The blue haired boy stands in front of the trio of Kurogiri, the doctor and the boy in green, confused as to what the hell this was.
"Did I stutter? Who are you?"
A monitor to the left crackles into life, they all turn to see it, a familiar voice sounding through it as it activates.
"Ah, my apologies Tomura... Tomura Shigaraki, meet Izuku Midoriya. Izuku Midoriya: Tomura Shigaraki." it says with its usual authority.
Izuku and Tomura scan one another, Izuku being a lot more wary of Tomura.
"Another person willing to destroy the world? So be it. Just don't get in my way." he says in his usual raspiness. This comment inviting Izuku to step forward.
"What? I don't want to destroy the world. I want to save it." declares the boy in green.
"Heh, wrong choice of words; Green." Tomura smirks as he takes a step forward. "This all ends with me destroying the established order brick by brick. Decaying all in my way. I'll kill that invincible pillar." this declaration of war from the boy in blue causes Izuku to wince.
"I want to save the world. If that means that this society needs an overhaul... then so be it." Izuku replies with new found confidence. Tomura stopping his advance.
"Heh. Good save. But, why should I trust you, huh? Maybe you'll stab me in the back."
"Tomura, don't think of Izuku as a threat to your position. Think of him as a consort, a friend. Someone to have your back." states the voice of authority, Tomura grumbles to himself as Izuku turns to address the screen.
"Mister Shigaraki? Is that you? he asks gently, the voice chuckling.
"Hello Young Midoriya. A pleasure to be working with you again." Shigaraki says. Izuku nods
"Sir... why did you give me extra quirks? I would've been more than happy with my mother's quirk."
The voice sighs. If Midoriya was really on their side now, he'd better disclose the details.
"Forgive me Izuku. I saw a spark within you that I hadn't seen in a very long time, I looked at you and saw the potential catalyst for a real change in this world."
"How many quirks did you give me?"
"In addition to Attraction, I gave you five additional quirks that I felt you could use to their full potential."
Tomura turns to the screen, largely irritated by the apparent new teacher's pet.
"What the hell master! Why didn't you give me any extra quirks?" shouts Tomura
"Forgive me Tomura, but due to the nature of your quirk, you can only handle the one. Izuku's biology is different to yours, he-" Shigaraki attempts to explain to his successor, however it's Izuku who jumps in.
"I was quirkless. Then I got my mother's quirk, I aim to master it and then every quirk after that. I'll put a smile back on the face of everyone in this world. That they'll all see me and feel safe! vows Izuku. Tomura couldn't help but look between the flickering screen and the boy in green.
"You're unbearably noble." bluntly says the boy in blue.
"That's just what we need Tomura. To rebuild a society, we must take inspiration from all corners of it." declares Shigaraki.
After being so silent in this conversation, the good doctor finally wants to scratch the itch of this quirk problem, he steps forward.
"Sir. Izuku displayed advanced capabilities with his Attraction quirk. Am I right in the assumption that a quirk you gave him is some kind of amplification?" inquires the doctor.
"Indeed. It's referred to as 'Amp-Up!' I'm not entirely sure on the inner workings of it but I believe the name suggests it's purpose." answers his superior. The doctor nods, satisfied with this answer.
"What of the other quirks you gave me? How do I use those?" Izuku follows up.
"Your quirks will awaken in your body once your body is ready to handle them, or under periods of great stress. When they awaken, come to me and I'll inform you of what I know."
"Right."
"Tomura." The voice of authority says as he turns his attention from questions to his sucessor.
"Master?"
"Look after Izuku, and he'll look after you." concludes the voice of authority as the screen crackles out of life.
Tomura turned to this boy in green, someone whom master stated would look after them? He didn't need looking after, he was fine on his own... But if it meant more help for his dream to come true, then so be it.
"I'll look after you green, don't think that means I'll like you." bluntly states the boy in blue. Prompting a frown from Izuku.
"Oh. Okay, sure." he replies.
Tomura sits down on one of the chairs in the bar, smirking to himself under his hand mask, things were going rather nicely for him at the moment.
"We've got quite a good little group forming huh Kurogiri? Master, us two, the doctor and Green. We should give ourselves a name." Tomura says with an inkling of eagerness in his raspy voice.
"I agree. A notable name would give us a reputation and potentially result in more members joining us." the phantom agrees as he hovers behind the bar. Tomura thinks for a moment before smirking.
"I've got it. There's this old game I used to play, we'll call ourselves: The League of Villains." Tomura declares. Izuku however grimaces at this idea.
"Villains? We're not villains." he returns. This comment causing Tomura to sigh as he turns to Izuku.
"Look Green, I'm not gonna hold your hand through this. I'm gonna kill people, people will label me a villain and by extension: You. So get used to it." says Tomura, Izuku rubs his head, frustrated.
"Why is there always death involved."
"Because it's such an easy way to solve a problem!" giggles Tomura.
Izuku sighs. Still fuelled by his lust for revenge, he decides to entertain this conversation with this supposed new mutual friend.
"Look, I agree with the league. But, think about what we're trying to do, if we're really gonna get people onside. We can't brand ourselves villains." Izuku declares.
Tomura growns as he leans back in his chair, he hated getting lectures, and from someone he'd met five minutes ago? Please... The worst part was that Green had a good point.
"What then? But don't you dare remove the 'League' part."
Izuku thinks for a moment.
"Well, we're trying to establish justice to those who don't have any-"
"If you suggest calling us the Justice League, I'll kill you here and now."
Izuku flaps his hands around at this response.
"Okay okay! Just spitballing!" prompting more thought inside his head. Damn, he thought Justice League was a good idea. "Say, uh... Tomura? How come you ended up here?" he asks
"Because this society threw me to the curb. I had no help anywhere. Heroism is bullshit. Take your pick, Green." Tomura scoffs.
Izuku finally concludes his thoughts, he thought he had a good idea.
"How about... The League of the Wronged?" Izuku suggests, Tomura stays quiet. "Like it encompasses what happened to you, to me. It sounds sympathetic."
"... Not bad, Green. I like it. But tell me, what did happen to you?" Tomura asks.
"It's... a long story." Izuku says solemnly.
"I've got time." Tomura replies.
Izuku nods as he walks up and sits down on the stool next to Shigaraki, he picks up one of the glasses that happened to be on the bar and starts twirling it in his hand.
"Okay so... As I said earlier, I am... well was, quirkless..."
