The way he had walked in alone was what made Clarissa to stop and stare. He looked so much confident, maybe even than the Chairman of the damn company! While the Chairman had stepped in, everyone had immediately bowed down but Liam only stood still as if he had been the Chairman's boss instead!
"Firstly, do you think you have the right to deprive them? Why must I have to come here and set things right, Elan!" The Chairman's voice boomed as he spoke.
Elan quickly hurried to meet the Chairman. "Sir, there is a misunderstanding. This whole issue is not as it seems!" He began to say, but the Chairman stopped him.
"I will not listen to whatever nonsense you have to say today. Right now, as you should have noticed, I am in a hurry. And I need to leave this place right now."
"Yes. Of course, sir! I really wish you hadn't been bothered in this case at all!" Elan said.
