Synopsis
In a war-torn world called Gehenna, three powerful deities—Gaelix, Morta, and Lunara—observe the chaos brought by demons who have granted mortals power without hard work. As the world spirals into darkness, Gaelix and Morta prepare to abandon it, deeming it beyond saving. However, Lunara still believes there is still a chance for redemption. Despite the overwhelming odds, Lunara proposes an unorthodox plan: to summon a mortal from another world to become a beacon of hope for Gehenna. This mortal, Rex, is not a warrior or a mage, but a kind-hearted human whom Lunara has watched over for years. She believes his unwavering compassion, even in the face of adversity, makes him the ideal candidate to restore light to the hearts of Gehenna's inhabitants. Reluctantly, Gaelix and Morta agree to help Lunara, though they warn her of the great personal cost. Together, they channel their powers to summon Rex, who arrives bewildered and disoriented in this new world. Despite his confusion, Rex agrees to take on the monumental task, driven by his innate desire to help others. As Rex steps into the world of Gehenna, the realm's fate hangs in the balance. With the gods' support and his inner strength, Rex embarks on a journey to reignite the forgotten light within humanity, challenging the demon's dominance and reigniting the last hope for a world on the brink of ruin.

Chapter 1 - The world of Gehenna

"This world has to be the worst one we have seen, Morta," Gaelix says with a hint of a smile as if for her it was but a mere experiment, a mere object made for her amusement. "Well, who would have thought the demons would go to such lengths to give mortals their full authority? It is what it is who have no choice but to give this world to them however with how much they have been weakened with their stupid stunts the next one won't be theirs."

"Wait, Why are you talking as if you are going to leave this world in its current state?" said a goddess watching the situation unfold. "Because we are Lunara," replies Morta."But it is still too early Gehenna still has hope." still holding on to her beliefs says Luna.

"Shut your mouth. Did you forget how we can't interfere with this world the same as Earth? How are you still so naive when we are the same age isn't age supposed to bring wisdom so how do you not have an ounce of it? If you have a way to save the world suggest it to us otherwise shut your mouth"

"Calm down Gaelix at least let her complete what she has to say. So, I am guessing that you want to give your authority to give your power to someone but is there someone worthy left in this world to wield your power after among us all you are the strongest so if this world has even a slight chance of survival it will be through but is there anyone in this world who won't misuse your power?." ask Morta with curiosity about Lunara's answer.

"Yes, You are right. But for the salvation of this world what is required is not strength to combat the demon's authorities but light to show the path humans have forgotten. To show how full of light humans of the past were. What this world needs is for someone to fill the hearts of the beings with warmth. For that, my power is not suitable so I ask both for your help. Gaelix your power is the most suitable for this task and I will give you my vitality in exchange."

"Have you gone insane, why the heck would you sacrifice your vitality for a world that is doomed for ruined?!"

"Lunara answer me this, How would her authority help this world instead of yours and the more important question how exactly do you want my help?" Morta asks with a serious face as if he already knew the answer.

"My authority is absolute as there is not much my proxy needs to advance but her's authority on the surface seems as just a brighter candle but with enough advancement except my authority no one else is her match. And yes it is as you think I want to bestow her power to Rex of course I will give you my vitality as well."

Gaelix is left speechless when Morta with anger say"Have you truly lost your mind?! The authority is but a small matter but summoning a mortal from another world won't take just a small chunk of your powers! And why are you taking it upon yourself to teach those stupid mortals that through hard work they can advance their powers?!"

"They are but mortals Morta, Gaelix they do not know the origins of their powers so of course they were easily manipulated by demons and put restrictions upon themselves. As being that they worship it is but our duty to enlighten them so please help me I beg of you." As Lunara proceeds to beg on her knees Gaelix stops her"Alright Alright! Stop it I will help you so just stop it!"

Lunara looks over to Morta who is hesitant to help her fearing the strain it may put on her"Fine, But I will do it but on one condition I will use my own vitality. No questions asked"

"Thank you both of you."Lunara smiles when Morta summons Rex who Lunara has been watching over for years.

As Morta summons Rex he strugless until finally arrives. As Morta falls to the ground Garlix and Lunara rush to his side. "I am all right leave."

"What the F*ck where am I!? And who are you there!? as Rex looks over to the gods he is blinded by their beauty and mutters "Wow an angel...." softly. "Huh, Oh no We are gods."

"Wait what..." And the cliche isekai conversation continues and Rex understands the situation he is in. "So why me I am but an average human. As a matter of fact I am below average so why me?" "Rex you are by no mean average you are the kindest soul I no we have ever seen. I have looked over you almost your whole life even at your lowest point you continued to help other and even when those closest to you advised you not to continue doing so you did. Which is why you are the light this world needs."

"I am afraid time is running out so we have to end our conversation so Rex are you willing to help this world." Lunara asks as if she already knows the answer.

"Yes." And so Rex enters the world of Gehenna.
