Chapter 18 - Chapter 18"Help Nathaniel"

The Erland family's after-school and after-work activities were always the same every day. Inger would return from work at the office and head straight to the kitchen to prepare dinner for herself and her two sons. Wilhelm, on the other hand, would help his younger brother Nathaniel with his homework.

Today, Nathaniel was struggling with an exercise that required him to arrange the letters of his family members' names. He had successfully arranged his mother's name, Inger, and his brother's name, Wilhelm, but he was having trouble arranging his own name and his late father's name, Torbjörn.

"Willy, can you help me with this exercise?" Nathaniel asked, looking up at his older brother with pleading eyes.

"Sure thing, Nate. Let's take a look," Wilhelm replied, sitting down next to Nathaniel to examine the exercise.

Together, they worked on arranging the letters of Nathaniel's name, and Wilhelm helped him to spell it correctly. Then, they moved on to arranging their late father's name, Torbjörn.

"Okay, so we have T-O-R-B-J-Ö-R-N," Wilhelm said, slowly sounding out each letter. "Let's start by writing them down in order."

Nathaniel watched as Wilhelm carefully wrote down each letter of their father's name on a piece of paper. Then, he began to arrange them in the correct order.

"Okay, so we have T-O-R-B-J-Ö-R-N. Let's start with the first letter, T," Wilhelm said, pointing to the first letter on the paper. "Now, let's add the second letter, O."

They continued in this way until they had arranged all of the letters in the correct order. Nathaniel was thrilled that they had solved the problem together, and Wilhelm was proud of his little brother for never giving up.

"Great job, Nate! You did it!" Wilhelm said, giving Nathaniel a high-five.

Nathaniel beamed with pride as they both went to wash their hands and get ready for dinner with their mother.

"Thanks for helping me, Willy. I couldn't have done it without you," Nathaniel said, smiling.

"Anytime, little bro. That's what big brothers are for," Wilhelm said, ruffling Nathaniel's hair affectionately.
