~Weak Princess~
"If you let me live, I'll tell you who your goddess is! Rialorna yelled and Lansel paused in his tracks.
Rialorna saw a ray of hope when she heard Lansel's footsteps moving closer, and he finally stood in front of the dungeon.
"You sound foolish, even in this state" he glared daggers at her and disappeared in front of her. Rialorna sobbed bitterly as her hope crumbled, like dark clouds evaporate into nothingness. She's left there, alone in this dark and dangerous abyss.
"Poor weak heart, now a sin to love" she sobbed softly.
Almost immediately, prince Dionysios appeared and Rialorna's eyes lit up.
"Second prince, please take me out of here. Only you can save me, please prince Dionysios" Rialorna begged grabbing the bars, tightly.
"No way to save you, unless lady Neev is found" Dionysios replied calmly, making Rialorna burst into fresh tears.
"I never knew loving someone could be this deadly"
"It could have been brutal of you spit out who the goddess is. How the hell did you know about Neev being the goddess?" Dionysios snapped, his calm voice turned cold.
Rialorna shuddered from his cold voice and stumbled back a little.
"I don't remember telling anyone about it. Tell me Rialorna, you were eavesdropping?" He added and Rialorna slowly nodded.
"Double punishment, no way to escape death" there was a sudden finality in Dionysios' voice as he said that. Rialorna gasped.
"No! Please! Get me out of here. I promise to stay away from the prince and lady Neev. I promise not to spit it out to anyone. Just get me out of this stinking place, please" she cried.
Dionysios shook his head and left. Rialorna fell on the cold dirty floor, crying. She thought of using her powers to get out but then, the mortal supernaturals are not stupid. The while Dark Valley was spell bounded. No matter how strong one's powers are, no way to get out.
She knew she's done for. Lansel would never look at her talk more of getting her out of here. She's now staying here and rot in the dungeon. She won't see her family, her friends. She won't inhale the fresh air outside ever again. And her family cannot save her. Even if they declare war with the Moon Realm, they will never win. And even if they do, before the wat will be over, she'll be dead by then. The thought alone made her cry more.
"Take some rest Lucretzia. You must be tired" prince Dionysios stated as he walked side by side with Lucretzia in the Magic Woodland.
"Ay, my prince" Lucretzia bowed.
Dionysios smiled and affectionately cupped her cheeks, his action left Lucretzia frozen.
"Thank goodness I don't have a fated wife. I can love anyone I like" he stated, still smiling as he caressed her cheeks.
The frozen statue, whose name is Lucretzia suddenly moved. She was confused, she didn't really understand what he's talking about. She lowered her head and cleared her throat.
"Good night, my prince"
Dionysios retrieved his hand and smiled "good night, luscious Lucretzia" he smirked.
Lucretzia left, with red cheeks. The second prince can really be blunt sometimes.
Dionysios sighed and crossed his hands behind his back. Tonight was a hectic one. So many things happened and he suddenly wondered where Neriah could be. He had a feeling her disappearance is related to Neev's. It could be possible she went in search of Neev because Neriah sometimes could be so daring, she hates it when her brothers do things without letting her know, she hates it when they refer her as a 'weak princess'
He nodded thoughtfully, his idea made sense. Neriah is somewhere searching for Niamh. He soliloquized.
He shut his eyes and took a deep breath.
"Brother Dion" called Neriah. Dionysios thought he was hearing things but when he slowly turned he saw Neriah and Neptune standing.
"Neriah" Dionysios reciprocated softly. His blue eyes were serene like a moonlit blue sea.
In a frightening speed, Neriah jumped into his embrace.
"Where were you, Neriah?" Dionysios asked, his calm gaze raked over the sea god, who gazed back at them, his hands crossed behind his back.
"I went to search for Niamh with the help of the sea god" Neriah replied truthfully.
"Did you find her?" He asked eagerly, staring down at her. Neriah smiled knowingly as she disentangled from his embrace.
"Yes, she's in Neptune's hidden kingdom. We planned to surprise brother Lansel the next morning" Neriah explained.
"She told me her intentions so I helped. Neriah is compassionate and strong not a weak princess. Let her help where she can. My water goddess is really fit to be mine" Neptune finally spoke, taking steady steps towards them. He finally stood beside Neriah and wrapped his arms around her, staring lovingly at her. That's it, Neriah's heart was escaping from it's rib cage.
Dionysios stared at them in disbelief.
