Hee Jin cleared her throat and tried once more. "Sir, please, tell us your name."
They waited in tense silence. Just as Hee Jin was about to lose her patience, the blonde man shifted. The officers sprang to their feet, ready for anything, but he simply adjusted his posture and stared at her, shaking his head.
Hee Jin's eyes widened in surprise. "You don't know your name?" she asked, incredulous.
The truth was, the blonde man didn't know who he was. But more importantly, he couldn't understand what she was saying. He shook his head again, remaining silent.
Lee Sung threw his hands up in frustration. "Oh, this is great! How could a grown man not know his own name?" He was convinced the man was lying.
...
I stared at the woman in front of me, trying to find a way to communicate. How could I make her understand? Clearly we were both having a difficult time to understand one another, but i still had fo try.
Then, it hit me.
...
The blonde man leaned forward, his dark eyes locking onto Hee Jin's. He moved his arms deliberately, gesturing in a way that suggested he didn't understand. At first, the officers were puzzled, exchanging confused glances.
Hee Jin frowned, trying to decipher his movements. "What is he doing?" she muttered.
Lee Sung's eyes suddenly lit up with realization. "Wait a minute," he exclaimed. "He doesn't understand us! He's trying to tell us he doesn't speak our language!"
Hee Jin's eyes widened as the pieces fell into place. "Of course," she said, nodding. "That explains everything."
The blonde man nodded vigorously, relieved that they were finally starting to understand. Hee Jin turned to Lee Sung. "We need a translator. Now."
Lee Sung told one of his own colleagues to find someone who could help, while Hee Jin and himself stayed with the blonde man, with Hee Jin offering a reassuring smile to the blonde man, whom clearly, pissed LeeSung off "We'll figure this out," she said softly. "Just hang in there."
Hee Jin leaned in, her voice gentle but firm. "Can you tell us what language you speak?" she asked, hoping he would understand at least that much.
The blonde man only stared at her, clearly not understanding a word she just said, and struggling to comprehend. Hee Jin sighed and turned to Lee Sung. "We need a translator, now."
Lee Sung nodded and sigh before he hurried off to find someone who could help. Meanwhile, Hee Jin stayed with the blonde man, trying to keep him calm. "It's okay," she said softly. "We'll get someone who can understand you."
A few tense minutes later, Lee Sung returned with a translator in tow. Hee Jin signaled the translator to start speaking with a wave of her hand.
The man looked at her, then at the translator who had just arrived. The translator hesitated, studying the shirtless man as he tried to figure out which nation he came from, but his face, resembled nonbon this planet earth, he was just too extra ordinary beautiful where no one can be compared to him, though he did look like a human, but he didn't resemble the people of any nation on this planet earrth, maybe one's he had never heard off, but nkt wanting to be seen useless, he began to talk.
....
I could tell that the woman was assuring me all will be fine without understanding a word she said after they understood my hand gestures, I clearly believed her and waited for what was going to happen next.
Then this weird looking man arrived and stared at me, from his first glance I could tell he was shocked to see me, but I cared less and waited to see why he was here.
Then they communicated with one another exchanging glances before the guy sigh and stared back at me. I could see he was studying me, but I could read him like a book. He was trying to figure out who i was and yet he didn't know as his brows furrows before he cleared his throat acting like he figured it out... I wanted to smirk but kept my composure together.... then he started talking, now it was my turn to look at him with furrowed brows as I couldn't understand a word he said, I looked at the others and they too didn't understand him like myself.
What was these people trying to do? I thought they were gonna solve my problem but instead, they brought more problems, another guy who made no sense to me or to them.....fools
....
The blonde man listened intently, his expression shifting from confusion to realization.
When they saw his realization eyes, they thought he finally understood them and the translator figured him out, they were about to rejoice when he did something which brought them all back to square one.
He spoke. His voice manly but non understood the language. As none of them recognized it.
They all shifted their eyes to the translator but even the translator's eyes widened in shock. He turned to Hee Jin and Lee Sung, shaking his head. "I .... I don't know this language," he said, bewildered. "I've never heard anything like it."
Hee Jin and Lee Sung exchanged worried glances. "Are you sure?" Hee Jin asked.
The translator nodded. "Yes, I'm sure. Trust me when i tell you that I've learnt all languages on this planet earth and that's why by the way am here, so when i say i don't this language means that I've never heard of it before and and this particular language... doesn't belong on Earth."
They all looked at him with the looks which clearly said " What the hell?" Except for the blonde man sitting emotionless as he stared at the group of people trying to figure out who he was but with no luck.
Thus the room fell in utter silence as they all tried to process this revelation. With the blonde man looking at them, sensing their confusion and concern, yet remained unfazed. Hee Jin stepped forward, her voice gentle, as he stared at him. "We'll figure this out," she repeated. "Just hang in there."
Lee Sung sighed, running a hand through his hair. "What do we do now?" he asked.
Then, Hee Jin suddenly figured our something.
She turned to Lee Sung and told him " Lee Sung, you saw hiw he fought back there right?"
"Saw? I experienced it!!! But why though?" Lee Sung asked not sure where Hee Jin was heading with this.
Hee jin stood and showed the bent metal bars which were supposed to be unbendable. " And look at what he did here?"
She asked once more.
Lee Sung sprung out of the table and stared at Hee jin " Wait wait wait.." he chuckles nervously as he asked " You can't possibly mean what I think you're trying to mean?"
Hee jin rolled her eyes and turn to the translator " you said that language didn't belong on Earth...right?!!"
The translator looked nervously at her and answered " Yes... I think so"
"Huh!" She laughed not believing what her theories were leading to adding all these events together. She held her head as she stared at the handsome figure infront of her.
"You...." she called out then remembered he couldn't understand her.
Lee Sung turned Hee Jin to him and asked " So you're telling me that... that this man is an alien?!!!! Like superman ... or something?!!!!"
Hee jin was about to answer him, but before she could, the blonde man sprung out of his seat and walked away heading towards outside.
" stop him!!!!!" Lee Sung said allowed and Hee Jin's eyes went wide as she told them a different command " No don't .....!!!" But before she could say anything, they already attacked him.
