Natalie's cheeks flushed red as Sebastian complimented her. Rachael who was at a corner close to them, witnessed the kiss.
"That scum bag! He's trying to fool Natalie again." She balled her fists in complete annoyance as she continued watching them.
"Have a nice day." Sebastian pecked Natalie's cheeks.
Natalie nodded. "Thanks, you too." She replied him and stepped down. Sebastian's smirk followed her as she made her way in.
Rachael saw this and she knew he had another motive towards her friend. She decided to warn Natalie against letting her guard down.
"I saw Sebastian drop you off." Rachael said and Natalie nodded with a smile.
"Yes, he did."
Rachael noticed he was trying to buy back her love and Natalie too was falling.
"Don't be too ignorant, Nat. Sebastian's sudden care should be questioned." Rachael said with a frown.
"Rach, don't worry. I won't let him make a fool out of me once more. He's doing things that amazes me, he brought me breakfast in bed and drove me to work too, it's unlike him. I'm performing my observations on him." Natalie said.
Rachael's frown deepened. She was sure Sebastian has something up his sleeves and Natalie shouldn't be careless again.
"Weren't you planning to move into a new apartment?" She asked her. "Don't tell me you've changed your mind."
Natalie had planned on vacating Sebastian's house and had secured a new house but the agent had called and informed her that it has been sold to someone else.
"My plans are still the same and once I get an apartment I'd be moving out."
"Tell me, Natalie. Are you sure he didn't force you to stay back?"
Rachael was really concerned about her friend's wellbeing and the longer she stays with Sebastian, the more dangerous it becomes.
He is a very dangerous man and Rachael has her reasons for being overcautious.
"Chill Rach, there's no such thing." Natalie assured her.
For the past three days now, Sebastian had been a good husband and also maintained masking his intentions towards Natalie. He would bring her gifts, make meals and show her much care and now she was slowly believing him.
Today, coming back from work, he bought her a diamond necklace. It looked very expensive and Natalie was unsure about accepting it.
"Seb, don't you think this is too expensive?" Natalie asked him.
He shook his head. "Nothing is too expensive for a queen like you." He took it from her and wore it around her neck.
"See it fits you perfectly."
She checked it out and indeed it really looked good on her. With a smile, she thanked him. Sebastian noticed the reluctance in her voice and he already knew she still had doubts about him.
His countenance changed and he feigned sadness.
"What's wrong?" Seeing the unhappy look on his face, Natalie asked.
"Do you still doubt my love for you, Natalie? Don't you love me anymore?" He asked with a frown.
Natalie felt guilty, she should have been convinced that Sebastian was now a changed man. His attitude towards her showed he wasn't a bad husband anymore. After all, he had apologized to her and was even remorseful about his actions.
"I….do believe you Sebastian." She said and he hugged her.
"I really love you Natalie. From now on, I promise not to change. I would be a good husband to you, for ever."
With passion, Natalie tightened the hug between them with tears streaming down her face. Finally, her days of torment were over!
As if he was reading her thoughts, Sebastian said in his mind with a sinister smile on his face. 'Your pains have just started, Natalie.'
"Where would you like to go? We should have fun." Sebastian inquired, breaking from the embrace.
Natalie was delighted, she was so excited that Sebastian had asked her out on a date. This is her husband! This is her real Sebastian!
"Let's go grab some chocolates, baby."

KALOYAN'S OFFICE
"Any update?" Kaloyan asked his friend eagerly.
"Yeah, I found out something about Sebastian. He's involved in money laundering and some illegal shipping. Besides he has an underground organisation apart from the 'SCL' we all know." Travis handed over a file to Kaloyan who took a close look at it.
"Those are the cryptic receipts for his shady deals. The transaction history is all there."
Blake looked up with a smile. He was happy he'd be bringing Sebastian down and then Natalie would be free from him. "Great job, Travis. Next, we have to track down the location of his underground organisation. What do you think?"
Travis nodded in agreement. "Sure, I'll invite someone tomorrow. She'll help us with that."
Kaloyan nodded, "Thanks man. Now we can….".
He was about speaking when his phone began to rang. He let out a sigh, seeing the caller ID. With a sigh and a deadpan expression, he picked up the call.
"Hello mom…."
"Come to the house right away."
"Mom, you should know I'm a busy man and I can't just…."
