~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I woke up in the morning by my laptop still on last nights game, I was tired as usual. I looked in the mirror only to see my eye bags as dark as ever. I was getting ready for work as usual, but anyways Hi I'm Ashley I murder people for a living which is selling my mental state but who cares. As I got into the coffee shop I worked at I saw my one and only friend that I worked with, Sally waving to me. I waved back and smiled, I like her but if i had to kill her for a job I would. We started up our shift when a saw a man walk in, His hair was a dark brown, his eyes sparkled in the sunlight, he had a suit on so I suppose he had a office job. "Hello what can I get for you to today" I said with my normal smile, but then it hit me he was absolutely dazzlingly hot. He was totally my type! "I'll take the iced latte, nothing added just the way its usually made." He said not even looking up from his phone."I'll get that for you in a minute! Can I get a name for the order?" Yess this is the perfect way to get his name, c'mon don't be stuck up about it. Just tell me your name, he looked up from his phone and looked at me. "The name is Liam" EEEEEEEEEEK! Liam is such a cute name for a cute man, he walked away and stood by the pickup counter as I walked back to start on his order. Sally leaned over to me and whispered. "Whos the guy your gushing over?" I looked at her and spoke "Am I that obvious?" She nodded. "You're blushing like crazy." She replied, I hurried up and finished his order after that.
I went to the pickup counter and said Liam, not too loud since he was close by. He took his drink and left, I really hope he comes by again. I finished my shift and on my way home I got a call from my real job, I shuffled into a ally and picked up. "Hello Blood Moon." A voice come over the phone I knew it was my boss. "What's the job?" I replied as I waited for a answer. "I'm going to need you to come into the office tonight, there's something we need to go over before you start the next mission." The phone hung up, I pulled it away from my ear and turned it off. I then started on my way to the office.
I arrived and walked in, the office I was going to was on the top floor of a massive office building. I got to the top through the elevator, but of course no one knew what the top of this building was being used for, that would simply defeat the purpose. As I got to the top and the door opened I saw the boss and there was another man, in a suit. He turned around and before I could get a good look he just smiled. "Pffft, its the barista, what's she doing here." In that moment I remembered him, it was Liam from earlier that day! His Hazel eyes sparkling under the celling light. "Thats the assassin your getting paired with." The boss said as Liam looked at me, he doubled over in laughter. "What's so funny?" I asked crossing my arms and staring at him. "Its just that you're literally the person who made my coffee today." He said trying to catch his breath from laughing.
The boss was getting tired of this and got to the point. "Both of you will be put on a mission together tonight, you will infiltrate the famous company known as Glamour. I'm sure you've heard of it, but our client wants everyone in that place dead. They're paying a lot of money for us to do this, just go in and murder everyone. No one left alive, no witnesses." Me and Liam listened the whole way through and after he finished talking we we're on our way to take everyone out.
As we walked to the company I looked at Liam and started a conversation, although I wanted to talk about hobbies what come out of my mouth was something completely different. "What's your opinion on bloodshed? You ever just wanna die sometimes?" He looked at me but his expression wasn't anything crazy, he just looked at me like we were talking about hobbies. "I don't really care for bloodshed, that's why I use a pistol. As for dying, the pay is simply too good. I can get whatever I want working this job, why die?" Liam's words spoke to me, I loved hearing his voice, it made me happy for some reason but above all else his answers were all perfect. "Well for me I like the red spray, I use a katana for killing. Cool right? Well if I were to die.... I'd want someone I love to kill me, that way their face is the last thing I see. Romantic isn't it?" Liam smirked and looked at me. "I like the way you think, its sickening in a good way." As we made it to Glamour's headquarters Liam led me to a back entrance, I didn't think it was the right time to ask about how he knew it was there.
