Chapter 26 - Came Back Home

The next morning, the first thing Zara did was to take off to Elbonia, Golrid City her home country. After two hours of flight, the jet landed in the private terminal of Goldrid city airport.

There was already a car waiting for her at the terminal. After getting into the car, she drove directly to Mayledge Mansion on the outskirts of the city.

It took her an hour to go to the outskirts of the city and enter the community with the entrance card she was holding. Because it was a gated community where only those with registered IDs could enter, there was another card that granted access to those who possessed the key card.

Following the security check, the car drove directly to the community's inner region and entered Mayledge Mansion. Because it was the richest community, each mansion had its own security personnel and workers.

As there was still some space between the gate and the mansion, the car drove straight to the mansion's entrance. The car came to a stop at the mansion's entryway.

Zara exited the car and entered the mansion, leaving the staff in a state of confusion. The servants were so confused that suddenly, someone entered the mansion without saying anything. And, most importantly, she did not behave like a visitor.

Seeing someone enter without saying anything, Gia a servant who served Olivia from her childhood called out, "Excuse me!" Zara turned around after hearing a sharp sound from the side and saw a lady in her forties approaching her.

Zara remained in the same spot, staring at the woman who approached and stood in front of her. Gia was astounded by the beauty of the girl before her.

When she looked from afar, she didn't notice much, but as she got closer, she saw the young girl was stunning, with gorgeous eyes and flawless skin. Even after living at this home and witnessing many gorgeous girls and ladies, she was taken aback at the sight of such beauty.

Zara stood still and looked at the person who stood in front of her without any change in her face. Gia regained her composure and looked at the girl, who had a strong sense of aloofness that matched the first and fourth young masters of the mansion.

She was terrified of talking to the small girl, but she couldn't bring herself to lower her ego since the little girl in front of her should see her as a senior.

So she gathered her confidence and stared at the girl in front of her, "May I ask who you are? How can you enter the mansion without permission?"

Zara said faintly, with her eyebrow raised, "Without permission, can anyone enter till here?" Gia was choked on words.

She thought to herself "That's right. No one can enter the mansion's living without permission. What if she trespassed here?" She stared at the girl in front of her and felt she had trespassed.

Zara, who had seen through her thoughts, sneered mockingly, "If I trespassed till here, do you think I would walk freely with everyone seeing me?"

Gia was again struck by the words Zara said and was shocked that this little girl could even tell what she was thinking and her wrath grew as she gazed at the small girl.

But she controlled herself because anyone who could enter here had to have status, and looking at the girl in front of her, even though the clothes she wore were casual and did not resemble a rich young lady, it was not easy to enter the community, let alone the mansion, without permission.

So she held her temper and inquired gently, "Then may I ask who you are here for?" "I'm here to meet my parents." Zara spoke as if she was talking about the fact.

Gia got confused when she heard the term 'parents' and asked, "If you're looking for your parents, why did you come here? You should go home. What are you doing in someone else's home?"

"I'm at my house." Zara spoke without emotion and stepped into the main living room. "Heyyy.... hey..." Gia followed her hurriedly, observing how carelessly the girl entered the living room.

She wanted to hold the girl's hand and take hold of her. When she tried to do so, the girl swiftly moved her hand causing Gia to lose her balance and fall to the ground.

Gia was so enraged that she couldn't control her feelings. She yelled without thinking and sprang up, screaming, "Hey girl, don't you have manners? Entering other people's homes as if you owned them and harming their servants. Do you believe our masters will not do anything to you?

Hearing the commotion in the living room, another servant, Ava, rushed out of the kitchen and into the main living area. When she walked in, she was taken aback by the sight of two persons standing face to face.

She could see one person from her side, which she recognized as the servant Gia, but she couldn't see another person since the person's back was turned toward her.

She anxiously rushed forward to look at both persons, but when she saw the second person, she was taken aback and had no idea if it was real.

While in a stupor, she heard a booming voice remark, "How undisciplined are you? I am sure you are coming to seek assistance from our masters. Our masters will not sponsor someone who is rebellious."

Ava was startled to hear the lines and dashed towards the duo, standing in between them. Ava faced Gia and motioned for her to calm down, but to her disappointment, Gia angrily asked, "Ava, what are you doing by sheltering her from me? You should be the one throwing her out the door."

Olivia was the only one inside the mansion, other than the maids, while the Adam couple went to work. Olivia was relaxing in her room when she heard furious sounds below, so she got up and walked down.

As she got downstairs, she noticed Gia lecturing someone aggressively and Ava stepping between them to calm things down. But she couldn't see the person behind Ava well.

Zara was still standing there, listening to the servant's comments, but she was exhausted from her travel and those words gave her a headache.
