As Sindhya listened to the conversation, the youngest child, just 3 years old, said, "Pali remembered." Sindhya smiled and began distributing the items she had brought for the children.
Just then, Sindhya's phone rang. She saw the caller ID and answered, "Doctor Kutkutia?"
Doctor Kutkutia laughed and said, "I called you for work, not to chat." Sindhya joked, "Have you put a detective behind me?"
The doctor became serious and said, "The child you donated blood to needs a caretaker. I recommended your name." Sindhya agreed to take the job.
The next morning, Sindhya arrived at Oberoi Mansion, where many girls had gathered for the caretaker job interview. She parked her scooter and observed the luxurious surroundings.
One of the girls, dressed in a mini skirt and unbuttoned shirt, approached Sindhya and said, "Ma'am, where are you going? There's a line here." Sindhya smiled and replied, "I'm here for an interview with Mr. Oberoi."
The girl looked surprised, and Sindhya continued, "I'm not here for the job you're all applying for." The girl looked confused.
The butler arrived and escorted the girls inside for the interview. Sindhya followed, noticing the grandeur of the mansion.
Grandmother Oberoi questioned the girls and rejected them one by one, including the argumentative girl. When it was Sindhya's turn, she impressed Grandmother Oberoi with her answers.
The argumentative girl protested, "How can you reject us and hire her? She doesn't even have qualifications!" Grandmother Oberoi considered the girl's point but was impressed with Sindhya.
Just then, Ashwika ran in with her doll and called Sindhya "Mommy." Sindhya was taken aback. Ashwika tripped, and Sindhya caught her, revealing her quick reflexes and caring nature.
Grandmother Oberoi observed the interaction and smiled. Ashwin, who had been watching from afar, was surprised by Sindhya's gentle demeanor.
Ashwika's brother, Eidhansh, woke up from his nap, crying. Sindhya immediately attended to him, comforting him with her soothing voice.
Grandmother Oberoi asked Sindhya, "How would you handle two mischievous children?" Sindhya replied, "With patience and love."
Ashwin intervened, "That's enough, Mother. We've found our caretaker." The argumentative girl protested, but Grandmother Oberoi firmly said, "We've made our decision."
As the girls left, Sindhya remained, unsure what to expect. Ashwin approached her and said, "Welcome to our family, Sindhya. You'll be taking care of our children."
Sindhya nodded, still in awe of the sudden turn of events. Ashwin handed her a file with the job details and said, "You'll be provided with a room and amenities."
Ashwika clung to Sindhya, calling her "Mommy" again. Sindhya smiled and hugged her back.
Eidhansh, now calm, looked at Sindhya with curiosity. She offered him a gentle smile.
Ashwin watched the scene unfold, feeling a sense of relief wash over him.
The butler announced dinner, and the family headed to the dining room. Sindhya followed, still adjusting to her new surroundings.
As they sat down to eat, Ashwika insisted Sindhya sit beside her. Eidhansh, now comfortable with Sindhya's presence, began to chat with her.
The dinner conversation flowed smoothly, with Sindhya effortlessly engaging with the children.
After dinner, Ashwin showed Sindhya to her room, which adjoined the children's nursery.
As Sindhya settled in, she couldn't shake off the feeling that this new chapter in her life would bring unexpected challenges and surprises.
