Chereads / Kiran's Tales / Chapter 4 - Chapter 4

Chapter 4 - Chapter 4

Mousa POV

Leo marvels, "What is this?"

Mousa replies, "His QI is at an incredibly advanced level."

Mousa reflects to himself, "Not only is his internal QI reservoir equivalent to someone in the Elite World (the third world after the second rebirth), but his QI is unique in itself, astonishing, truly astonishing. He must be my disciple, as an OMEGA DIAMOND he needs to be refined to become the most precious gem in all the higher worlds."

Mousa walks over to Kiran and puts his hand on his head.

Mousa continues to himself, "He truly has living QI, it chooses whether to harm the user or not."

Then Mousa speaks loudly, "Who told you, little one, that you would leave your family behind? They will all come with us."

Kiran wipes his tears with his sleeve and looks at Mousa with star-filled eyes, "Really?"

Mousa reassures him, "Absolutely, my boy."

Then Mousa looks at Ethan, "Gather your family here, you will all come with me to the higher worlds."

Ethan replies, "That would be too much for you, sir."

Mousa insists, "No, what matters is the child's desire to learn."

3rd person POV

Ethan looks at Mousa, "Could you let me talk to Kiran alone?"

Ethan calls out, "Kiran, come here!"

Kiran looks at Ethan and attempts to slap him, but his own QI deflects it.

Ethan curses, "Damn this QI."

Ethan says angrily, "Listen to me, Kiran."

Kiran looks at his father while holding his cheek as if struck.

Ethan continues, "You are not my son, nor Sofia's sons, they are not your brothers, do not be selfish to impose your desires on others."

Kiran starts crying.

Ethan declares, "From today, you have no place here. Go with Sheikh Mousa, he will take care of you and take you where you belong."

Then Ethan goes to Mousa and says, "I apologize for my child's selfishness, Sheikh, he is ready to go," while Kiran cries heavily in the background.

Mousa puts his hand on Ethan's shoulder, "I truly meant what I said."

Ethan, holding back tears, "I know, but this is the right thing."

Then Mousa walks over to Kiran, takes his hand, completely surrendering while crying loudly, and Sofia cries heavily from the tent, along with Leo.

Mousa: "Let's go, we're leaving." Mousa whistles, and a huge Chinese dragon emerges, as long as the village, with horns, golden eyes, white scales, and whiskers like a walrus swimming in water, moving slowly and stopped on the back of a palace.

Mousa looks at Kiran and says, "This is Brilliance, Brilliance, this is Kiran, my first disciple."

Then Mousa takes out a small bag from his pocket and gives it to Ethan, saying, "This will suffice for 500 years." He then gestures to Leo to come closer and touches Leo's forehead with his middle and index fingers and spreads the qi, reciting in a whisper. When he finishes reciting, the qi inside Leo explodes in an orange hue.

Mousa says, "Thus I have awakened the latent energy within you," and hands him a small bag. "This bag contains herbs that will guide you to the Saint's world; the rest depends on you."

Leo bows slightly, "Thank you, I will never forget your kindness."

Mousa flies, carrying Kiran to mount Brilliance.

Mousa: "Come, my old friend, let's return home."

As soon as Kiran leaves the place, Sophia, with teary eyes, slaps Ethan in the face, receiving it calmly.

Sophia: "Why did you say that to my son?"

Ethan: "I had to do this to spread his wings and fly out of the nest. It's all for his own good."

...

After a few weeks of flying among the stars,

Mousa consoles Kiran, "Don't be sad, little Kiran."

Kiran: "I'm sad because I didn't apologize to Dad."

Mousa smiles tenderly, "You have a kind heart, my little one," and hugs Kiran.

Kiran: "So, how long will the journey to Kebab World take?" Kiran's stomach growls, some drool dripping from his mouth. "Just thinking about it makes me hungry."

Mousa laughs, "Hahaha, let's go eat some Kebabs made from Manticores, you'll love it for sure."

Kiran: "Manticore?"

Mousa: "It's a beast resembling a lion but with a scorpion's tail, and the number of tails represents its strength and age. A cub has one tail, an adult has three, and the Manticore King has five tails."

Kiran: "It must be delicious."
