The rain was pouring non-stop, and it would never stop, thunder was cracking in the
background and the clouds were frowning upon Zarok's plan.
"Let us kidnap the royal Lumin family," Zarok said, menacingly. That was his plan! His master
plan was kidnapping the royal family of Lumin, kidnapping the Lucianis household.
Morvanna chuckled slightly, "Kidnap? And do what? Honey, I am with you, every step of the
way but I don't see how this will help us." Morvanna said with confusion but also entitlement,
almost like she was smarter than Zarok. Zarok rubbed his nose bridge before continuing,
"Woman, can't you see? We will charge a ransom," Zarok said,
"How much?" Morvanna said with excitement beginning to pump through her blood,
"10..." Zarok said while looking out the window,
"10 million Aureli! That should sustain our kingdom for the foreseeable future!" Morvanna
shouted with the excitement that was being piled up inside of her finally bursting.
Zarok chuckled lightly, "Oh no, we aren't using Aureleum, we are using Diametron. 10,000
Diametra for the royal family, seems like a fair price, no?" Zarok asked with a totally serious
face.
Morvanna dropped to her knees and started laughing,
"My lord, ha-ha-ha, you're a genius! 1,000,000 Aureli will sustain our kingdom for generations,
let's do it!" Morvanna shouted out.
Aelion landed safely on the ground and made strong vines wrap around the elephant so he
wouldn't fly away or run away. He then used his elemental power of nature to clear the lake or
river of any impurities and invited the team to drink.
"That was one hell of a ride, let's rest for a bit and hunt, we lost all of our food." Aelion said, "All
thanks to you guys," He added under his breath.
"What was that?" Elara asked him menacingly whilst holding a wind arrow to his neck,
"N...Nothing!" He replied, "Please, just go hunt for some food, for us and the elephant. He likes
to eat one Rabbit Hippo, find me one." Aelion commanded. The squad then split up and went
hunting.
"Grrrrrrr" The beast growled behind Edward, "RAH!" The beast then pounced on Edward,
scratching his right eye, blinding him essentially. Edward's staff was sent flying and landed in a
large puddle that led to the river or lake. The beast started biting and scratching Edward but
Edward remained calm.
Edward then tucked his body, this allowed for the beast to pick him up. After it picked him up,
Edward then built a giant windball that surrounded his body,
"Total... EXPULSION!" Edward then released that big ball of concentrated wind, it was luckily a
rabbit hippo. The Rabbit hippo smashed into the ground with such force that it sent a
shockwave around the whole forest which alerted Elara and Aelion and it made an extreme
crater
"What the hell was that?" Aelion asked.
"I don't know but it sounded like it came from that direction, let's go check it out," Elara replied.
The sun was shining as bright as it ever did and the clouds were driven away by the western
winds, the rain was yet to arrive and the heat was not unbearable, it was all... perfect. Aelion
and Elara rushed there using their elements but it still took a good 5 minutes to arrive.
In the meanwhile, Edward was not done, he went to the now dying Rabbit hippo and scratched
its left eye which also blinded it,
"Now, we're even," He then wrapped a layer of concentrated wind around his staff and sliced
the Rabbit hippo's head off. He then collapsed because he was way too tired and injured to stay
awake let alone carry a carcass for 5 minutes. Luckily, Elara and Aelion arrived just on time.
"Edward!" Aelion screamed, he moved closer and got on his knees, and started slapping him,
"Wake up man! WAKE UP!" Aelion screamed with worry infiltrating his voice, Elara on the other
hand, was standing away from the scene, disappointed that her twin was so weak.
Edward then suddenly flew into the sky and landed slowly, "Ha! Got you! You fell for it!" Edward
wasn't tired, sure his eye was essentially mauled out of his skull, but hell, he could've
beaten that beast with one hit, he just wanted to have fun!
"What... the actual f... You are one hell of a prankster, Prince," Aelion said with a frustrated tone,
"Hey, hey! Cheer up man, it was just a joke," Edward said, "A joke? We are stranded in the
middle of nowhere with no food for ourselves and our elephant! This is not the time for
stupid jokes, Edward!" Aelion replied shouting with frustration. Edward simply pointed at the
dead beast and Aelion quickly moved to collect it out of embarrassment. He turned his back to
the beast, shot out 10 vines from his back, and wrapped them around the beast, he then started
dragging the beast. With the help of Elara and Edward, he dragged the beast to the elephant
and fed it to him and Aelion wrapped a durable, grass-made eyepatch around Edward's eye
and he wrapped all his wounds with that same material. They then rested for a while, sweat
dripping from all of their foreheads and their breath being fast. They were tired, anyone would
after carrying a 5-ton beast for 5 whole minutes. About an hour passed and they set off hunting
again, this time they were all together.
"So, If I have a kid that's a girl, I will call her Elena, no Marta, actually no, I'll call her
Labeeqaure, that is a cool name because it-" Elara was going on about what seemed like
nothing,
"Shh, shh. Look, it is a great Chiclon (Merge of Lion and Chicken), it is so big and majestic."
Edward spotted a great beast that was rumored to be able to last for an entire week!
"Elara, shoot it with an arrow, a sharp one. Then, Aelion will wrap it up in vines and I will deliver
the final blow." Edward said, preparing the squad. "Now!" Elara then fired an arrow which struck
the beast in its stomach. Aelion quickly shot out vines from his hands and raised some from
the ground which left the beast disabled, Edward leaped in the sky and then went straight for
the kill as a bullet, he aligned himself with his staff, in a streamlined shape, and covered
himself, along with the staff, in a concentrated wind coat,
"Piercing of Windirus!" Edward screamed before finally piercing the beast and going straight
through it. He hit a tree on his way. The beast had no chance of survival and it just died.
