"Alright." Sophie replied with joy, smiled.
This system's realm had snow all over, and snow was falling from the sky as well. this was the place where edward had been teleported into before when fighting saturn, former king of sapphire kingdom.
In this place snow falling has never been stopped till now since it existed but still any snow does not last much longer otherwise there would be snow mountains all over in this place, but this place was extremely cold, if any normal person would be here, he would freeze to death within three hours but Edward and Bruce were exceptional while sophie was feeling extremely cold, he was not even strong as average cultivator, just a mortal.

But edward was unable to thought much further about why he is easily becoming the god, what's happening or what's he doing here or can he really be able to beat the god, because the system and the supreme king were controlling his mind.
Bruce was silent for so long, was observing the surroundings. he had joy in his heart that today he will ascend to the god rank and was thinking he would regret his decision if he would have refused edward's offer to join hands with him.

The angel could hear system now unlike before. the angel was confused about what to do and what to not. but after thinking as system and edward's conversation finished, he thought that he must not worry about him with cosmos sect, especially limitless supporting him. he was assured he will be preserved as limitless cannot be dead by anybody, not even the supreme king himself. he also thought if he would give up cosmos sect would not forgive him and kill him instead but he was omniscient it was natural for him not feel fear about anything, thus, he does not care about anything. Did not cared this matter either but still he made himself want to fight.
Since it was beneficial for him to fight, he would because be it omniscients or humans can not live without wishing anything, it would lead to sucide. angel themselves had to feel the life to live. they feel necessary emotions like happiness and joy, as for sadness and fear, it is nearly impossible for them to think it is right to feel fear or sadness.
The angel did not replied to system or anyone, showed indifference with emotionless expression, waiting for them to attack first. he was also wondering how would edward defeat him in such state, he was just a venerable after all.
"Alright. we will complete this fight with our own strength and reach the god rank." Edward replied to system.
At the next moment, Bruce attacked towards the angel as he shouted: "Magma Punch."
This punch could pierce mountains and one venerable level battle strength was able to destroy the whole planet, but in front of such god level battle strength it is of no use.
Bruce died even touching the angel, angel did not even do anything, he was looking towards somewhere else, was not even paying attention to bruce.
But Bruce revived again with system's assistance.
The angel was not gloomy over bruce revival at all, he was instead happy with this. he found it interesting that he can kill them over and over again, according to him, there are no such things as desperate situations but there are people who despair.
The angel ooked towards newly revived bruce as he said, laughing: "Interesting, you all are gonna die million times now."
Edward and Sophie watching Bruce revived, about to attack at the angel with no hope but all of them, Bruce, Edward and sophie died, even through this time no one attacked.
The attack destroyed their whole existence but they got revived again.
The angel waited for them to attack before attacking first now, bruce and sophie who were not omniscient were afraid as they were not omniscients.
"Isn't this unfair? If this goes on, how can we win against him? That's impossible." Sophie shouted while crying.
Edward charged at the angel and again the angel did not even got touched and killed them all with just a blink.
As Bruce, Sophie and Edward again revived, bruce replied to sophie: "System deduced we would win this fight, we have to believe him."
Again they did not gave up and attacked the angel, the angel killed them again with a smile as he was enjoying killing them like this.
Edward spoke to Bruce and Sophie: "Yes, correct, we have to believe the system. I got it. I finally got this quest. to win this quest we did not had to use our battle strength but we had to use the brain instead."
"I FINALLY FIGURED OUT WHAT THIS GOD ASCENSION IS ABOUT."
