Chapter 5 - Chapter 5

3rd Person POV

After dinner.

Musa takes Kiran to a jade green room with furniture that emits a pleasant fragrance, and the smell of incense in the air calms anyone who enters.

Musa says, "So, let's start our first lesson."

Kiran, with a full stomach, responds, "Alright."

Musa asks, "Let's start with the concept of Qi. What do you know about it?"

Kiran answers, "My brother Lio told me that Qi is like the blood that flows in our veins, but instead of blood, it's another liquid with many colors. The worst is white, then light blue, dark blue, orange, purple, yellow, light red, dark red, and then come the mixed colors. There is also Qi with additives, which has its own classifications."

Musa says, "That's a simplified but correct explanation. Qi is the energy of the soul, something determined at birth. There might be cases where your potential is sealed, like your brother, who appeared to have white Qi but actually had orange. The place where Qi is stored is called the Qi Basin, which differs from person to person. There are ways to increase its size, but as the saying goes, 'A healthy mind in a healthy body,' and in our case, the mind represents the soul. By increasing the strength of your body, the size of your Qi Basin will also increase."

Kiran, with some smoke coming out of his head, says, "I didn't understand much."

Musa, smiling, replies, "Don't worry, you'll understand with time. So, do you know about the power levels?"

Kiran responds, "Not at all."

Musa says, "Be happy because you're about to learn now: Novice -> Apprentice -> Practitioner -> Warrior -> Expert -> Knight -> Elite -> Master -> Grandmaster -> Saint -> Legend -> Supreme -> Mythic -> Ultimate -> Eternal.

Then comes the first rebirth. You will lose all your Qi and most of the techniques you've learned, but in return, your body's age will revert to childhood, you'll gain a larger Qi Basin, and you'll be granted one wish equivalent to the amount of Qi you lost. You will then start training again to reach the final level, followed by the second rebirth, where the same thing happens again. But what really distinguishes one Qi user from another is their equipment, but only if two individuals are at the same level."

Kiran, looking into Musa's eyes with curiosity, asks, "Is there a level above that?"

Musa replies, "To my knowledge, there is no one above Eternal from the second rebirth. There are other things, but it's not important for you to know at this age. But who knows, you might be the first."

Kiran smiles bashfully.

Musa says, "We still have a few weeks until we reach the sect. Come, take off your shirt, and I'll show you the training method you will use from today. It's called the Celestial Dragon's Intent, and it's the best training method for your current level."

Kiran takes off his shirt and gives his back to Musa, who places his hand on Kiran's back and begins to circulate his Qi into Kiran in a special way.

Musa says, "Regulate your breathing and focus on how to move the Qi inside you."

After half an hour, Musa says, "I'll remove my hand now. Show me what you've learned."

Kiran performs it flawlessly.

Musa, speaking to himself, says, "He's truly a monster, this amazing talent. I'll rub this in the second elder's face when I return. Hohohohohoho!"

Then, in a loud voice, Musa says, "From today until we reach the sect, you are not allowed to stop training except for eating."

Kiran asks, "What about going to the bathroom?"

Musa replies, "And going to the bathroom. And before you ask, you won't need to sleep because the Celestial Dragon's Intent technique won't let you feel the need to sleep."
