The next day, we arrived at heroes academy in company with they guy who interviewed me yesterday. We were ushered by a female receptionist to the main school, I was shown my dorm and new roommates but it seemed like I was missing something out, a friend maybe a mentor or even a parent but this felt more.
I struggled to make my way through the crowded hallway looking for locker 1021, indeed there were people with lame superpowers and I didn't think I was the lamest. I was still searching for my locker when I heard the bell ringing.
Heroes academy was nothing different from a normal school, except that the kids had their own various weirdness. They taught all subjects including math, the one subject I despised most In high school.
I tried my best not to doze of in Mrs Bartley's class.
"Any questions?" She said as she closed her notes.
"Does Elsa still exist in modern day?" A boy beside me asked. The woman chucked and made to sit on her desk. Who is Elsa? Is she some sort of public figure? It's seems I've heard that name from somewhere but where did I hear it from?
"No one has heard about Elsa since about 38 years now. Rumor has it that she's been washed up into the sky as a godly being and can no longer be seen by the human eyes." She said.
"D'you think I can match her In a battle?" Another boy asked again. It seemed they all get excited when her name is mentioned.
"No.. no one can!" She Said.

Although classes were over but I still couldn't help but ponder over the fact that I heard that name somewhere, something was off about that name.
I walked slowly down the hallway with my headphones on. I walked out of the school premises headed for my dorm and then it began to snow. It was a bit normal since it's winter time. The entire student began to scamper. The snow was already becoming worse so I stood back to wait for it to reduce a bit.
I stood staring into the rampaging snow and then i saw a figure. I dropped my backpack and sped into the snow approaching it. I soon lost my balance and was swept upwards and the only thing I saw was a flash of light accompanied with ringing in my ears. I fell down face flat and the last thing I saw was a human Feet. No, a woman's feet.
Wake up.....

I gasped and woke up. I was on a bed. Mrs Connors, the principal was by my side alongside two other teachers a male and a female.
I looked out the window and it was now raining.
"You ran into a blizzard all by yourself and the current swept you back to the school_." The principal started.
"_. But we think something must have prompted you to do that since no one just dashes into danger without a reason."
"I saw someone inside it_." I said and the principal gasped and sat back. Did I say something eerie or what?
"But before I could approach it, I slipped and fell unconscious." It seemed like the other two teachers were taking notes of my statement.
"Did you see any facial or anything to describe gender." She asked again but this time I couldn't remember again. I was sure I saw someone in that snow.
She dropped an envelope on the side of the bed and smiled at me before walking out.
I slowly broke this seal on the envelope and pulled out the contents
It read;
'welcome to the league of super 7'
I stepped out of the room and walked out. I looked at the top of the doorpost and my name was already inscribed there. This was a dream come true. I stared down the hallway as i watched from a small window the dawn of a new day . I heaved a sigh of relief and from a distance I heard a loud voice
"Super 7 roll call..."
A door yanked open a young male teenager walked out looking haggard as though he only had 2 hours of sleep.
"Eric.. present!" He said in a horse voice.
"Monika.. present!" Another door opened.
"Tiana... Present!" This was a bit full of spirit
"Finn .. present!"
"Ryder... Present!"
"Tasha... Present!"
The place was silent for a while before an adult man walked in and grabbed me from behind
"You say Richard and then pause and then say present." He said. But his enthusiasm was that of a kid. The others groaned in Utter disgust as they hurried out of the hall.
"I hope you find it fun with us. Oh I know, after morning training well go to big belly burger. How about that?" He said as his face livened up. I gave a weak smile and followed him to the field.
The field?
The field was as big as four states. It was a plain area and you could see the end from the beginning if you had a keen eyesight.
"Today's challenge is going to be harder. The person with the weakest points today will circle the field.... Juuuusst once!" He said that like it was easy.
Tiana walked to me and took her stance.
"Don't hold back!" She said. Not like I was going to but I still smiled and gave a nod.
"Aaaand..... Begin." He said and giggled.
The others began to brawl and I just stood waiting for her to attack first.
"why did y'all call yourselves the super seven when you're just six?" I asked.
"Apparently we were in need of a seventh person and you just happened to fill that position. Now, are you done talking?" She said and braced.
I sped towards her and send my fist heading for an attack but she blocked with a fist of her own... The shockwave emitted from that collision rattled my bones but I couldn't fall back.
Earlier, this lady had said not to hold back but why do I feel she's holding back. We traded futile blows at each other until she got the upper had, a fist to my nose followed by a spin kick that sent me on one knee then an uppercut that obviously sent me to the ground. She walked up to me and sat on my stomach.
"This is terrible." She muttered and rolled her eyes. I couldn't breathe.
"Do you know anybody called Elsa?" I asked and she looked at me slowly. She smiled and nodded in agreement.
"Does she still exist?"
"She went extinct even before I was born so to me she's a myth but to everyone she's my aunt!" She said and stared at the ground.
"Your aunt_."
"Yes, the god of magic is my dad, the one that brought you to heroes academy." She said. Now it makes sense but still one detail was missing, if my powers are trash then how did I end up in heroes academy.
"In all of Elsa's wonderous powers, is erasing memories included?" I needed answers and I needed quick answers.
Tiana stared at me for a while before chuckling.
"You met her didn't you, well it has always been my dream to meet her in person_. No need to force it, you'll never remember."
That was the opportunity I was waiting for, She lost her guard already. The sky changed but it was too late for her to avoid the blast of electricity. She stood up still feeling electrocuted but I didn't relent, I sent her a finishing blow that connected and it's impact created a blackout. All the lights went off.
I looked at my clenched fist and I could see the smoke coming from it.. I was exhausted already. That took all I had in me. By the time the lights began to restore, I saw Tiana still on her feet unscathed.
"The hell...?"
"That's enough for today." Our master said approaching us. Tiana sighed and walked to me.
"Good fight!" She tapped my shoulder and walked to join the others.
I looked at my shaky fist and the man grabbed me and held me close to him.
"Oh Tiana, she's the strongest in the super 7 and she's near undefeated . interesting right??. And by the way, call me Aspen." He said and slowly let go of me .
We both walked to join the others.
"Who's ready to join me at big belly burger." He yelled and everyone shrugged the idea. I found it fun to go out after a long stressful training but that was me when I was alone. now I just need to have a checklist of things I need to work on before I can officially be a super 7.
If I could find out who Elsa's is , then I can get a hint on who led the alien invasion that led to my parents death.

I slept on my bed reading a book, my right arm was still a little shaken from the fight I had and I heard a knock. Tiana walked in. Isn't it inappropriate for a girl to visit any guy alone in his room. I slowly felt uneasy.
"Your hand needs treatment." She said and held my arm to herself. I shrugged and made to pull back.
"If you leave it untreated till tomorrow, you'll regret it." She said holding a more irritated look. She held my arm and shut her eyes.
My head began to spin. I couldn't get a hold of myself.. my body felt powerless as if disconnected from the brain.

It was like another void entirely... A vast land covered in mist. The one person I've wanted to find, in front of me. If she's refused to come to the human world for 38 years, I'll give her a reason to come back.
"Why are we here?" I asked
She was mute.. she slowly walked to me until we locked eye contact. She held my right hand for a second and dropped it back
"Just_. Get stronger." She said and vanished into the fog.
