"Ah!"

Lin Feng sighed deeply; even a simple invitation to play a game together was rejected, truly disheartening!

Eula seemed not to hear him and continued focusing intently on her game. However, she played quite poorly, failing just a few levels in.

Lin Feng also sat up and opened Spirit Knight. With each level cleared, he couldn't help but exclaim:

"Ah, how easy! These monsters offer no challenge at all!"

"Woah, that monster broke one of my shield bars!"

"Laser gun, haha, now I'm unstoppable!"

As Lin Feng's laughter reached Eula's ears, she felt increasingly frustrated, having been defeated already at the third level.

"Want to team up online? I'll help you clear those levels!" Lin Feng grinned widely at Eula, looking exceptionally pleased with himself.

Inside, Eula wrestled with conflicting emotions. If she lets him join, this... Fine, anyway, I'm fully dressed, and if he tries anything inappropriate, don't blame me for being unforgiving!

"Alright...alright, come ahead then!" Eula moved slightly to make room as she spoke.

Lin Feng approached and took Eula's phone from her.

Eula's heart raced as she nervously watched Lin Feng.

"Done!" Lin Feng finished adjusting the settings, handed back the phone to Eula, and sat down on the floor again.

Relieved, Eula realized that connecting for multiplayer didn't involve physically linking the phones together; it was simply a matter of tapping a few options.

She examined her phone screen, noticing two characters now present—one representing herself and the other presumably Lin Feng.

"Don't just stand there, follow me!" Seeing Eula hesitating, Lin Feng promptly reminded her.

"Oh, right!" Eula responded and immediately controlled her character to catch up.

"This is the shop where you can buy weapons with gold coins..." Lin Feng began explaining the game mechanics to Eula, knowing even the most skilled player would struggle with subpar weaponry.

As Eula slowly followed behind Lin Feng, she enjoyed the excitement of choosing weapons.

"Should I pick this gun or this sword?" Eula deliberated between the two options.

"Eula, hurry! Attack him now while he's paused!" Lin Feng quickly alerted Eula when the boss ceased its attack momentarily.

"Oh, alright!" Eula swiftly controlled her knight to charge forward and strike, but within seconds, the monster stood up and instantly defeated her.

"Lin Feng!!!" Eula glared at him with fury; she had worked hard to reach this level. Although he was just following behind, it still counted as her progress!

Her loud outcry startled the nearby Hilichurls, who were peacefully sleeping outside. They wondered what the woman was upset about now and whether they should flee immediately!

"Oops, my mistake! Let's restart!" Lin Feng chuckled awkwardly and began a new game round.

"Hmph, I'll remember this betrayal!" Eula muttered, opening her notepad once again.

"On [date], Lin Feng caused my death in a game!"

Despite the setback, they continued their joyful quest through the levels. Eula, although mostly hiding behind Lin Feng, occasionally stepped forward for a few strikes, always narrowly avoiding getting low on health—a classic case of being both inexperienced yet eager to play.

Finally, after countless restarts, Lin Feng successfully led Eula to complete the level. His eyelids felt heavy, battling to stay open - he was utterly exhausted. From now on, he vowed to have the System install cracked versions instead!

Without exchanging words, both collapsed into sleep immediately.

The night passed uneventfully. The next morning, Lin Feng woke up to the enticing aroma of food.

Eula smiled gently at him and said, "Good morning! Breakfast is ready."

As she spoke, Eula placed a plate of fried eggs on the table.

Lin Feng was momentarily taken aback; her smile looked truly beautiful. He stared at Eula, almost drooling with admiration.

"Go wash up," Eula said softly. "After breakfast, I'll be heading out soon!" She then sat down, delicately nibbling on a small piece of fried egg.

Once Lin Feng finished washing up, he took a seat across from Eula. The enticing scent and warmth emanating from the fried eggs made him feel as if he hadn't eaten for days.

"Are you done? Would you like more?" Eula asked, looking at Lin Feng.

Lin Feng hastily nodded, still chewing his food, "I'm...I'm full now, it's not good to overeat for breakfast!"

Seeing this, Eula chuckled softly and pulled out her phone, placing it on the table.

"I...when I woke up this morning, I...noticed it's broken!" Eula brushed her hair aside, slightly embarrassed, lowering her head as if she had committed a mistake.

Lin Feng picked up the phone, examined it, and smiled reassuringly, "No worries, it's just out of power. Simply place it under sunlight to recharge!"

However, upon second thought, he realized this could be quite inconvenient. Lin Feng began mentally calling out to the System.

"System, can we change the charging method? Relying on sunlight is too cumbersome!"

The System responded lazily, "Not a problem. Have them charge it using their Visions instead!"

Last night, Lin Feng had been quite resourceful, engaging in a code exchange with that so-called 'Scheduled Update System' lady, successfully upgrading some features of Teyvat.

Now, he practically held half-god status in Teyvat, ensuring that Lin Feng would have to treat him with utmost respect from now on!

"What about those without Visions?" Lin Feng asked, considering his phones were sold to many ordinary people as well.

"That's simple. They can recharge at Teleport Waypoints. Within 100 meters, the phone will automatically charge, taking only ten minutes to fully power up!" the System replied casually.

"Alright, update the system then," Lin Feng instructed after pondering for a moment. "Announce these new features and highlight the charging-enabled anchor points!"

"Done!" The System responded promptly, followed by Lin Feng's phone vibrating with an update notification.

Lin Feng turned to Eula again and held his phone near her Vision, pinned above her chest, saying, "Please use..."

With a sudden thud, Eula's fist struck Lin Feng's face, sending him flying backward.

"Aiyo!" Lin Feng yelped in pain, one hand clutching his face and the other rubbing his sore behind, looking quite comical.

Eula couldn't help but chuckle briefly at Lin Feng's predicament. However, she quickly resumed her icy glare and sternly warned, "Don't even think about getting handsy with me! Being descended from Sinners doesn't justify mistreatment!"

"How am I mistreating you? Clearly, it's the other way around! Waaah..." Lin Feng feigned tears, feeling utterly wronged since he was the one injured!

"Hmph, still trying to twist things? Just get lost, and don't let me see you again!" Eula turned away, visibly upset. Denying responsibility after such behavior only tarnished the world further!

Feeling somewhat bewildered, Lin Feng reluctantly picked up the Vision and headed towards the door, acknowledging Eula's firm stance.

Lin Feng placed his phone on the table and brushed past Eula. Reaching the doorway, he defiantly removed the coat, asserting his dignity amidst her anger!

The bone-chilling wind outside made him shiver uncontrollably, but with determination, he stepped forth bravely.

Eula turned to watch Lin Feng's fading figure, then shook her head. If this scoundrel freezes to death, so be it!

After a moment of silence, she glanced at the glowing phone on the table and gently picked it up, noticing a prominent notification:

"MiHoYo System Version 1.2 Update: Added Vision Charging and Anchor Point Charging features."

"Usage Instructions: To charge a Vision, place the phone against the Vision and utilize elemental power..."

Skimming through this, Eula stopped reading further. A pang struck her heart; she had misjudged him all along!

She swiftly turned towards the discarded coat on the floor, recalling incidents of adventurers freezing to death near the snow-capped mountains, and rushed out immediately.

Inwardly, she prayed fervently, "Please don't let anything happen to you - my vengeance remains unfulfilled!"
