As tough as some...well, a decent amount of my 20s were, I wouldn't change much if any of it if given the opportunity, you know?
Our experiences tend make up a good portion of who we are as individuals, and I kinda like myself lol.
The majority of the time, that is.
I mean, we all have our days.
My life was constantly in a flux in those days, and although this wasn't necessarily new to me, I had grown up in foster care for the most part, so I had really hoped that and expected my adult life to have a bit more...stability.
Sheesh.
But then again, life can very well be what WE make of it, you know?
I will leave you with that.
Enjoy.

Journal #029.

It's been a very good day!
I met a new person today.
XXXXX she goes by.
She is a left-handed Leo!
She is super cool, and down to Earth and I feel torn between her and XXXXX...
It sucks because I really like them both.
Well, god gives us these things for a reason, so I will wait and see what he has in plans for me.
I'm patient.
I do want love with time, but I can and will wait.
That is gods will I believe. So I will do it.
Thank you god for the clarity you have granted me.

So, the first "XXXXX" -if my memories serve me well- was an intern that I had met while I was working for the Boys & Girls Club.
She had long blond hair, striking blue-green eyes, and enough charisma to smirk me out of my skibbies had she wanted to.
Lort, have merbies.
On top of that, her primary mode of transportation was a unicycle!
She was a junior at our local college, and I was very much attracted to her mentally more so than anything else.
I had asked her to join me for lunch or even brunch, had she the time.
I can tell you now that she was probably just being kind to my face lol.
Such is life.
-The second "XXXXX" would have been my partner at the orgy that I had attended lol.
The one who shared a name with my recent ex. I will call her "W.N" as she was White versus the first (said ex) being Black or African American.
Both of their names started with an "N" that's all that you all will get out of me dammit lol.
-Lastly, I was raised Baptist before my family converted to Pentecostal, so I was not always the most religion-bound so to speak, but I was quite spiritual.
I am this way to this day, you know?
I live and let live.
Believe what I do, and let others believe as they will.
As we all should!
Just as long as your beliefs aren't hurting anyone, have at it!
I will see you all soon, I hope.
Till then, safe travels folks.
-Redd.
