"Where I am?" Leo ask himself as he float in the void. Leo feels nothing, he doesn't even know if he is breathing.
Who knows how long he is been in this void, a minute, hour, days, or years? He doesn't know. But a voice wake him up, an familiar voice.
"Leo! Wake up!" Lawrence shout as he shake Leo to wake up. Leo come into his senses, he felt unnatural, it feels real but also not at the same time.
Lawrence then walk out the room saying, "Hey! You should ready up it's going to be your training again!". 'Few.. I sleep a little but I shouldn't let Leo knows that I am leaving at night' Lawrence thought as he prepare a coffee and breakfast.
In the training ground. "Hey Leo, wanna know how to hold a sword?" Lawrence ask and Leo replied "Yes, Teacher!".
"First I'm going to tell you the basic foundation of swordsmanship while I'm doing it" Lawrence said as he grabbed a wooden sword and stand at the middle of training ground.
"Now let me tell you, how to hold a sword. First of all how you held your handle? Is the right hand on the top or is it left? Well it doesn't matter as long as the strongest hand is in the top of the lid it will make you feel more easier. If you ask me why" Lawrence lift up his sword over his head and do a vertical slash "because it's the hand that will provide you the most strength in every slash you give".
'So basically the strongest hand will put out the most of the power while the other one put on the direction' Leo thought as he observe Lawrence doing vertical slash.
"You need to at least show me that you are capable of holding sword" Lawrence throw his wooden sword to Leo, "Ok kid show me".
'Imitating what he did.. it's like this?' Leo thought as he lift up the sword and do a vertical slash. "You need to focus on how much strength you put in your slash. Feel the handle and feel like you are pushing a big rock" Lawrence said.
'A big rock?' Leo is quite confused but he follow what he said. At first the vertical slash is not so perfect. The direction of the sword sometimes curve unlike the original path that Leo wants.
Leo continue doing vertical slash even though he doesn't know what time it is.
'He had a focus. Those eyes are determined to know it right away. But unfortunately swordsmanship isn't an easy thing because if it is.. everyone could learn it.
Moment later. "Hey Leo stop now. It's almost night" Lawrence called Leo and he startled, he doesn't know that time past by really quick.
"Huff... Huff.. To think.. it's almost night" Leo said as he catch his breath. 'To thing he doesn't know that his stamina depleted.. He was swallowed by the sword. His focus is only in the sword. Looks promising.." Lawrence thought as they head up to the treehouse.
After eating dinner Lawrence let Leo rest.
"What a monster.."
