In the dark, a faint light guided Hades on his journey to freedom. As he emerged from the eternal darkness, Nyx spoke, "Erebus, Hades has freed himself from fate's shackles. Should we give him what rightfully belongs to him?"
Erebus shook his head. "Let's not rush. This is a test for Hades, much like it was for our children. If he cannot pass it, he's better off facing the end of his destiny."
Nyx smiled. "Indeed."
"Then let us observe quietly," Erebus said.
As the two Primordial gods merged back into the shadows, Hades followed the light and stepped into a vast valley.
"Hades?"
"That's right!"
"Kill him!"
The moment he stepped out, three Titan gods, searching for something, spotted him and charged forward. Hades merely glanced at them; death enveloped the three Titans. Their bodies decayed, their souls faded, until nothing remained.
He paid little mind to these fallen Titans. It was expected that he would be hunted after escaping the Titan Temple. Staying there would have invited the wrath of the Twelve Titan Gods.
Feeling the magic star's guidance, Hades noticed a dark purple light emerging, leading him skyward.
He soared into the sky, and as he ascended, more Titan gods arrived, drawn by the remnants of death. They sensed Hades' presence and began their pursuit.
This world was not the future Earth; it was divided into four realms: the Earth, the Sky, the Sea, and Underworld. Each governed by Cronus, the Titan king.
Its size was unimaginable an expanse beyond words, crafted by the Primordial gods and ruled by the Titan king. Even for Hades, flying through it took centuries.
After a thousand years, Hades finally glimpsed the darkness that marked the boundary between the heavens and the starry sky.
Stars twinkled in the vast expanse, each holding immense divine power. On these stars, gods were born each a Titan loyal to Cronus. The number of these Titans was staggering, numbering in the tens of millions.
Yet, the Titan gods of the stars were relatively weak. Hades concealed himself, approaching the edge where the heavens met the starry expanse, still feeling the pull of the magic star.
The dark purple light reappeared, shimmering in the depths of the starry sky.
Chaos.
This chaotic starry sky was a remnant of the primordial void, birthed by the very essence of creation itself. Though it was not a place for common gods, Hades pressed onward, knowing the necessity of the magic stars.
As he ventured deeper into the chaotic starry sky, Hades felt the strain on his divine power, yet he pressed on, fully aware of the significance of his journey.
Finally, he entered a dark purple starry sky, where the dark purple light vanished, returning everything to its previous state.
"Magic stars," he breathed.
Before him lay countless stars, each radiating dark purple light. The sheer number of these magic stars was staggering, though many had already consumed one another over time, showcasing their terrifying devouring power.
Ultimately, only 108 magic stars remained 36 in the Tiangang and 72 in the Disha. Hades was their destined master, and from the moment they sensed his consciousness, the magic stars began to guide him.
In this starry expanse, Hades felt his divine power regenerating with each breath he took.
After recovering, Hades pondered, "Poseidon, Zeus, and I are destined to be the next three god kings. I was born with a magic star, but what about Poseidon and Zeus? What treasures of destiny were they given?"
Curiosity stirred within him. What gifts did the other two protagonists possess from birth?
