Somewhere in the heavenly realm in a small cottage, screams of a woman in labor could be heard. After some times, her voice died down and the cry or perhaps cries of babies could be heard.
An old woman who seemed to be a midwife came out of the room and approached a middle aged man "your majesty, she has birthed twin princes" she said to the middle aged man bowing "lead the way" he said with a firm voice befitting royalty.
In the room, a beautiful young woman lay on a canopy bed with her newly born twins laying to her right side, the man and the old lady walked in and she tried to rise to greet the man "no need Sarah, just rest" he said with his cold but sweet manly voice. He wore a white robe with golden embroidery on it, he stood tall and regal, a golden crown and long ebony black hair graced his head, he had eyes the color of hazel. He was a personification of ethereal beauty. He was the heavenly emperor, King Richard.
"Yes, your majesty" Sarah, a maid in the empyrean cloud palace and the emperor's secret lover replied. "Your majesty, one of the princes is a phoenix and the other is a dragon" the midwife said "you may leave now" he said "yes, your majesty" she bowed and left.
The moment she left, Richard stretched out his left hand and a black box with golden ornaments around it appeared on his palm and he opened it, he brought out two necklaces which were bound by a single pendant. He twirled his right index finger and the pendant divided into two halves, making two necklaces, he gave each of his sons a necklace with half pendant.
"Your majesty" Sarah called out "yes my love" "what are you going to do about this" she asked "I don't understand" "I mean me and my sons, you can't just take us to the palace and announce that your maid has birthed the heirs to the throne" she said "why can't I, I'm the emperor" "it's not proper, It'll cause chaos and bring a lot of hatred and enemies to our sons" Sarah replied him.
"So what do you think is right" he asked her "I'll leave, forever" she said "no, you can't" Richard said trying to discourage her "I'm sorry, it's the only way to keep our sons safe" she said "let's name them first" she added "okay, the phoenix would be Riley, and the dragon would be Dylan" he said. "Your majesty" she called him "can I take Riley with me" she asked and her question left him speechless "please, your majesty" she pleaded with him.
"Alright, but please stay safe" he agreed with her "yes, i will" she replied "please take good care of my Dylan" she added "I will, I promise to make him my top priority" he assured her "rest now, you have to regain your strength if you want to leave" he added "okay", she said and smiled and after a while she slept off.

"You're awake now" Richard said the moment Sarah opened her eyes "yes your majesty" "I've prepared new sets of clothes for you and the boys" "thank you, your majesty"
Richard then stretched out his hand towards the only table in the room and a new set of clothes appeared on it. Sarah stood up and took the one meant for her, she spread the clothes wide with both hands then started turning on the spot. When she stopped, she already had a change of clothes. She also had a change of clothes for the newly born princes as well.
"Your majesty, I'll leave now" Sarah said with Riley wrapped up in her arms "please take good care of yourself and Riley" he said her then kissed Riley's forehead "I will, your majesty" she said "please tell my Dylan I love him so much" she added with teary eyes "I'm going to tell him how wonderful a person his mother is" Richard said wiping off her tears and kissed her forehead. "Thank you, your majesty" she said and stepped back from him "goodbye, your majesty" she added before disappearing right in front of his eyes "goodbye Sarah" Richard said to himself before picking up Dylan and also disappeared out of the room.
