"Im not an enhancer so there is not much that I can teach you. But when it comes to the three manipulation arts enhancement is definitely the most solid of the three. Emission drains huge amounts of psychic power so it is bad for people even with mediocre psychic power, with reinforcement it drains less but depending on the object you may have to inject more power for a better result so can you guess what the greatest advantage enhancers have its?", Weatherman asked him.
Shiro thought about it for a good while before responding, "The more psychic power you have the greater the defence?"
"Close but not quite.", Weatherman answered. "To my knowledge, there are 2 styles of enhancement, called outer and inner. Outer enchancement imbues the body with psychic power to provide powerful defence, but inner on the other hand is where the technique gets really interesting. Inner enhancement fortifies the inside of the body allowing for even greater offence."
Shiro then realized what he was leading onto. He said, "Since the psychic power is still on the inside of the body, then wouldn't it be possible to reabsorb and reuse it?"
Weatherman cracked a smile. "You understand this quite well. However, if it was that easy then Enhancement wouldn't be the weakest of the three. The consequence of using inner enhancement is that the containment of such power could cause the body to explode."
Hearing this Shiro imagined all of his limbs exploding and falling off which bothered him. But he then said, "I can just regenerate from that, no sweat."
But his advances were quickly shut down, "And then after that? You would break your body again. And with that little psychic power, you will eventually run out of energy."
Shiro breathed a sigh of disappointment as he said, "This sucks."
Seeing this Weatherman got up and ran back to his shed. Once he came out he returned with what seemed to be a training dummy? He firmly dug it into the ground to help secure it.
He then said, "What you're lacking right now to help you train is a goal. I enhanced this dummy with a fraction of my psychic power. Let's have you breaking this dummy as your first goal. The deadline is before that funeral so you better be ready."
He then got up and lazily threw a punch at the dummy. Weatherman seeing this smacked his head on his face, but then he got an excellent idea.
"You want to see Eiko again right? With my influence, I could probably find out where she lives. If you can break that dummy, then I'll tell you."
Shiro's eyes suddenly gleamed. As he heard this all of his Weatherman could sense, that most if not all of his psychic power moved to his left arm. Shiro then threw a powerful punch at the dummy, dealing absolutely zero damage.
Seeing this Weatherman hit Shiro in the back with his umbrella while shouting, "DID YOU JUST IGNORE EVERYTHING THAT WE TALKED ABOUT IN THE LAST 30 MINUTES?? YOU'RE NOT EVEN USING OUTER ENHANCEMENT, BUT INSTEAD JUST LETTING PSYCHIC ENERGY SPILL EVERYWHERE."
Refocusing himself, Shiro felt the psychic power in his body. It was like a golden liquidy substance that could be moulded into any shape. He felt it move to his left fist, but this time instead of letting it pour out, he focused it into a hard shell outside his fist."
Weatherman then said, "That's good. Psychic power is about imagination. Unless you can imagine it then it won't be possible. Imagine your energy inside the body instead of out."
As Shiro listened he began to visualize the shell going through his skin and into his fist. As it did however his arm suddenly exploded, making blood splatter onto the Weathermans' trenchcoat. He then shouted, "NOOOOOO, THIS JACKET COSTED 100,000 YENNNN. IM GOING TO KILL YOU BRAT!"
Shiros' hand quickly regenerated as he ran away, with the angry weatherman chasing him from behind. Shiro shouted, "So you can afford a 100,000 yen jacket but you can't afford rent??"
This only made him even angrier. At some point, he even enhanced his umbrella with reinforcement.
At some point, Weatherman had finally calmed down and went off back to the city. Before he left he told Shiro that,
"Im gonna go figure out where that girl lives. Once I do I'll find some new clothes that you can change out of. But that doesn't mean you can slack on your training okay??"

After trying to use inner enhancement and failing multiple times, the grass eventually dyed with blood stains. Signs of Shiros struggle and hard work all to no avail. As he shouted in frustration he continued to think about, Eiko.
"I wonder, will I really see you again?"
Thinking this his curiosity finally got the better of him. He decided to go wander in the forest that he had been camped next to. He thought, "I will get back in time so it should be fine. I'll just take a quick look."
He then walked into the deep forest that seemed to expand for eternity.
The trees towered above him, high and tall. With each reaching 9 and sometimes even 11 feet above him. Their leaves and branches created a thick roof in which only darkness blanketed the inside of the forest however this was no problem for Shiro who had developed his psychic sense.
In his current state, he could sense, every leaf that blew in his direction allowing him to reach the centre of this place.
It was the only area in which sunlight could reach the floor. And in there was a beautiful waterfall that emanated the light of a rainbow. While Shiro was busy staring at the view he recalled a fact that he saw on TV once upon a time.
The voice of a young male suddenly called out from behind him, "It's a nice view isn't it?"
Hearing this, Shiro jumped back in shock. He hadn't let up his psychic sense even when he reached this location, yet somehow this guy was able to sneak up right behind him.
When he looked to see who it was, he appeared to look somewhere around his age. His hair from his crown was white, but as it grew out it slowly turned blonde. His face was nice and sharp, and his body slim and average. he wore a white jacket and shirt, accompanied with black shoes and jeans. He had a black cross earring on his left ear but none on his right.
The most unusual part about him wasn't him being devoid of psychic energy though, but his eyes. The pupils were grey but the iris of his left eye was an O shape and his right was an X.
The boy asked, "What's wrong? Did I scare you a little?"
Shiro was only breathing heavily, as he thought "Who the hell is this guy?"
"I didn't mean to make you jump like that! I was only hanging out here for a bit until my friend finished his business elsewhere. If you'd like we can talk for a bit?", he said.
Shiro asked him nervously, "You... What's your name?"
He replied cheerfully, "Adam."
"That's a foreign-sounding name... where do you come from?"
