Longbottom shuffled some papers on his desk, his eyes bloodshot.
"As most of you are well aware, I called you all here because I have some news to share," he began, his voice a bit strained.
The class immediately grew restless, whispering amongst themselves in anticipation.
"There will be an upcoming competition," he began, making everyone groan including Gwen. The combat battles had just finished and there was another competition.
The professor continued nonetheless, "It is not just any ordinary competition though."
There was another collective sigh and mutter from the class.
"Of course, more battles," someone groaned from the front row.
Longbottom shot a firm look towards the student, shutting them up.
"This is nothing like the battles you've competed in," he replied sternly. "This is an Inter-Kingdom Competition."
The room went silent as everyone looked at him, their expressions filled with puzzled looks.
