""""VICTORY TO THE ABOMINATION AGAINST THE GODS.""""
The soldiers chanted, their voices booming throughout the sky. The soldiers chanted their war cry for a while, until a deep hum reverberated everywhere.
Although no power was imbued to the -hum , space vibrated wherever it echoed. Vela turned around to the source of the voice, which came from behind her. A dreadful, pure and primal form of fear began clawing through her entire being, trying to bring her to the brink of despair.
Her eyes widened in shock as she stared at the six eyes that were like the endless abyss, tears of blood started to flow down her eyes as she looked at the being that made 'the bloodthirsty demon', cower in fear.
'W-Who is that?' Vela questioned herself, as her legs, threatening to give up.
The being out walked towards her, his entire body shrouded in darkness. Each step he took, space around him quivered, mana ran away, scared. The being then looked at the soldiers at the base of the balcony.
"My soldiers." the being said, and the wind stood still at his voice, which was filled with the intent of domination.
The soldiers looked at the being as if he was a god, with veneration oozing out of each one of them.
"My soldiers, our enemies think that we have softened, that we are now weak, my soldiers show them, prove to them that they are wrong. That we are not weak. Prove to me that we have not turned weak. Bring me their heads."
The being then raised his hand high into the air, and the auras of 'all life' and 'all death', began permeating from his eyes, he declared, "TO WAR!"
At the being's declaration, all the soldiers in unison released their aura. A tsunami of energy hit Vela, and she immediately went down on her knees and grabbed her throat as he gasped for breath. Her hands and legs shivered at the might of the soldiers as she couldn't take on the crushing force of the army.
She gasped for breath desperately. And she could only sigh in relief when the soldiers marched away, towards the battlefield. She tried to stand up but couldn't.
'W-what is happening?' she thought, visions started to flash in her mind, soldiers, the march and finally 'those eyes'. She desperately tried to stand up but her body felt like lead. Her movements were scattered as she used her left leg when she wanted to use her right and vice versa. Her ears reverberated with the deep hum of that being.
'My mind and body coordinapoen-' Vela's mind started to collapse, due to the sheer amount of stress she underwent in such a short amount of time.
The being watched as his soldiers left for the battlefield. When they were at the end of the horizon, he shifted his gaze towards Vela.
With indifference etched deep in his eyes. He watched as Vela struggled to keep her mind together. He watched her for a while and then began walking in the room, away from the balcony.
He walked past Vela and continued walking, but stopped. He turned towards her and sniffed the air around her. "You have his scent."
'Interesting' the being thought, amused by the situation.
"UEGHYRUHK" By now Vela had already lost her mind and started mumbling nonsensical sounds.
CHUCKLE
The being let out a chuckle as Vela drowned in madness. He walked over to her and caught her head with his right hand. The aura of 'all death' disappeared and the aura of 'all life' bloomed from the being's eyes, freeing Vela from the mental prison.
CRACK
Vela's skull cracked, it couldn't take the most minimal grip of that being
TSK
The being clicked his tongue in annoyance and used his powers to heal the injury.
Vela felt her consciousness come back together piece by piece. The being stepped back and observed Vela as she gathered herself.
'W-what happened?' Vela questioned, 'What happened to me?' Vela thought, her face was full of blood stains and snot.
"You have lost your mind and have become crazy." The being muttered. Vela immediately went on her feet and turned around, facing the being.
"W-Who are you?" Vela stuttered, her voice dripping in fear and anxiety at her situation.
"I should be the one asking you that." The being replied.
"W-What have you done to me?" She asked.
"I brought you from madness; such a terrible place it is." The being murmured as a nostalgic look blossomed from the depth of his eyes.
"T-Thank you." she said. 'Who is he?' she thought as she looked at the being's back, 'Why do i feel close to him?'
The being then turned towards the horizon, not wanting to hurt her anymore. "Tell me, how did you come here?"
"I-I don't know." Vela muttered as she shook her head.
"Hmmm" the being hummed in acknowledgment and stated, "I have erased all your trauma, you would only know what happened to you, but you would not feel anything when you recall it."
"Thank you." Vela replied.
The being then looked towards the sky with a gaze full of regret and sadness, "It looks like I have failed." The being muttered, his eyes turned moist as he remembered the reason for his entire existence.
"Huh?" Vela exclaimed in confusion, 'Failed in what?' she thought, perplexed.
"I may have failed in that reality, but…" he paused, his eyes now oozing out madness, he muttered,"...I will not fail in this one." By the end of his sentence the ground trembled, the mana fled, space and time vibrated as his powers imbued in madness started to leak out of his eyes.
'Ughhh' Vela grunted as she fell on her knees, she tried to look at the being but couldn't. Mustering all her remaining strength she shouted, "HEY! Snap out of it!"
The being's eyes shook a little and he fell out of his reverie. He looked at Vela for a moment before he turned away and said, "I apologize for that unsightly display." he admitted.
"Anyway, it looks like your time is running out, you will be sent back to your reality, back to him." he stated. He then looked at Vela, whose body began to turn into particles of light, and said, "Before you go, let me give a little gift as a token of apology for the unsightly display from before."
He then poked her forehead with his finger and muttered, "I hope you all survive." with tears coming down from his six eyes, he prayed.
..............................…
"AHHH!" Vela opened her eyes as she sat up, she looked around and sighed in relief as her gaze fell on her brother and her nephew.
SIGH
Noticing Vela regained her consciousness, Ophiscus swiftly took her hand and asked, "Vela, What happened?" his brows wrinkled in worry and concern for his sister.
Watching her brother worry, she immediately shook her head and replied, "I am fine brother, I think I had a vision."
"Vision?" Ophiscus asked, confused by the information. "What kind of vision is it?"
Before Vela could answer, Ophiscus's wives and his children entered the room. They looked at Vela with concern and anxiety.
Carina walked over to her and sat beside her, she then took her hand and started rubbing it gently, and asked, "Vela, what happened to you?"
"I had a vision, in it, I was transported to a place where there was a sea of soldiers, each of them stronger than my brother." She then recalled the scene to her family, her face showing no fear or dread.
"The Being told me that I have come from a different reality and my time has been up and I have to return to my own reality."
"He then poked my forehead with his finger.." She said, as she showed them by poking her forehead with her finger. "...and said that he is giving me a gift for the incident before." she concluded.
Everyone had turned silent after hearing Vela's explanation. They went into deep thinking, trying to form their own theories to explain Vela's experience.
Carina, sighed and looked at her husband and said, "It doesn't matter if she truly was transported to another reality." Vela pouted her lips in response, not happy that her sister-in-law is not believing her.
"What does matter is the last thing that being said "I hope you all survive" I think we should focus on that part."
Aquila nodded her head in agreement and said, "I agree, we should be more careful."
Ophiscus nodded his head, and said, "Alright, we will discuss this later, let's go. I will show Vela to her room, and you guys should continue with what you are doing." He then gestured to Vela to follow him.
Vela perched herself on the edge of the bed and put one of her legs on the floor.
BOOM
The floor cracked, the force Vela put in was so great that the floor around her leg dented around half a meter, with cracks spreading like Achne's thread.
"What the….?" Vela questioned herself.
Everyone around her looked at her in astonishment as the aura leaking from her surprised them.
'Wait,....when did my sister become a sage!?'
