"If any of you ever say something bad about William ever again. I will personally kill off your entire race." Gaia muttered, her pitch black eyes threatening to devour their souls.
'W-What??' Ancha stared at Gaia in disbelief. She couldn't understand why Gaia was supporting a boy who is only a decade old.
"L-Lady Gaia, Please don't say something like that. We were just disgruntled at the fact that his attribute is a weak one. Please calm your anger." Lucien appeased.
'I don't want the world will itself to become our enemy.' He thought, terrified of making her their adversary.
His entire being shook in fear as he imagined the terrifying consequences. 'The entire population of the Holy continent that worshipped me would overrun the capital to kill me.'
"Please, Lady Gaia, calm your anger." Amaris chipped in.
Gaia returned to her original form. Her red skin slowly turned pale as if someone sucked all the blood in her body. Her natural lustrous green hair returned, and her eyes returned to normal.
She slowly paddled to the head seat and looked at everyone else and ordered, "Sit."
At her words, everyone silently took a seat, even Ancha, whose frustration could be visible on her face, sat reluctantly in respect to Gaia's words.
"Tell me, Ancha, the world's strongest 'dragon.' What is your attribute?"
Ancha cringed at Gaia's mockery, but still answered, "Lightning."
"Then, isn't lightning considered nature?"
Ancha's voice stuck in her throat listening to Gaia. She halted and began brooding over Gaia's words, 'Now that I think about it. Lightning is a part of nature. Not just lightning…' Her thoughts trailed in amazement as she looked at William.
Gaia then looked towards Aiden and asked, "Tell me, ruler of phoenixes, isn't fire a part of nature?"
'That's right. Now that I think about it, what is Nature?' Orion thought.
"I will ask you all a question, What IS Nature?" Gaia's words reverberated through the meeting hall as silence befell the place.
Everyone started brooding over the question posed by Gaia.
A few minutes went by as everyone present couldn't get an answer to the world's question.
"Is it Fire, Is it Water, Is it the Ocean or the Wind? Is it the trees? Is it the animals living under them?" Gaia mumbled as she looked at the rulers one by one.
"Is it Space?" She asked, looking at Ophiscus. "Or is it the World itself?" She said, questioning herself.
A small smile bloomed on her face as she walked over to William. She gently took his hand and gestured to William to come with her.
The duo walked to the head of the table and said, "Nature is everywhere; the air around us is nature, the fire, the ocean, the mountains, everything is nature."
"Even I," she said, pointing to herself. "I am also a part of nature."
Everyone's eyes widened as they heard Gaia.
"Therefore, our William here," Pointing to him, she continued, "Can use every attribute that there is as his own, in fact with more efficiency than you."
BOOM
Everyone felt their minds explode hearing the world's will.
'To have the ability to use every attribute...' Lucien didn't want to continue that thought, it seemed too ludacris for his mind to comprehend the gravity of the little one's prowess.
"It is said that Nature is the mother of all attributes." Gaia continued.
'What a blunder.' Aiden remarked, as he recalled his mistake. SIGH .He turned towards his sister, 'Can it be mended?' he thought to himself.
However, he soon shook his head with a resolute expression, 'I have to mend it, or all my family will die.'
With his golden eyes shining in determination, he stood up and walked over to William.
Everyone watched as Aiden made his way over to their savior. 'What is he going to do?' Aquila mumbled inwardly as she watched Aiden.
Aiden, much to everyone's surprise, kneeled in front of William, "William! I apologize. I am sorry for doubting you and looking down on you. But please!" Aiden shouted, as he banged his head on the ground. "Please do not hold a grudge! And please, please save my family and my people!"
Everyone turned silent as they stared at Aiden. "Hmph," Aquila snorted at her brother, but a small smile escaped her lips. 'It looks like you're still the same, brother,' she thought as she nodded inwardly.
William was baffled as he dazed at Aiden prostrating to him. He turned to his father, his gaze looked like a cry for help.
'Is he still angry?' Aiden thought. He immediately continued banging his head to the ground while shouting, "I apologize to the great William."
Everyone cringed at Aiden's words.
