"Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one."
- Bruce Lee
----
Inside a forest filled with flora and fresh air, not polluted like the air in the cities, a young man sat in the middle of a clearing with his bare upper body exposed.
Numerous steel balls littered the ground, divided into two distinct groups. One group was new, devoid of deformities, a clear sign of unused products, while the other group showed clear and deep hand imprints. Their once-round outline was only a trace of the past, as the deformed spheres had lost their luster.
Focusing on the man, we can see that he was currently reading a book with clear instructions and images of the human body. Each page detailed different stances and sections of explanation.
The young man held the book in his right hand while gripping a steel sphere in his left. Almost immediately, he crushed it with sheer grip strength, his rough hands a testament to how much he had trained to reach this level.
He threw the deformed sphere to his right and immediately grabbed another one, but this time, he didn't stop there, he grabbed one more again.
The man continued like this, engrossed in the information inside the book.
After several minutes, he stopped and closed the book before standing up. The book's cover displayed two words:
Mujin Jin
Indeed, this was the item inside the mysterious box left by Vin Jin's father after his departure. The book contained everything Mujin Jin had learned and experienced, down to the last detail.
And Vin hadn't skipped a thing.
His eyes were fixed on the sky, enjoying the fresh morning breeze. "Yamazaki, eh?" he muttered before turning around and walking back home.
It was time for the final phase of foundation training.
The foundation training was what Mujin called the regimen Vin had to complete. This training was necessary to build all the essential basics to forge his own path, as his father had written in the book:
"Only a coward would copy my path, and my son is no coward!"
Those were the exact words, with their meaning clear...
Only the strongest create their own path, while the rest are destined to follow behind.

Briisshh
Briisshh
Deep inside a lake, two figures were chained to two Buddha statues as they continuously moved around in the deep waters.
Zack and Daniel were currently training underwater to build strength, speed, durability, and lung capacity. They needed strong oxygen reserves to endure the harsh conditions of the water.
Their faces were flushed red from the strain and the lack of air.
Zack continued shadow boxing while moving around with the statue tightly chained to his abdomen. His punches were fast, even underwater.
Meanwhile, Daniel used a variety of techniques, taekwondo for kicking, boxing for punching, karate for striking, before suddenly switching to using boxing to kick and taekwondo to punch.
He continued practicing different martial arts with his eyes closed.
Suddenly, the bracelets on their wrists vibrated, notifying them of the time. The two stopped and immediately swam upwards, the weight of the statues making the task more difficult.
Splash! (x2)
"Whahh," Daniel exhaled, his eyes red from the prolonged contact with water. He looked around and spotted Gongseob seated calmly in a chair, enjoying the warmth of the sun on his face.
"Tsk!" Zack frowned in envy, seeing his master relax while they were suffering. He glanced at Daniel, who did the same. "Whatever." They both said at the same time.
---
It was dusk now, and Zack was punching a steel bell repeatedly, unleashing a barrage of blows. The bell showed clear signs of fist marks, evidence of Zack's immense improvement.
"Heh, the bell's useless to you now. You need something tougher," Daniel teased while eating chips. Zack stopped and nodded. "You're right, but we don't have anything harder around here..."
He turned to Daniel, eyeing his bare upper body before smirking. "But I do have someone harder. The situation changes."
Daniel's face twisted in disgust. "What?" It took Zack a second to realize the implication, and he frowned. "I didn't mean it like that, dumbass!" Daniel laughed. "I was joking."
Zack clenched his fist and swung at Daniel's head. His friend's face was just too punchable.
Pam!
The fist landed cleanly on Daniel, but it only managed to turn his head sideways. Daniel continued munching without a care. "You need to hit harder than that~."
"All that training for wha-" Daniel began to mock Zack again, but another punch slammed into his abdomen, lifting his body off the ground and sending a shockwave out behind him.
Boom!
This time, Zack applied more force and speed. As the dust cleared, Daniel stood, grabbing Zack's fist, smoke rising from it. "This is better," Daniel praised, still unharmed.
Zack frowned. He had used 70% of his normal strength, and it had only lifted Daniel off the ground? It had been a while since they sparred, but he was still surprised.
"What? Surprised?" Daniel grinned. "Well, Gongseob packs quite a punch, so it's natural that my body's gotten tougher." With a laugh, Daniel grabbed Zack's fist, flipping him into the air, and immediately kicked his abdomen.
Baam!
Zack flew a few meters before twisting his body and landing without any sign of damage. He raised an eyebrow at Daniel and mocked, "What? Is that all?"
Daniel smiled and charged at him, with Zack doing the same. The two grew more excited to spar as time passed.
Zack immediately adopted an iron boxing stance and moved in zigzags, leaving afterimages from his raw speed and technique.
Despite Zack's speed, Daniel kept up effortlessly. He mirrored Zack's boxing stance perfectly, which only made Zack frown in irritation.
They punched each other in the cheeks with immense speed and power, their heads snapping to the side, but their eyes never left each other.
Suddenly, Zack's eyes took on a blue glow as he vanished and reappeared to Daniel's left, where his body was wide open. Zack's grin made Daniel raise an eyebrow just before Zack's fist struck his face.
[Speed Mastery]
Boom!
Daniel was flung away, and Zack immediately followed up to attack again.
