Demons could grow in danger by amassing negative energy and skills, but not in an instant. Unless Angor was already close to that level—which he shouldn't have been after a chunk of him vanished in the Void.
'That doesn't sound like a lot… Either way, the Exemplars are still winning! I should focus on my own task.'
Just as Zemin thought that, Angor laughed and threw out his hand. The thick miasma gathered around the four Exemplars closest to him, paralyzing them in the same manner it happened with Zemin two weeks ago.
Before Zemin could as much as gasp, Angor appeared next to an Exemplar, thrusting his hand through the woman's face and ripping open the front of her skull. The droplets of blood were still hovering in the air when the demon dashed to his next victim.
