The Samurai versus the Prime Ministers
-
"You lose… Head Minister."
As the two pieces of the old man slowly split apart, my body, overwhelmed by exhaustion, fell to the ground. The battle with that Head Minister had taken more out of me than I ever expected it to.
At the peak of the near midnight sky, the usual silver moon appeared blood red. When I raised my hand to touch my face ended up touching a large drop of blood that covered my eye.
The blood wasn't mine, but regardless, my fingers slightly trembled as I laid on my stomach, unable to move and only able to feel blood dripping off of my face.
Finally, after minutes, the feeling returned to my legs, and I dragged myself back to my feet. I strolled slowly as I made my way over to Sylis. Unlike me, she still had remained unconscious throughout all of this, but luckily unharmed. I could only imagine the hurt Fervene would feel if I allowed this girl to get injured.
