I stayed silent while we ate at the table. He always brings up that damn kiss on the cheek. Why is it such a big deal to him? But I know he's just teasing me, and it's really annoying. He knows how to get under my skin. Grrrr, it's so irritating.
"Hey, I need your explanation," he said.
"Can you just forget about it?" I said angrily, not looking at him. I kept my head down while eating.
"But I can't forget it," he said. I dropped my fork and looked up at him, only to see him smirking. Damn, he's really teasing me.
"Damn, whatever. I don't care. Is it really such a big deal to you? It means nothing to me. It's your problem now, so deal with it," I said in a long rant to make him stop.
Suddenly, he laughed softly, but it grew louder and louder. He was so pleased? How annoying.
"You're really irritating. Why are you teasing me? Grrr," I said, standing up as I didn't want to eat anymore.
