"Phoo." Letting out a breath, Jake opened his eyes and stepped forward. Slashing the sword upward, felt totally different from using the stretching pole. Jake's eyes widened before he immediately used the momentum to slash to the side. With a swishing motion, it slid through the air. Finally, the last part was the hardest as he had to use the energy to curve the blade up and send it down.
The blade was very heavy compared to the pipe, and Jake unknowingly used all of his strength making the weight distribution very uneven. Failing to control the blade, it couldn't come down in a downward slash and pulled Jake forward. Hitting the ground, the blade fell out of his hands as it hit the ground.
"Dang, and I thought that one would be different. With the correct sword, it was starting to feel right, but he still couldn't control it well enough which made it end in failure. Picking up the sword again, he refreshed his memory and slashed again. This time was a little better, but he still lost control at the end. It was just like his footwork that failed the other day, it was the last step that threw him off.
"Man, I can't get anywhere if I can barely hold this thing." Holding up the sword, he was starting to feel a little sore from swinging it around. "It seems instead of my sword workouts with the pipe, I will have to do them with this." Slashing it down, Jake felt that this was the right call.
Thus, for the next while, all he did was slash his sword. As to get all movements, he did up, down, left, and right. It all coincidently lined up with the regiment that Chad suggested. Sitting on the ground, Jake's arms felt dead. He expected that it would take a long time to build up strength, but this felt kind of impossible. Especially when he recalled the Gale Storm Sword.
Sighing, he checked the clock and realized it would soon be work. Eating a heavy meal, he dashed to work on a full stomach.
Once there, all he could do was strengthen his grip and replay the Gale Storm Sword memory. Soon though it ended up with him just mindlessly staring at the screen as he had watched it too many times. This ended up leaving him completely unfocused and surprised when he heard a customer come in.
With that, work came to an end. He was still energetic but with the boring day, he began to grow tired. However, the thought of running the ten miles killed him. Because he ran some earlier for his workout, he only had eight miles left, but even that was very daunting. It would most definitely take him multiple hours. "Will I even be able to finish it before the end of the day?" Yawning, Jake sighed. Hearing familiar heels, he looked up to see Joana walking in.
He could only briefly wave as he began to feel tired. She also nodded and went into the changing room. After which she left and he went in. Thinking about the new item he got, Jake's energy slowly came back.
"Should I perhaps try it now?" Thinking about the magnifying glass, he gulped hard. He was currently in the back rooms, and Joana had just finished changing in here. He could even smell the slight perfume of daisies.
Pulling out a little magnifying glass from his bag, he examined it. It was about the size of his eye and had a button and a slider on the side. Assuming that the button was the power button, he clicked it. When he did, the glass became a light purple as the scene started to change. Peering through the glass, he used the slider as he started to see the scene change. In it, he saw himself as he looked through his bag. "Haha, it actually works!" He watched as he pulled out the magnifying glass, in which after it was turned on, the vision stopped.
What made it so unique was that he could move around and get different angles of the event. When he thought about Joana who was previously here, he slowly rewound the magnifying glass. Soon, he watched as the door opened and Joana walked out. Rewinding further he had a quick glance at her undressing before he got to the very start.
Now, she was walking into the room and putting her stuff in the locker. Jake walked around as he tried messing with the hologram but of course, nothing happened. He slowly watched as Joana undressed, he felt as if she was stripping just for him. In his view, her big butt shook as she took off her shorts, and they actually became a little stuck as her jeans were a little tight.
Jake appreciated that scene so much that he actually rewound it and watched it from a different angle making him very excited. He now had a real close look at her stomach, which had a faint bruising, but he saw her neck as it contrasted with her pale and tan skin. Jake watched carefully as she took off her tight t-shirt as her boobs moved with her shirt. As it came off, her boobs did a little shake as if gaining gravity to them again. Soon though, he had finished the full scene. Clicking the button on the magnifying glass, he sighed in content. If he wasn't in the store, he would've given his little brother some excitement.
But even he was too ashamed to do such a thing. Adjusting his pants, he walked out of the room and said bye to Joana. Walking outside, he sighed, "I guess I will force myself to run those eight miles. Or, at least get as far as I can." With the stat multiplier, he felt an obligation to work as hard as he could. And with the heat and excitement from the special first-person showing, Jake was no longer as sleepy.
