higanbana Hikari, and Fujiwara Kane stand in their way.
However another threat had appeared and was added to their list.
He had unknowingly intervened in a previous assassination attempt by The Saviours.
The one armed man named, Asol Ansaldo, a survivor refugee that hails from a fallen world known as Dystopia.
His presence poses a threat to their plan to save the future of humanity by means of the Kaijus.
How they are going to execute this plan remains a mystery.
Eventhough they're aware of The Saviours, what will happen to them will connect two points and freeze the world to a gravitational degree.
