Her feet did not wish to walk near him. Her heart was booming inside her chest as it had decided him a threat to her, but her mind did not understand it.
Her mind had always been practical, unlike her heart, which she always rejected.
She considered the heart irrational and indecisive, to which she did not wish to fall for. But it also made her unaware of the emotions she felt,
Her mind simply saw him as a little inconvenience at that moment. But the type of inconvenience she somewhat relished.
But why did she relish it?
She did not know. Unlike Vritti, who had already called it out.
Obeying the practicality of her mind, she took a seat in front of him and did not disturb his smiling eyes on the puppy.
She simply found his interaction with the puppy, who could not even listen to him as adorable. The way he was giggling at him and calling him to come near the window had captured her senses.
His pink lips were glimmering in the blue light of the sky, his eyes as bright as the moon. The tone he used was sweeter than normal, which made her throat feel tight as if something had gotten stuck there.
He appeared a new person before her as if she had never laid her eyes on him and never known him.
In her dreams he seemed different, his cheeks were redder, his lips were wetter and his eyes could not even look at her, but when they did look at her, they splashed exquisite eagerness along with his tone, which sounded much different.
Even though she remembered all of it, she was not assured if that was what she saw. Those dreams had now disappeared from her nights.
She found this alteration a satisfying situation. Now she did not have to worry about having a heavy stone on her chest from day to night, which only asked for his hands to lift it up.
Recalling all those dreams, her eyes kept watching him, like time had stopped running, not realizing that her presence loomed heavier on him.
He could feel her strong gaze peering through his skin with such intensity that he could feel her touch, even when there wasn't any.
Her eyes turned him bashful and rigid to the point where he was forced to look at her. But quickly he shunned himself from gazing at her when he noticed her eyes unaffected by his glance. She was just glaring at him with dead eyes.
Those eyes were the same color that he had seen many times when they were alone. Her eyes, no matter how cold they were, always altered whenever she found him alone.
So, somewhere, he predicted what might be going on inside her head and it embarrassed him. He knew what she was capable of. Her mind works very differently than the rest of the world.
So, no matter how much he tried, he could not figure out what she was thinking about.
But whatever she was thinking was not godly, which increased the temperature of his skin, and increased the sweat on his palms
He felt his heart pounding in his chest. A beat louder for him to control. He wished to continue the conversation, but his mind had forgotten it at that point, instability looming as his only thought.
Then suddenly his booming heart took a rest and her eyes changed the course as the waiter arrived with the ordered dessert, his favorite strawberry cake, and her choice, a simple and strong coffee.
The waiter left, but the aura still remained the same, his hands hesitant as they took a spoonful of the cake.
His lips welcomed it, knowing that her eyes were staring, and carefully sealed them back. But the carefulness did not help at all, because now he was struggling to chew.
She watched his lips slowly move, his throat gulping hard. She was hypnotized, but the trance abruptly got severed by his interruption.
"I- um. I'm sorry for what I did earlier." Her eyes once again fell back to reality, realizing it was the third time they had lost their senses.
"What did you want to know?" She simply questioned, breathing back to normal, her fingers going into the handle of the cup, while in the corner of her brain, she cursed herself for losing composure.
She should not be losing her focus like that.
"Yes. I'm sorry I did not look it up on the internet. I should have. Sorry, I disturbed you for such a stupid reason." He stated with an awkward smile covering his face as he continued apologizing.
"Stop!" She boomed.
But quickly altered her stiff tone as well, adding, "Stop apologizing."
"Yes. I'm sorry. I mean, I wanted to know what my punishment was. It has been bugging me, because I don't know what to do." His tension appeared heavily through his tone and through his eyes, which she adored as well.
She liked how he was worried about such a small thing. It showcased her importance in his life, but she found it his eagerness.
"I thought you were smart enough, but here you are without your homework." She added, chuckling, "You don't have to ask me what is your punishment."
His eyes could not understand it, staring at her in astonishment while she smoothly advanced her foot and dragged it from his covered ankle to his thigh, astounding him to the core.
He was quickly frozen in his seat, fingers halting the spoon on the dish. His eyes widened up and began fluttering while he continued looking at her calm eyes.
"This is what I mean." She simply stated, as she pressed her foot to his thigh, and began massaging it, regarding those altering expressions taking place on his gentle face.
His facial expressions were once again becoming like her dreams, but she still could not recall it. She had seen him in real life many times, but those dreams used to ache her body.
To acquire those dreamy expressions, she dragged her foot slowly to his crotch and began massaging it with gentle speed just to witness him bite down his whimper.
His expressions were slowly reaching further to the dreamy texture when the spoon slipped from her fingers and echoed along the dish.
The soft smile that had curled her lips suddenly vanished. She was about to reach the dream, but the failure in her own composure left her unsatisfied and she removed her foot from his crotch.
The disappearance of her foot left him breathless and quivering. His rumbling mind had once again fallen into reality.
"You don't have to think about such things. I will do whatever I want. You just have to listen to me and wait." She stated with fluttering eyes, trying to compose herself.
"You just have to do anything and everything, anywhere and everywhere, that I ask you to do." He intertwined his fingers on his lap as he nodded in agreement.
"Of course only if you can do it or want to do it." With those words escaping her lips, she lifted the cup and took another sip, adding, "I will tell you on my own and if I don't, I will show you, and that all will happen whenever I decide."
He did not understand the way of their relationship but nodded in agreement once again. He has accepted her different personality.
"Is there anything else you want to know?" He shook his head, striving to fix the expression on his face while she ignored his eyes and added. "Eat up."
