Quirk: Harmonic Resonance

Sound Absorption: Victor can absorb sound waves giving him superhuman hearing and can manipulate sound waves in various ways.

Astral Energy Conversion: Instead of directly using it, Victor can instead choose to convert the absorbed sound into what he calls 'Astral Energy' and store it in his body. He can convert it into powerful energy blasts. Channelling it through him boosts his body to superhuman levels and he can also layer it on his body like armour. Eventually, he gains the power to code the energy into specific forms when in his Second Tempo (e.g. thermal energy blasts)

Telekinesis: Victor's energy can also be used to manipulate objects at a distance, allowing him to move, levitate, or even crush things without touching them via his astral energy

Flight: He can levitate and fly by propelling himself through the air with precise use of his telekinesis and boost his speed with controlled blasts of energy.

Weather Manipulation: Victor can alter the weather but it takes considerable effort to do so and usually happens unconditionally in moments of intense anger.

Emotional Amplification: Victor's powers are tied to his emotions, which means that when he is particularly upset, angry, or distressed, his powers can become more powerful but harder to control.

White Violin Mode: There are 3 different levels (they do not stack)

 First Tempo- 2x multiplier to all abilities

 Second Tempo- 5x multiplier to all abilities, can 'code' his astral energy into different forms

 Third Tempo- 10x multiplier, 'Astral Coding' and access to the 'Final Note', a beam of condensed energy with a long charge up time and requires vast amounts of energy to power it but has the power to eradicate the Earth.
