Myles carefully read the unread notifications flashing in his retina, not daring to miss even a single one.

When Myles saw the notification flashing in his retina, especially the last one, he wanted to jump up and down in joy!
However, he restrained himself knowing that he would just make a fool of himself in front of everyone.
"Let's not be so hasty and wait until everyone has received their reward." Myles thought to himself as he somehow restrained himself.
He waited patiently for everyone to receive their reward. When everyone finally received their rewards, the secretary stood probably preparing to leave.
However, before leaving the secretary told everyone something.
"Guys, since it's late at night, it's not safe to go outside, considering that you just fought. You can stay at one of the dorms of the building if you wish, but you can also leave if you wish," The secretary remarked, her voice carrying seriousness.
Upon hearing this, all the players were slightly surprised. However, they knew how valuable this offer was to NPC!! They had caused the mission of a group of Bandits to fail, so they would surely exact revenge if they got the chance.
Considering that they defeated the opponent not too long ago, they must be still lingering around the area. If they were spotted by them then it surely won't end well for them! So this offer did provide them with a sense of security.
However, they were players who could just log out! However, not everyone was thinking the same, especially Myles.
"It's much better to log out in a safe location," Myles thought to himself.
It didn't take too long for him to decide what to do.
"I want to stay here tonight," Myles remarked.
"Same for me too!" Vincent replied, his voice carrying seriousness.
It was much better for them to log somewhere safe, which both Myles and Vincent understood.
Upon hearing this, the secretary looked around her, waiting for the others to make their choice.
A minute or two later, everyone except the NPCs, Myles, and Vincent, refused the offer. This caused her to frown slightly but she quickly issued a few commands.
"Please take these two to their dorms. I will personally escort the captain and his friends to another dorm, " The secretary said to her bodyguard.
The bodyguard signaled Myles and the others to follow closely behind him. As they were about to leave, he saw the remaining player making their way towards the exit.
Nonetheless, Myles and Vincent followed him. They quietly made their way towards the dorm.
They were led out of the garage where the vehicle was stored to a corridor.
They halted their steps when they reached a door that seemed to be made up of metals.
"This will be your dorms for tonight. You can enter anytime you wish." The person leading them remarked.
Upon hearing this, both Myles and Vincent walked towards the door opening it up.
"Thanks for guiding us here," Myles said before he stepped inside the room.
The person didn't reply; he just walked away a second later, not even sparing a glance at Myles.
Myles didn't care, though; he just closed the door a second later. Before he turned his attention to the room.
The room looked like a typical bedroom; it had all the furniture that a normal bedroom had. The only difference was that there were two beds instead of one in the center.
"The room looks a bit weird. Don't you think so?" Vincent asked, his voice carrying doubt.
"Yeah, but it isn't like that. We are going to spend too much time here," Myless replied.
"Are you going to log out?" Vincent asked,
"Not now, btw did you receive compensation for your damaged gun?" Myles asked.
"They did give me some extra money to repair my guns," Vincent replied with a sigh.
"You didn't receive a replacement gun?" Myles asked while he raised his eyebrows.
Vincent smiled bitterly upon hearing this.
"Of course not, our employers want to get away while spending the minimum amount of money," Vincent replied, his voice carrying seriousness.
"It sucks," Myles replied.
"I know; hence, we need to look for more good team missions," Vincent replied, his voice carrying seriousness.
Myles didn't reply when he heard this. Since his current objective was to finish his S-grade quest, he couldn't afford to waste time on completing a low-grade quest for now!
But he knew that he needed to inform Vincent about this now. However, he didn't wish to disclose all the information regarding this mission as a safety precaution.
"Vincent, you see that I had accepted a sole mission before meeting you, which I can only do when I am level 20.
Since I am level 20, I wish to complete this mission first before taking part in any team missions," Myles remarked.
Upon hearing this Vincent fell silent since even a fool could understand what he meant to say.
However, Vincent didn't appear too long or upset at his decision.
"That's great, but be careful when doing the mission," Vincent replied, disinterment visible on his face.
Vincent did look a bit upset, but it wasn't too much. Although a part of Myles felt a bit bad for making him upset, it couldn't be helped.
"Do you mind telling me what kind of mission we are going to do?" Vincent asked.
Upon hearing this, Myles fell into a deep thought. Even though he was a friend, he didn't wish to reveal that this was a class change mission.
In the end, he decided to give him a vague description along with some made-up description.
"I need to find a certain something hidden somewhere in the devil's forest so that it's not lost to history," Myles said after careful consideration.
"And then handed it over to your employer, right," Vincent asked.
"Yes," Myles decided to lie.
"All right then, complete your sole quest. Until then, I play alone and look for some good team quests that we can play together after you have completed your slow quest.
Btw you are going to play with me after you are done with your solo quest?" Vincent asked, his voice carrying seriousness.
Myles nodded his head signaling that he would play with him later. This reassured Vincent. Afterward, they began to chat with each other for a few minutes.
