Chapter 5 - Are You Satisfied? [Spoilers]

Camellia sat up, confused as to when they closed their eyes. Upon opening her eyes she realized she wasn't in her own body- not that it mattered, Vera would take control soon if Fray hadn't yet. "The Experiment was a success, but I fear our time is short" 'ugh. Fandaniel. How did Hermes end up like this? Was it loosing Meteion that caused this, or was it the thousands of years of loneliness?' Camellia didn't care. After merging with Azem shortly after her first battle against Zenos, She could hardly find a reason to care anymore. Now living as an Ancient, with mostly all of her shards returned - a few lived still and she didn't see any reason to end their lives so soon - Nihal/Camellia just didn't care. Sure Camellia once promised to save the world, but with Venat fucking everything up and Hades now dead, all that was left was to kill Zodiark and Fandaniel - then it would just be her. There was no point in continuing to exist, thus she would end it all. Unless of course Hades' Grandson - Zenos - held a mere shard of him - then maybe there would be a point...

"I shall begin the preparations" 'Again, that annoying voice. Where did my Hermes go?' "Now its time for you to Awaken" 'Ive been awake Idiot...' "Good Morrow to you. Here - Have a taste before it gets cold." 'And he put me in a soldiers body.... Great. I sense that my body is nearby, Vera is waiting for the right chance.' "Oh but be sure to remove your helmet. Take a moment, To familiarize yourself with that borrowed flesh." 'Now's your Chance Vera!'Instead of reacting how Fandaniel would have expected, the Garlean soldiers body went limp - The sound of foot steps echoing in the room. Camellia had pulled themselves back into their body, Vera having been in close enough proximity to begin the pull. Camellia walked slowly in, hands behind her back, stepping lightly into the cold room. Fandaniel was shocked, he was quiet and his eyes were wide.

"I am surprised you did not notice sooner Hermes. I was awake the moment I entered that flesh bag. I will gladly share a meal with my favoured Crown Prince - at least he knows his power compared to that boy in Doma." she spoke, changing into her Reaper gear to be much warmer. Camellia reached forward, the dead soldier floated out of the chair and out of the room. The chair changed into a comfortable and plush chair that you would expect next to a fireplace. "What say you Zenos? I am always ready for a friendly spar, however I see no need to save these people from the inevitable. Afterall, my future self goes back in time with the help of Themis, who is slowly fading away inside that Allag tower. They meet Hermes, along with Hades and Hythlodaeus before explaining everything to the latter two with Venat. Hermes you- in an attempt to keep Meteion a secret, you wipe everyone's memories of her leaving Etheryis."

Fandaniel is clutching his head, He did that - but the memories aren't there - He remembers meeting her but- it goes black. "In another world I kill you in the end Zenos and I feel lonely for the next thousand years. I find out that I cannot die thus I am left immortal. I outlive the scions, The Dragoon being the last to pass hundreds of years after Astrologian. The new world is strange, the twelve, the ancients and the primals cease to exist. Very few do." She sighs and looks back to her meal "Thus I am changing this world. I choose your side Zenos. I have since that day in Rhalgars Reach." Camellia began eating, listening to Hermes sputter uselessly beside her - hearing Vera sigh. She was thankful that the other shards merged with her along with Azem, She didn't need Y'haru or Fran yelling at her for not staying 'good'. Ardbert had been quiet since killing Hades, so she assumed that he had merged as well. Edelweiss, Vera and Fray were quite enthusiastic about joining the 'dark side' - Fray was a little annoyed but glad that he would still be protecting someone, While Edelweiss was excited to be doing something her father didn't approve of.
