"Hey, I wanna ask you something." Alice said. "That day I stumbled on the red gate, the day I first heard your voice, can you tell me what exactly happened?"
Leo went silent for a while and Alice did not rush it. She waited for him to respond, hoping he wouldn't brush it away as information that she wasn't strong enough to listen to.
It still confused her how the agency was so convinced that she was an S-class awakened just from the video they watched of her and the red gate.
She didn't remember doing anything but killing the three-eyed red wolf, barely able to, in fact, and then watching the gate fade away.
She could still remember how pissed and disappointed she was but she couldn't help but feel that something else happened there.
At least, that was what they were all convinced by.
