Once upon a time there was a bunny.
Now, this was no ordinary bunny, this bunny was pink with long skinny arms and long skinny legs. This bunny had long floppy ears and I think that was how he got his name. His name was "Floppy Ears".
Floppy Ears had a little sister named Sunshine Bunny, she was very special to Floppy Ears and she thought Floppy Ears was the best big brother anyone could possible have.
Sunshine Bunny was so excited to be making a craft at her daycare. She loved getting creative and making things for her family and friends. Today, she was making a special gift for her big brother, Floppy Ears.
The activity was to make an outline of your hand on a piece of paper, and then decorate it with paint and markers. Sunshine Bunny's teacher, Mrs. Green, showed them how to use different colors to make their handprints look like animals or objects.
Sunshine Bunny thought for a moment before deciding on a turkey. She loved turkeys, and she knew Floppy Ears would too. She carefully painted her handprint brown, and then used markers to draw eyes, a beak, and feathers on her hand.
As she worked on her craft, Sunshine Bunny couldn't help but think about how much she loved her big brother. She hoped that he would like her gift and feel proud that she had made it especially for him.
When the activity was finished, Mrs. Green helped the children gather their crafts to take them home. Sunshine Bunny carefully placed her turkey handprint in her backpack, making sure it was safe and sound.
When she got home from daycare, Sunshine Bunny ran to show her mom her gift. "Mommy, Mommy! I made something for Floppy Ears!" she exclaimed.
Her mom smiled and took the craft from her. "That's so cute, Sunshine Bunny! I'm sure Floppy Ears will love it."
Later that evening, Floppy Ears came home from his own activities, tired but happy. Sunshine Bunny ran to show him her gift.
Floppy Ears' eyes lit up as he saw the turkey handprint. "Wow, Sunshine Bunny! This is amazing!" he exclaimed. "You're such a talented artist!"
Sunshine Bunny beamed with pride, thrilled that her big brother liked her gift. "I tried really hard," she said, looking up at him with big eyes.
Floppy Ears smiled and gave his little sister a big hug. "I love it, Sunshine Bunny. It's the best gift I've ever received."
Sunshine Bunny grinned from ear to ear, feeling happy that she could make her big brother feel special. She knew that she would always cherish this moment, and the memory of making something special just for him.
The End.