We walked in and I pulled out my katana as we turned the corner BAM BAM BAM, Three out. I used my katana to keep it quieter, but Liam didn't seem to mind my efforts as he shot out all the cameras making a ton of ruckus. We got swarmed by security in a instant, I held my katana tightly as I took a deep breath and started slashing. The floor quickly filling with blood spilling out as I cut off their heads, blood was certainly spraying everywhere. I was killing everyone in my normal fashion while dodging Liam's bullets he was shooting flying past me, the second Liam went to reload his gun I went all in. slash, slash, slash Dropping like flies they fell.Floor One, Cleared~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Floor TwoAs we entered the second floor Liam was already shooting out any of the cameras in sight, I was surprised the cops weren't called yet but no need to about that too much. The workers and security spotted us as soon as we came up the stairs, as Liam shot a saw a woman ran and hid in the corner. I chased her and pointed my katana at her. "Any last words?" I said as she trembled in the corner of the room, she opened her mouth but nothing came out. Finally she made some words come out. "Tell my family I love them." The second her mouth closed, SLASH, her head tumbled onto the floor leaving a trail of blood as it rolled. I've never felt any sympathy for those that I've killed and I probably never will.The second floor didn't seem to have many people on it, although it had a lot of clothes. A shame that they were covered in blood, Liam was reloading his gun before he made it to the next floor. The Glamour building had at least 10 floors in it, but we had to take the stairs due to the risks of taking the elevator instead.Floor Two, Cleared~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Floor three was cleared in a breeze and we continued to climb up, but the 10th floor was a whole other problem. Everyone on that floor was already dead, their bodies strung across the floor. I felt a drop of blood drip down onto me, when I looked up I saw multiple bodies strapped to the ceiling with duck tape. The sight was enough to make even me grimace, I looked over at Liam who was looking around the room for any possible break in points. "Come over here." He said pointing to a broken window, there were shards on the floor each covered in blood. I walked closer and looked out through the window, as my eyes adjusted to the dark outside I saw a body laying in the grass outside. "Look, whoever did this must have committed suicide right after." Liam took a look and saw the same sight. "Quite the pitiful existence, they couldn't even handle the weight of what they themselves did. Quite a waste." Liam said as he turned his back to the window and leaned on the wall, now that I looked at him his hair had become quite messy due to the whole fighting and mission that we had endured to this point. Even his suit shirt was dyed with blood though he wasn't going all in with a knife or anything, might be from the roof but that's not important right now."Lets go home." I said as I started on my way to the stairs. "Wait a minute." Liam called out behind me, I heard him load his pistol again. "What is it?" I said turning around as I saw someone standing in-between me and him, it was a girl her hair was filled with blood. A very nice expression on her face, she looked like she was living in bliss. Her smile was poking jabs at me, Her dress was of a crimson red almost like her blood soaked hair. "Kill me if you must." She said with a devious smile as she spread her arms like she was wide open. Liam pointed his gun at her in a instant, but he didn't shoot. "Why do you wanna die?" Liam asked holding his gun up at her. "Its my fault everyone in this room is dead, I don't see why I would want to live now." she said, her laughing a piercing sound to the situation. "Thats lame, if its that bad do it yourself." Liam said tossing his pistol at her, without a second thought she flipped it around to her head and BANG. She dropped to the floor, dead."What the hell was that?! You should've asked why they did it, not give them the ability to kill themselves." I said as I looked at Liam. "Why should I? I'm not even a assassin this isn't even my job. Besides boss said to kill everyone." Liam said with his arms still crossed, he was so cute AHHH! "What do you mean this isn't your job? You are a assassin right?" Liam shook his head at my words. "No, I'm a spy but I got dragged into this." Liam replied, I was so confused but at the same time it was crazy that this was even true at all.
I sighed and put my hand out to Liam. "Lets go home for real now, I'm tired." Liam stopped crossing his arms and took my hand, his hands we're so warm and surprisingly soft for a man. I never wanted to let go, this made me fall so much harder even still. He walked with me down all the flights of stairs, not a single word was uttered from either of us.
When we made it outside we parted ways to get to our houses, the second I got home I plopped onto my couch and pulled up my new favorite show. Like I'd actually sleep, I never sleep even when I know I should be sleeping I just don't because why should I you know? I was enjoying it when I came to the last episode, my eyes weren't staying open and I went to sleep. Only for a hour though as I had to wake up for work
