For the last few weeks, Azrael has perilously gone through many methods of learning how to code. He's deep dived into the internet, he's mind controlled people who knew about coding, and he's even gone through trial and error with the information he's collected.
He's been so buried in his work, that he didn't even consider the most obvious option to learn about coding. Azrael told us how he got our identities. He got them from a guy named Pablo who has connections to smart people. Smart people who can forge identities and keep high profile organizations off of their back.
"Azrael." I softly spoke, trying to get his attention. I've been with him this whole time to keep him company. Our relationship is generally established, so I've been spending more time with him to further our intimacy.
I pulled away the laptop and closed it. He finally blinked after a while and looked back at me.
"Yes?" He asked, yawning shortly after it. I sighed and shook my head.
"You're an idiot." I stated. He looked at me confusingly and did that thing he does that I find cute. You can see it in his eyes. When someone says something to him regarding him not knowing something, his eyes light up slightly.
He told me that it's when he starts thinking fast about the reason for something that he doesn't know about in the moment. It also happens when he casually thinks deep about anything. He was doing it right now because he was trying to figure out a reason I would say that.
"Azrael, why don't you get Pablo to help you learn to code? Doesn't he have connection with people in that field?" I watched the gears in his head start to work and shut down in less than a second.
He let out a visible sigh and stood up from the couch. He silently walked towards our bedroom.
"It's nap time." He said, more to himself than me, but he said it regardless. I quickly followed behind him and closed the door behind us. I helped the sleepy man change into more comfortable clothing before he hopped into the bed.
'Why is he so adorable when he's sleepy?' I genuinely wondered. He eventually wandered asleep in my arms and I eventually joined him.

I tried to get Azrael to stop working so much, but he insisted on it. I've learned that when he gets determined to do something, he does it. Laura said she'd take care of him and I believed her.
Sometimes I get jealous of their relationship, but I can only blame myself for not taking the initiative with Hisako. If I don't do anything soon, she'll slip away from my hands and land in someone else's. That's the last thing I wanted to happen.
In the words of Azrael, "Stop being a jackass and jack that ass instead." He said he learned it from some guy named Sun Tzu.
Anyway, I recognized that a move needed to be made, and quick. So today, I asked Hisako to walk around with me through the city since we had identities now. That Pablo guy pulled in an extra favor and somehow managed to erase Hisako's previous identity.
He tried that with me, Laura, Ezzy, and Wanda, but his team was unsuccessful. Perhaps he couldn't do anything because we were the main ones being targeted by HYDRA heavily. Our identities are permanently instilled into the minds of HYDRA, for now.
Hisako and I were walking down the street when a sign caught her attention.
"Real Psychic! Backed Up By 500 Satisfied Customer Reviews!" Hisako read the sign excitedly. I was much less enthusiastic. Believing in such a thing seemed childish to me, but to capture her heart, I'd be willing to do whatever childish antic she wants.
"Can we do it Pietro? Please!" She got on her knees and begged me. In a normal situation, this would be somewhat of a dream for me. But we were on a street, in public. This didn't look appropriate.
"Yes we can go inside. Now, please get up, this is slightly embarrassing." I stated, scratching the back of my head and tried my best to ignore the stares we were getting. Hisako blushed and quickly got up.
"Ahem. Let's go!" She grabbed my hand and rushed towards the Psycic. The way she was running, you'd think she was me!
The building was relatively small, perfect fit for a single psychic. When we entered, there was no one inside except for a receptionist who was aggressively tapping their phone screen.
After waiting a few minutes without getting any service, I walked up to the desk and rung the bell. Not getting a response, I rang it again. Five times. Before the receptionist put down his phone with a groan.
"I was playing Fruit Ninja you asshole! You made me lose." The receptionist accused.
"We're here to see the psychic." I stated, completely ignoring the seething receptionists anger. If it came down to it, I could easily kill this man, but that wasn't necessary.
"He's in the back." He muttered with his teeth clenched.
"Thanks." I replied with a fake smile. I grabbed Hisako's hand and led her through the door leading to the back.
"What's a fruit ninja?" Hisako asked.
"No idea."

When we made it to the back, there was an old man with white hair, peach skins and glasses sitting down at a table with an orb on top of it. He certainly looked more like someones grandfather rather than a psychic.
"Excuse me Mr. Psychic?" I asked, trying to get his attention. Not getting a response, I carefully walked over to him and slowly lifted up his head, the sound of snoring became more apparent.
I sent a dead pan stare towards Hisako and she gave me a smile in return.
"Can I help you sunny?" I jumped and turned back around to find the old man awake with no signs of tiredness on his face.
"Uhm, yeah. We want our palms read." Hisako sighed and pushed me into a chair at the table.
"What he meant was, we wanted our futures read." She then glanced at me.
"He's a psychic. Not a palm reader Pietro." I put that in the back of my mind for the next time I met either a psychic or palm reader.
Hisako sat next to me as the old man stared at us with a smile. But it wasn't like a creepy smile, it was a warm smile, only furthering my belief of this being someone's grandad.
"Ah, your futures. Each of you put your dominate hands on the orb and I will determine your future together." We both blushed at his words.
Initially I didn't want to come in here, but I did consider getting a reading of our future to see what it would be like. I didn't know how he knew that. Maybe he thinks we're a new couple?
We both put our hands onto the orb and waited. The orb glowed a bright blue, at the same time, the old man's eyes shockingly glowed the same color.
"Hmm. Your futures are…"
