Third person POV
But, at sundown, when they both arrived back at the village, they saw something that Russell had thought: a bunch of armed and dangerous bandits were raiding the village. Bandits are chasing villagers for their valuable possessions and lives. Others are abducting small children and babies, while some are burning down some homes and buildings. Seeing the carnage and chaos, both Russell and Azalea are shocked to their cores.
"Oh no…"
"I knew this would happen!"
Quickly, Azalea grabs Russell's right hand. "Come on, let's get out here!"
She then turned around and ran away with him from the village before any bandit could spot them.
But as he was running through the pine forest with her, Russell started to remember that his bus was in that village and now thought that those bandits would do something harmful to it. He didn't want that precious asset to be a victim or a spoil of the raid, so he let go of Azalea's hand and stopped running. Upon noticing that, Azalea stopped running and looked at him. "What is it?"
"My bus…" Russell replied back, "…it's in that village."
He then became serious. "I won't leave that behind!"
And so, he turned back and started running back to the village.
Azalea was horrified to see his action being reckless.
"No, wait!" she tries to stop him. "You'll die there!"
But Russell didn't care and kept on running; he wanted his bus to be safe, and perhaps, fight off the bandits.
So, upon arriving back at the village, he ran through the chaos and to his bus off the road. Then, he opened the door using his bus keys and hopped in, before sitting on the driver's seat and turning the engine on. And then, he put on his seatbelt and closed the bus door. Now, he remembered how he had killed the three suspicious men on his way to that village.
"I'll see if I can do that, too," he thought seriously as he looked at the chaos and fires through his bus's windshield.
So, he shifted his gear to Drive and pressed on the gas pedal, leaving the area and deeper into the village to kill the bandits for raiding the place.
Most of the bandits heard something from their backs and turned around, only to be surprised to see a metal carriage coming towards them.
Their reaction was a bit slow, so they got rammed by Russell's vehicle.
"What the…?!" one of the surviving bandits responded to this.
Then, Russell noticed a handheld and wired microphone on the dashboard, and thinking that it was used to make announcements, he grabbed it and said, "Listen up, you bunch of thieves, what you're doing is against the law!"
His message was heard through the bus's built-in speaker system.
But the bandits laughed at his bravery and won't give up, before trying to break into the vehicle.
"We'll kill you for this!" shouted one of the armed bandits as he tried to break through the strong bus door with his sword.
In a quick response to that, Russell shifted his gear to Reverse, dragging his vehicle backward.
While doing it, he ended up ramming 4 bandits in the back, ending their lives seconds later.
