~Dante Saviano~
I had everything under control. It was all supposed to go according to plan—I outnumbered Vincenzo's men, so there was no way they could've gotten to Anastasia. I need to handle this discreetly. If Vishnev finds out his daughter was taken by Vincenzo, it'll create the kind of problems I'm trying to avoid, just like Vincenzo wants.
I glance at Alessio again, who hasn't lifted his eyes from the floor since he got here, clearly ashamed. Oddly enough, I'm not even mad at him right now. What really irritates me is that Luca was also at the fashion house and Alessio said he decided to play the hero by "saving" Anastasia during the chaos. That's what infuriates me most about Luca—he's always sticking his nose where it doesn't belong.
And now, Anastasia is nowhere to be found.
"We… we can't keep waiting, boss. We need to send men after Vincenzo and get Anastasia back," Alessio says.
