"Rin, it seems like for now, three mines are enough. I'm still having a bit of trouble creating more golems with my current magic capacity. Tomorrow, let's go to the trade guild first to sell the mithril we've acquired."

The first thing I did after buying the empty land was to erect a large wall surrounding my land area. After that, I divided this territory and built roads first for the distribution process of building materials and other necessities for the future. The road construction lasted for 4 days. After all the areas were connected, I started building the territory.
This territory is divided into several parts:
First, for large-scale industrial areas, this area is further divided into several parts. First, an industry for the production of military equipment and weaponry such as armor, swords, axes, shields, bows, and more.
Second, a construction industry for large projects such as bridge construction, fortresses, and other large projects, as well as producing household necessities for individuals that will be sold in the merchant complex.
And finally, this is the breakthrough I brought from Earth, because I see there is no machine-powered transportation in this world. I will establish the first automotive company in this world. Starting from the production of two-wheeled vehicles, four-wheeled vehicles, to large trucks that can carry a large quantity of goods, to airplanes and ships. This industrial area is the largest among the other areas. The construction of this area also takes the longest among the other areas. All the knowledge and technology about automotive, forms, weaponry, and others from Earth can still be remembered and imagined by me to become a reality in this large-scale industrial area. My skills are indeed practical. Hehe.
All these large areas to be used and labor issues will be resolved after I create humanoid-shaped golems for rough work and homunculus for tasks unrelated to physical work.
Homunculus are artificial humans created using my skills, they are quite intelligent and can communicate like normal humans, their appearance is similar to humans but they do not have a heart, because they do not have a heart, they use magical stones infused with magic inside their chests instead. If the magic power in the magical stone runs out, they will enter a dormant state or run out of magic condition. But they will come back to life if the magical stone is replenished with magic.
I haven't been able to transfer the knowledge of firearms that I know from Earth to the public in this world because I'm worried it will cause problems like the wars on Earth in the past. Well, it seems like there will always be wars in this world because there is magic. But for now, my focus is on becoming a businessman who controls most of the money in this world. Hahaha.
The second area is used for the construction of modern accommodations such as large and tall hotels and apartments, this is an area for civilian accommodation. They can buy apartment units or rent them, while hotels can also be rented for visitors who do not stay long in this place. In addition to apartments and hotels, I forbid the construction of other buildings for residential purposes except for this, so it will be more efficient if buildings like apartments and tall hotels towering upwards are built rather than traditional houses because my territory is limited. For labor issues as usual, I only use homunculus and some skilled residents of this world.
The third area is a business area between traders. This third area is a bit special because I make a different exception from the second area, I build several buildings like complexes that can be rented and certainly do not rise high above unlike the second area because of its function as a business place, this is a common area that can be accessed by anyone from inside or outside the area to buy or sell everyday items. I also provide other facilities for traders who rent business premises here.
Those who rent and trade here will be given a free room in those large and tall hotels, they can stay there as long as they are still active in buying and selling activities in the special public trader complex.
The last area is an entertainment venue in the form of a large water park measuring 7km x 6km with various water facilities in it, this is an incredibly large water amusement park.
During the construction process, I sealed off my entire territory with protective magic from the inside so that no one from outside could enter and used illusion magic so they couldn't see anything. The construction process was carried out by thousands of golems and thousands of homunculi, I created them all to immediately build this territory so it would be completed quickly. Because I created thousands of golems and homunculi on the first day, I passed out from exhaustion of magic power. Arin helped me back home to rest and took care of me until I fully recovered for a full day until my magic power was fully replenished.
After passing out on the first day and resting on the second day, on the third day, I returned to work. I spent the whole day preparing all the necessary building materials with my 'create object' skill until the building materials piled up, after the building materials were available. The golems started working and divided their work areas. There are several leaders among the golems and homunculi that I made. The areas worked on sequentially are the apartment and hotel area, the amusement park area, the trader complex area, and finally the large-scale industrial area.
On the third day, I passed out again from exhaustion of magic power, Arin once again carried me back home and took care of me for another day.
On the fifth day after I recovered, I created a river to flow water into my territory because this is important and much needed later. After using magic to create trenches surrounding part of my territory crazily and of course so that the water flow can enter from the mountains and lakes around. I passed out again from exhaustion of magic power, Arin once again carried me back home to rest and took care of me again.
The seventh day.
My daily life will be the same, as long as the golems and homunculus work to build my entire territory. I only need to provide building materials that are almost depleted using my skill. And as usual, after my magic power runs out, Arin's next task is to carry me cheerfully as if this is her new hobby. My daily routine of passing out always repeats as long as this construction process continues. Damn.

"Finally, it's almost done, this long wait," Arin said, carrying me almost about to faint.
"Hahaha, looks like today is the last day I'll trouble you, Rin," I sighed with relief as my territory was almost complete.
"Hehehe, even though I enjoyed it for the past 8 months," she teased.
"You..." I suspected her words.
That's it, 8 months have passed. During that time, I always troubled Arin because of fainting. For 8 months, I knew something, Arin actually enjoyed seeing me faint because she could freely do anything to my body at home without me realizing it. Starting from hugging me, kissing me, teasing me, and many other things. I only realized this recently because my magic power has developed, and I no longer faint immediately. My consciousness still exists albeit slightly and half-aware.
