Thane stayed with Hana and the other guy until they finished studying. As they packed up their notes, Thane offered to walk Hana back to her dorm room. The other guy nodded and said he'd see Hana later, and Thane could tell he was relieved to be leaving.
As they walked, Thane asked Hana for her number. She hesitated for a moment, but then smiled and handed over her phone. Thane grinned and typed in his number, sending her a quick text.
"Hey, I want to take you out to dinner tonight," he said, looking at her with a charming smile. "There's this great ocean-side restaurant that's perfect for a candlelight dinner." Hana's eyes widened in surprise, but then she nodded. "That sounds amazing," she said.
Thane grinned and took her hand, leading her to his car. They drove to her dorm room, where she quickly changed into a more suitable dress. Thane waited patiently outside, admiring the view of the ocean.
When Hana emerged, looking stunning in a red dress, Thane's jaw dropped. "Wow, you look incredible," he said, taking her hand again.
They got into his car and drove to the restaurant, the sun setting over the ocean as they arrived. Thane led Hana to a cozy table by the window, where they sat down to a delicious meal of seafood and wine.
As they ate, Thane told Hana more about himself, sharing stories of his adventures and passions. Hana listened, captivated by his enthusiasm and charm.
After the meal, Hana was drunk and Thane had to carry her out of their private room. As they exited, Thane saw John, Hana's father, talking to someone. John's eyes narrowed as he saw Thane and he gave him death glares. However, he didn't notice that the girl Thane was carrying was looking so much like Hana, as her hair covered her face.
John didn't want to create a scene, so he politely asked Thane if he could see the girl he was carrying because she looked very familiar. Thane, however, was not having it. He gave John a cold hard "no" and turned to leave.
John was taken aback by Thane's response. He tried to convince himself that Hana couldn't possibly be with this beast, she was in school. But the doubt lingered in his mind, as Thane carried Hana away, John's eyes followed them, his mind racing with questions. why was Thane here? And why was Hana with him?
Thane, on the other hand, was oblivious to John's concerns. He was too busy enjoying the feeling of Hana in his arms, her body soft and vulnerable, as they reached Thane's car, he gently placed Hana in the passenger seat and buckled her in. She looked up at him with a smile, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
"Thank you, Thane," she said, her voice slurred from the alcohol, Thane smiled back and kissed her forehead. "Anytime, Hana," he said. "I'll always take care of you.", and with that, he drove off to her dorm, leaving John and his doubts behind.
John dialed Hana's number, his mind racing with worry. She picked up almost immediately,"Hey, Dad," she said, her voice cheerful."Where are you?" John asked, trying to sound calm, "I'm in my dorm," Hana replied. "Just got back from dinner."
John's grip on the phone tightened. "Who was with you?" he asked, already knowing the answer, Hana hesitated, and John's heart sank. "Just a friend, Dad. Don't worry about it." John's instincts were screaming at him to worry. He knew exactly who Hana was with - Thane, the guy he had seen her with earlier. The guy he had already pegged as trouble.
"Hana, I need to talk to you about this. Can I come to your dorm?" John asked, trying to keep his tone neutral, "No, Dad, it's late. I'm tired. Goodnight," Hana said, her voice firm but polite, John was taken aback. Hana rarely dismissed him like that. "Hana, wait-" he started, but she had already hung up.
John was left staring at his phone, his mind racing with questions. What was Hana doing with Thane? And why was she being so secretive about it? He knew Thane was trouble, and he was determined to protect his daughter from him.
After their dinner, Thane and Hana went back to her dorm room and took turns taking a bath. As they were getting ready for bed, Hana asked Thane where he got the clothes he was wearing, Thane smiled mischievously. "I had a bodyguard drop them off," he said. Hana raised an eyebrow. "A bodyguard? Why did you need a bodyguard to bring you clothes?"
Thane chuckled. "Let's just say I have my ways of getting what I want. And I wanted to look nice for you.", Hana blushed and looked away, feeling a flutter in her chest. She couldn't believe how charming and mysterious Thane was. She was having the time of her life with him, and she didn't want it to end.
As they got into bed, Thane pulled Hana close and wrapped his arms around her. "I'm glad we met," he whispered in her ear. Hana smiled and snuggled into his embrace. "Me too," she said, feeling safe and happy in his arms.
Thane asked Hana, "Why aren't you wearing a bra? You're not exactly wearing loose clothes either." Hana blushed and looked away. "It's uncomfortable to sleep with it on," she said.
Thane raised an eyebrow. "Uncomfortable? I think it's kind of comfortable," he said, slipping his hand under her shirt and squeezing her breast, Hana gasped and pushed his hand away. "Thane, stop it! I want to sleep."
Thane pouted disappointedly, but Hana found his pouting face cute. She leaned in and pecked his lips. "Goodnight, Thane.", Thane pulled her closer and they fell asleep, wrapped in each other's arms.
As they slept, Hana couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort and security with Thane. She knew she had only known him for a short time, but there was something about him that made her feel like she could trust him.
Thane, on the other hand, was dreaming of Hana. He was dreaming of her smile, her laugh, and her beautiful eyes. He was dreaming of the way she made him feel, like he was the only person in the world.
As they slept, they both knew that their relationship was still new, but they couldn't help but feel a strong connection to each other. They knew that they wanted to spend more time together, to get to know each other better, and to see where their relationship would go.