"You rascal!" She interrupted him. "Will you shut the heck up and do as you're told? I'd be expecting you and you wouldn't dare to disobey."
And, the line went blank..
"Mom...I…. Are you there? Hello…" Kaloyan kept talking but he got no reply, he looked at his phone and realised the call had been disconnected.
"Shit!" He cursed, balling his fists. Seeing the angry look on Kaloyan's face, Travis couldn't contain his laughter and bursted out.
"Seems someone is getting scolded again…." He teased.
Kaloyan casted a glare at him. "Can you just zip up?"
"Bro, my mouth is for speaking." Travis shrugged.
Kaloyan shook his head and picked up his briefcase. "I have to leave before I end up crushing your bones." He said, before walking out while Travis ran after him.
~~~
Kaloyan's Mercedes Benz pulled up in front of a breathtakingly beautiful estate, where his Mom, Emilia Thompson and his little annoying brother stays.
The mansion boasts a soft, creamy stone exterior with intricate carvings and as Kaloyan opened the door it revealed a large living room, soaring ceilings with exposed beams and sumptuously elegant interiors featuring rich hardwood, floors, crystal chandeliers and expensive windows that frame breathtaking views of the lush emerald gardens outside the house, creating a serene and luxurious haven of warmth, sophistication and refinement.
As he stepped in, the first person he saw was Alexander, who chose to ignore him without saying a greeting. He just adjusted his headphone and sings out the music he was listening to: Chris Brown's, Under the Influence.
".....bring it over to my place, don't know what you did, did to me, your body language speaks to me."
With a cold expression, he walks closer to him and removed the headphone from his ear, tossing it on the chair.
"Kaloyan, there you go again. The atmosphere's always cool until you show up. Gosh...can I just do without you?" Alexander rolled his eyes at him.
Kaloyan took him by the arm and twisted it backwards.
"Argh, let go of me! Mom! Mom! Kaloyan is bullying me again!" He called out to Emilia who came rushing downstairs. She's a lady in her mid sixties and despite being old, she still looks pretty and much younger.
Alexander was her last child, and late Gabrielle was his elder sister. He's a sixteen year old boy in highschool and being the last son, he's Emilia's favourite and gets a lot of pampering from her.
"You scum bag!" She snatched Alexander from Kaloyan and he stood confidently behind her.
Kaloyan folded his arm, looking away. "Mom, Alexander needs more morals. He's so mannerless and such a basket mouth." He remarked.
Emilia slapped him on the arm but he looked undisturbed. "Did you call me here to get beaten?" He asked, his gaze finally settled on her.
Emilia cackled and hit him once again. "See you've grown so stubborn that you're not even affected by my discipline."
Kaloyan heaved a sigh, folding his arms. "Mom, can you just tell me why you summoned me here? I had a very busy day at work and I have to rest."
"Everyone had a busy day too and it's not only you who's stressed out." Alexander chirped in.
Kaloyan rubbed his temples, obvious getting frustrated. He gave Alexander an eye roll, making him cling more to Emilia, fearing that Kaloyan might hit him again.
"Can you just tell your right-hand man to be quiet? He's just so spoilt and rotten!"
Alexander frowned. "Mom, he just called me rotten!" He pointed at Kaloyan who shook his head, he was starting to get tired of his lousy brother.
"Chill Xander, I'll take it from here." Emilia patted his shoulders and faced Kaloyan, hitting him again. "Did I call you here to insult my son? Have some shame, Kaloyan. He's your younger brother."
A smile appeared on Alexander's face as he saw his mother take sides with him and Kaloyan was being scolded instead.
Emilia unlocked her phone and a picture of a very stunning lady came into view. Alexander saw it and quickly recognised her.
"Danica Jenkins?!" He widened his brow in surprise and couldn't help but stare at the picture gracefully.
Kaloyan felt a hint of familiarity in her name and when he took the phone from his mother, he was shocked beyond measure.
It was really Danica, his ex girlfriend but his family doesn't know about their relationship then, she broke up with him when he was facing some crisis back then, claiming she doesn't want anything to taint her career as a famous actress.
Emilia misunderstood the shocked expression on her son's face and assumed he was stunned by Danica's charming beauty.
She spoke further, "She's so pretty, isn't?"
"What do I have to do with her?" Kaloyan asked, he was already getting irritated but Emilia's next words made him more angrier.
"You and Danica are getting married."
