Clarissa went through her memories in order to understand the world she's in. First there was cultivators in this world; people who absorbed power from heaven and earth to enhance their bodies, spirit and soul therefore granting them special abilities.
These people often have power according to the power they absorb which is fire, water, earth, air and wood. Some are special that they absorb thunder, light, darkness.
The other are the mystic people. These people have mysterious power that grant them special abilities. Some are able to communicate with their environment like beast tamers they have special affinity with animals.
Others communicate with plants most of them become medical practitioners. Others have bodily abilities, sharp hearing, hawk like eyes that can see great distances, bone changers can retract or lengthen their bones structures. Others can read memories, hypnotize, arts of seduction, teleportation, invisibility and many more.
There are the envisioned who are the regarded as guniuses for they can cultivate though they have mystic powers. These people are as rare as a dragon in this age. They are referred as the envisioned because of a prophecy a millennia ago that prophecied about guniuses born of mystic powers and would still cultivate.
Those that are discovered to be envisioned are taken by the most powerful factions in this world. And that's not just because of the prophecy but these people have special physic that enables them to cultivate much faster and they have more strength.
Together with their mystic powers they become the most dangerous people in the whole world thus every power wants to have them by their side. Then the last are the mortals.
After going through her memories Clarissa continues to comprend the new knowledge. She discovers that she has two mystic powers; one acute hearing and a form of intuition that warns her of dangers.
Clarissa continued going through the new information. She discovers symbols written in different papers. She's intrigued by the symbols and she starts writing the symbols.
She saw that after the writing was complete it will turn into a talisman. After learning, she started practicing on the ground until she was able to replicate them.
Everytime she wrote the symbols wrong she would get a slight pain in her spirit. When she decides to stop she felt a dominating pressure from the altar. And so she continued until she perfected it. When she was done the dominating pressure disappeared.
Clarissa continued comprehending all the information and after a long time she finally ended her comprehension and her soul was sent back to her body.
Clarissa woke up and looked around, she saw that she was still lying on the rectangular stone. She sat up slowly and looked at the tree that was now dried up.
All the water in the crate was gone and there was no longer water coming from the wall. She looked around but didn't feel much spiruality from the surrounding anymore.
Clarissa was puzzled at what had happened and the mysterious place she was in but since she couldn't figure things out she decided to not think about it and took her bag and walked back the way she came. When she reached out she saw that it was early morning.
Back at the cave the moment Clarissa walked out the rectangular stone, tree and crate pulverized as if it was never there.
Clarissa walked around as she ate the fruits she got from the tree. As she studied her surroundings she found herself more energetic and her eyesight more clear than ever.
She took out the list and memorized all the herbs then she found herself walking in a certain direction and after a few miles she found some herbs there. She started collecting the herbs and everytime she will think of a herb her intuition will lead her to the herb.
