After some time, all the servants were standing there with their heads bowed down as they couldn't find the pendant. Reema sees everyone looking dejected and accidentally bumps into Sindhya's bag, causing it to fall and the pendant to roll out. Everyone looks in that direction and sees the pendant that had fallen from Sindhya's bag.
Reema says, "Sindhya, this was with you, and you were pretending to search for it here. You're a big thief, stealing from little kids. Aren't you ashamed?"
Sindhya, enraged by Reema's accusation, retorts, "Just shut your mouth, I didn't steal anything, understand?"
As Sindhya speaks, Ashwin enters and asks, "What's happening here? Who stole something?"
Everyone looks at Sindhya, and she says, "Stop staring at me. I just arrived, and this fell from my bag. Even if I had stolen something, would I bring it here?"
Gujan Bua ignores Sindhya's explanation and tells Dadaji, "This girl seems suspicious to me. Don't believe her."
Reema agrees, "Yes, she's probably forged her medical degree too, considering she works at a small company."
Sindhya, fed up with the false accusations, says, "Enough! I came here because Idhansh needed me. Now, I'm leaving."
As Sindhya walks out, Idhansh and Ashwika rush to her, unaware of the situation. Ashwika hugs Sindhya's feet and says, "Mommy, don't go. Ashi will go with you."
Idhansh asks, "Mom, what happened? You were fine."
Sindhya reassures them, "Mommy's stomach hurts, that's all. I'll rest and be fine."
Ashwin, seeing his children's distressed faces, asks, "What's wrong, my babies?"
Ashwika sobs, "Mommy left."
Idhansh starts crying too, and Ashwin comforts them.
Reema looks surprised, and Gujan Bua whispers to Dadaji, "That girl must have cast a spell for the kids to cry like this."
Dadaji responds, "No, she didn't cast a spell. These kids just accepted her as their mommy, and she saved Idhansh's life."
Gujan Bua exclaims, "That girl is stunning; anyone would fall for her."
Ashwin feels a pang of jealousy.
Later, at 8 pm, a line of doctors waits at the mansion. Ashwin, still furious, demands, "Why hasn't my son's fever subsided? Why hasn't he woken up?"
A doctor musters courage to say, "Mr. Oberoi, your son needs his mother. He keeps calling out for her, and medicines aren't working."
Ashwin realizes, "Sindhya...".

Reema sabko aise dekhkar Sindhya ke bag se takraati hai, jisse uska bag neeche gir jata hai aur pendant bhi bahar nikal aata hai.
Sab log us taraf dekhte hai, aur pendant ko dekhte hai jo Sindhya ke bag se nikla tha.
Reema kahti hai, "Sindhya, yeh tera tha, aur tu yahaan isey dhoondhne ka natak kar rahi thi. Tu kitni badi chor hai, chote bachchon ka saman chori karti hai. Tujhe sharm nahin aati?"
Sindhya Reema ka ilzam sunkar gusse mein kahti hai, "Just shut your mouth, maine koi chori nahin ki hai, understand?"
Sindhya kahti hai, "Mujhe is tarah dekho na, main yahaan abhi-abhi aayi hoon, aur yeh mere bag se kaise nikla? Main kuchh bhi churaati to apne ghar rakhti, yahaan lekar nahin aati."
Gujan Bua Sindhya ki baat ko ignore karke Dadaji se kahti hai, "Yeh ladki mujhe shurua se hi ajeeb lag rahi hai. Aap uski baat ko sahi nahin maan sakte."
Reema bhi Gujan Bua ki haan mein haan milati hai, "Sahi kaha, yeh ladki to medical ki degree mein bhi fraud kar rahi hogi."
Sindhya apne bare mein itne jhooth ilzam sunkar gusse mein kahti hai, "Bas bahut hua, main yahaan se ja rahi hoon."
Yeh kahkar Sindhya apna bag uthati hai aur waha se nikal jati hai.
Sindhya main door hi ja rahi thi ki Idhansh aur Ashwika waha aa jate hai.
Ashwika Sindhya ke pairon se lipatkar kahti hai, "Mummy, Ashi bhi aapke saath jaayegi."
Idhansh puchhta hai, "Mummy, kya hua? Aap theek toh hai na?"
Sindhya unhe reassures karti hai, "Mummy ke pet mein dard ho raha hai, bas rest karungi aur theek ho jaungi."
Ashwin apne bachchon ko rote hue dekhta hai aur puchhta hai, "Kya hua, mere bachche?"
Ashwika rote hue kahti hai, "Mummy chali gayi."
Idhansh bhi rone lagta hai, aur Ashwin unhe comfort karta hai.
Reema hairan ho jati hai, aur Gujan Bua Dadaji se kahti hai, "Yeh ladki to koi jaadu karke gayi hai, jo bachche iske naam lekar ro rahe hai."
Dadaji kahta hai, "Nahin, yeh ladki ne koi jaadu nahin kiya hai. Yeh bachche usse apni mummy maante hai."
Gujan Bua kahti hai, "Yeh ladki kitni sundar hai, koi bhi usse mohit ho jaye."
Ashwin ko thodi jaln mahsoos hoti hai.
