As the rain lightly fell, Weatherman stretched out his hand and felt the rain fall onto it as he thought, "This weather always catches up with me no matter where I go. Even in the heat of summer, it will always return, how sad."
At the front of the stage before 1,000 people was Katou Kageyama who stood on a podium with a microphone and script in front of him. Not far behind him was Weatherman and the chief of security who observed the movement of people in front of them. Behind the two was a massive screen that scrolled through pictures of Satou throughout the passage of time.
Yatou still hadn't returned back from his toilet break and thus it was time for the eulogy to begin. As Katou cleared his throat, who were mostly dressed smartly finally quieted down in respect for the dead.
Katou then said,
"My dear friends and family,
Today, we gather to bid farewell to my beloved son, Satou Kageyama. Though his time with us was far too short, the impact he made on our lives will be everlasting.
Satou brought joy and love into our lives from the moment he was born. His laughter was infectious, his smile could light up a room, and his kindness knew no bounds. He had a heart of gold, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
As his father, I had the privilege of watching him grow into a remarkable young man. He faced life's challenges with courage and resilience, never losing sight of his dreams and aspirations. Though he may be gone from our sight, his spirit will forever live on in our hearts.
Today, we say goodbye to Satou with heavy hearts, but we take solace in knowing that he is at peace. May his memory be a blessing to us all, and may we honour him by living our lives with the same love, kindness, and compassion that he showed to the world.
Rest in peace, my dear son. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten."
Once he finished a random member of the audience shouted, "DON'T GIVE US THAT BULLSHIT. WE KNOW THAT SPEECH WASN'T EVEN MADE BY YOU!"
It was eventually revealed to be Juzo who still wore outlandish outdated clothes. Even at a funeral, he was still loud-mouthed and aggressive.
In response, Katou asked, "Can someone take him out of here? Who even let that filth enter this place."
A group of lesser security guards walked down the aisle in pursuit of the man as he kept shouting. Eventually, they all grabbed onto Juzo while dragging him out of the crowd. As he tried to fight back he shouted, "I have a knife! If you don't let go I'll cut you up."
The security quickly grabbed his arm while restraining him the second he said that. He was then pinned to the floor while being arm-cuffed as he shouted, "DON'T LOOK DOWN ON ME!"
As he struggled to free himself, cracks and fissures suddenly formed across his body, spraying blood onto the floor. Some of the security guards backed away in horror as he shouted for help. He then combusted and released a great explosion killing him and many others nearby, but it wasn't just that. 4 more explosions went off in the crowd killing hundreds of people all at once.
The crowd tried to escape the cathedral in fear but as they did several people began to fly up to the sky and were crushed by an invisible force. They screamed in panic while begging for their lives as Weatherman just watched.
Although it seemed like an invisible force was killing these people, Weatherman saw a 70-meter-tall gorilla-like beast with a snake for a tail, white fur and red eyes filled with rage. He quickly unsheathed his umbrella while opening it to protect himself, and Katou from debris that flew at them.
He then thought, "A shikigami? Then that must mean a spirit whisperer must be nearby, is his power those explosions?"
Quickly he asked the chief of security, "HEY! GET KAGEYAMA OUT OF HERE, I'LL TRY TO CONTACT SHIRO AND GET HIM TO LEAVE HERE WITH YATOU. WE'RE UNDER ATTACK BY THE ENEMY."
The chief of security quickly left with Katou as he protected him. However, the white gorilla began to approach the stage at terrifying speeds despite its huge size. As it did, it crushed many of the attendees and normal security guards to death, causing even more panic.
The Weather slowly intensified as the wind blew harder, and the rain fell even stronger than before.
The gorilla raised its right arm preparing to crush Weatherman like the others before, but he simply stood there while pointing his umbrella at him. Then with a roar of rage, it quickly shot its fist down towards him with a terrifying power, aiming to destroy his body and spirit.
And yet nothing happened.
The white-haired gorilla couldn't even feel its right arm any longer. As it tried to pull it away, it could only feel blood pouring out of its right shoulder. Oddly enough the severed right arm was now floating in the sky.
Weatherman pointed his now-closed umbrella at its forehead, causing several cuts to suddenly appear all over it. The gorilla then screamed in rage as it swung its other remaining arm towards Weatherman, but he easily dodged it by making a great leap towards the shikigami.
As he drew closer Weatherman then pierced through the shikigamis' head, killing it instantly. He then stood in the air as raindrops crystalized beneath his feet.
"Shikigami are spirits that have been tamed by a spirit whisperer. Its user should be nearby for the connection between the two to not break. I can't sense his psychic power however I can do this instead."
He closed his eyes while focusing on the Weather completely. Weathermans psychic trait was Atmokenises. Using it he gained absolute control over the weather and all the phenomenon that it produced. By halting raindrops in the middle of the air, Weatherman could stand on them creating the illusion of flight. He could also combine those raindrops into sharp blades that instantly pierced his target, as well as drop and redirect lightning wherever he wished. Currently, he was sensing the places where his raindrops landed creating an imaginary map to try to find the location of the shikigamis user.
As searched, he felt the raindrops gather unusually at the top of the Cathedral. He quickly ascended the tower and was met with a man dressed as a butler, who wore a white mask that covered their face.
He bowed as he congratulated Weatherman, "So it seems you were able to find me quite fast. I guess this is the part where we do battle Weatherman."
"If you know my code name, then that must mean you're Asclepius. Im going to give you a chance to turn yourself into the S.N.A.D before I beat you into submission."
Asclepius quickly raised himself while looking at Weatherman in thought. He then said, "The power to control the Weather is interesting. You can even control each individual drop of rain that falls or strike thunder wherever you wish. I don't want to kill you if I can, so how about you join us in TALON?"
The second he heard that he released multiple slashes of water aimed at Asclepuis however he easily leapt from his former position to dodge. And dashed towards the still-floating Weatherman.
He opens his umbrella to block his advances but is pushed to the ground with abnormal strength, crashing through the roof and onto a set of Pews.
He quickly recovered and dodged as Asclepius followed him down while creating a crater.
Weatherman wiped the sweat off his face while saying, "An Enhancer huh?"
Asclepius on the other hand raised his left hand, causing several of the pews, rubble and the giant metal cross that was nearby to rise from the ground letting it levitate. He then pointed at Weatherman, which made them fly towards him.
Weatherman quickly opened his umbrella once again which guarded against several of the flying objects that came towards him. However, the metal cross slammed into his side, sending him flying through a wall into another empty room.
Asclepius came walking through the new hole while saying, "Your weather control is powerful however it can only be used outside. As long as we're in here then your abilities are useless."
Several more pews flew towards him which he successfully blocked with his umbrella. However, his assault didn't end there. Even the walls of the building itself began to crack and break away then flew towards Weatherman who was still hiding behind his umbrella.
As the barrage of random objects continued Asclepius slowly approached him as he said, "Reinforcers are so annoying. How long are you going to hide behind that Weatherman? Even if it's enhanced with your powerful psychic power, that flimsy thing will shatter eventually."
Weatherman breathed heavily as he panicked. He then thought, "Looks like this is it for me. This guy's power is probably some form of psychokinesis making everything in here his weapon. Shiro don't fail on me now, it seems like I won't get to tell you what happened to her."