'Great William! Can't you choose a better title for my nephew?' Vela remarked to her
"F-Father?" William said, looking at his father, pleading with him to intervene.
Ophiscus shook his head watching the ruler of fire, "There is no need for such theatrics, Aiden. We understand your worries," The ruler's face lightened as if a weight had been lifted from their shoulders listening to Ophiscus.
"But." He interjected, "It is also true that you have hurt William by your remarks. Therefore, I expect an apology from you all." He turned towards her and muttered, pointing her out. "Especially you, Ancha."
Ancha didn't reply. She just stared at William with intensity. She slowly walked towards William, her movements so robotic that creaking noises could be heard.
She made her way to William, her golden slit eyes wavering at his sight.
"I-I apologize." She said while bending her back a little.
"Wow, that is the most 'genuine' apology one has ever said in the history of apologies." Vela mocked.
Ancha stared daggers at Vela, who only snorted at her in response.
"Its okay." William assured, with a bright smile on his face. 'Ugh!' Ancha felt an arrow pierce her heart as she observed William's bright smile.
"Once again, I apologize." She said it in sincerity. She bent her back parallel to the ground, showing her sincerity.
'To make the one who is known for her arrogance bow in sincerity, perhaps he is the only one who could achieve it.' Gaia thought as she ruffled William's hair.
"We too apologize, William." Amaris and Lucien too apologized, bowing their heads.
William looked to his family for help, it was a little too much for a ten year old to receive an apology from the literal rulers of the world.
"Very well, William accepts your apology, and there is no need to bring this matter up further." Carina said, stepping forward.
"Now that we have cleared all our misunderstandings, we will move on to the next topic that we shall discuss." Gaia said, grabbing everyone's attention.
"Who will be the first one to train William?" Gaia questioned.
The rulers stared at her, confused. "Haven't we already discussed this, Lady Gaia?" Ophiscus asked, knitting his eyebrows.
Gaia shook her head and replied, "While we have discussed in depth in the past, since William's attribute is nature. It will all be useless."
"How?"
"William's attribute gives him the ability to use all attributes, the ones we know and the ones we don't. Therefore, there is a need to train William in attributes that we are used to rather than shooting in the dark and hoping to find something useful." She explained.
"Also, you guys are only proficient in 5 attributes in total. It will be detrimental to William's growth since nature isn't about encompassing all attributes but also fusing them together."
Everyone went into deep thought as they thought about Gaia's words.
'That's right, If he only mastered five attributes, it would be the same as shooting ourselves in the foot,' Lyra murmured inwardly.
'Five attributes would not win us the war,' Aiden muttered as he thought about the viable options.
"What do you propose, Lady Gaia?" Lucien thought.
"I think William should train with the children first, his siblings who have Inferno and Glacier would be a good start." She commented.
Ophiscus nodded in agreement and added, "That's right, It will also help William ease himself into training."
"Then, why don't we make our children train him until he becomes a master? We will also train him physically and mentally." Aiden chimed in.
"I agree," Lucien agreed.
Everyone else nodded their heads in agreement. William, however, raised his hand, grabbing their attention.
"What is it, little William?" Gaia asked.
"Will I train every day?" He questioned.
"Do you not wish to?"
"NO!" William shouted, he swiftly ran to his mother, hugging her, and continued, "I want to stay with mother."
Ara's heart melted hearing her son's words, tears began sprouting in her eyes in happiness. She immediately hugged her son, embracing him in her motherly love.
"But you have to do it, William, if not, all of us will perish." Lucien muttered heavily.
"NO!"
"If you don't train, your mother and the rest of your family will die by the incoming enemies, William." Amaris muttered.
BOOOOOOOOOOOM
Everyone except Ara, Aquila, and Carina were thrown away by the sudden explosion of pressure. An aura of 'all life' and 'all death' began permeating through space.
William's amethyst eyes turned heteromantic black and gold. The fabric of reality shivered wherever his gaze landed. With a voice laced heavily with the intent of domination he muttered,
"This one…" his voice echoing through the hall, shaking the very mansion. "....shall see who has the balls to hurt mothers!"