(Writer's notice: Windirus is a play on the words 'wind' and 'air'. Windirus himself is the God of
wind.)
The squad carried the beast, cooked it, and ate. They left some for the flight and they went back
into the sky.
Thorne, who is he, why is he... what is he? These are questions that the mischievous Goblin
heir would ask himself. He would never get attention from any of his parents or siblings,
besides his youngest brother, Draven. This lack of attention and care made him into a
depressed little boy who did horrific things to the kingdom. He would go and rob stores for no
reason, beat up boys his age for no reason, graffiti the roads for no reason and he just had bad
behavior in general. If anyone, and I mean ANYONE, tried to disobey him or turn him down, he
would kill them. He didn't get attention from his parents which angered him and when the public
tried to ignore him, he would simply kill them. This is the main reason as to why he was
mischievous, he just wanted someone to look at him, and notice his existence. Sure, he didn't do it
in the best way but what other choice did he have? Thorne was taking a casual walk throughout
the palace and he overheard a conversation between his younger sister, Zarmina, and his
mother, Morvanna,
"Mother, please let me be the heir to the throne!" Zarmina said.
"Silly child! Can't you see I'm trying to do my makeup? Leave me alone, you horrendous
smuggleface!" Morvanna replied. Morvanna was evil and hateful to all of her children, not just
Thorne. All she ever cared about was her makeup looking good for the king, she was a Goblin!
Goblins could never look beautiful even if their life depended on it, she didn't know that of
course, and just did her 'make up' instead of loving and nurturing her children!
"But Mom, Thorne has that ridiculous little element that burns his arm when he uses it and
wields a staff! I have the incredible power of electricity and wield a hammer! Mother, please
consider this." Oh, and Zarmina was one tough shell to break. No insult could ever turn her
down from evil. Even if her mother did care for her, she would not change. She wanted all the
attention, she wanted the attention of the whole world to be siphoned into her. That's the
reason she wanted to be Queen, so she could have all the attention of Umbra.
"Oh sweet Zephyrus give me patience! Child, Thorne has the power of the Gods, no one in the
whole of Umbra has his element, he is the destined king. That's what your father says, I don't
care, but no, you cannot be Queen now and you cannot be a Queen ever! Now scatter child!"
Morvanna simply just said what Zarok would always say about Thorne. Thorne did have an
incredible power, the element of Pure Energy. This is the normal Element for Gods (they can
still utilize other elements just fine,) and if a human were to obtain it, a Goddess would have to
have sex with a human man (or vice versa), and the offspring would have a normal human
element (from his human side) and pure energy (from the God's side). However, if a human
gets Pure energy without a God/Goddess being involved, then it is a gift from a God or
Goddess, and it means that the person is destined for greatness.
Zarmina then walked straight out the door and didn't even notice Thorne who was leaning
against the wall with a brimroot in between his teeth, smoking it. Thorne did have a
disadvantage of course, he cannot control his element unless his soul is pure, or, when he is in
grave danger, and when he accidentally uses it, his arm, or other limbs that ejected it, will burn.
Not too severely, but enough to render that limb useless for about 2 days.
The squad was in the air, about 13 miles away. They made quick pit stops here and there to
eat, drink, wash, and whatnot. As they were flying, a sudden beam of fire was shot at them, it
was knights, they were in charge of guarding the mountain and the area 15 miles surrounding it.
When they saw a massive flying elephant in the sky, they were alerted and fired immediately.
"Oh no! We're gonna die! We are going to di-" Elara shouted before being cut off by Aelion,
"Edward! Go down there and tell them our status, I will do circles until your return." Aelion said
calmly yet panicked at the same time.
"But we are so high up! If I slowly descend with my tornado, it will take 2 minutes and they will
surely shoot me down!" Edward shouted, contradicting Aelion.
"Jump and make a wind turbine before you land, that should slow you down. Better yet, glide.
Do something or else we're going to die!" Aelion shouted, progressively getting louder.
Edward then jumped and glided. The knights started shooting fireballs in his direction and
he was screaming that he was no threat, but that was not enough! If he continued to glide, he
would've been shot down and died. So, he took a leap of faith and aligned himself with the staff
in a streamlined shape and surrounded himself, along with the staff, in a concentrated wind
coat. He was heading for the ground and right before he landed, he created a wind turbine
which countered the incredible speed and slowed him down to the point where his body didn't
splatter. He then took off the scarf and showed his face to the knights. The knights immediately
recognized that handsome, charming, and jubilant face as the face of the Heir and bowed down
instantly. They then begged for forgiveness and kissed his boots.
"Arise," Edward said calmly. The knights arose.
"Let us pass, we are simply climbing the mountain," Edward added.
"Your majesty, this area is restricted for it is not safe, not even for us." One of the knights said
with sweat dripping down.
"Oh please, I am Prince Edward Lucianis, son of King Velentinus Lucianis and Queen
Seraphina Lucianis, I will not die." Edward said confidently whilst chuckling.
"But is-" The other guard tried to say but was tapped by another guard to tell him to allow the
prince to pass.
"Thank you, gentlemen," Edward said before using the vortex technique repeatedly to reach the
elephant. The squad then went on their way.
