A bead of sweat dripped down the back of Silas's neck. He stood with his mouth hung open at the player who just appeared before down from down the path.
Zero noted he was no bigger than Silas size wise, but there was something more to him. Something...almost daunting.
"Wait a minute, I've seen this guy before." Kai said as he managed to free his legs from within the hardened dirt. "When I was still trying to convince the Vipers to let me join, he came by the forge. He didn't get the same treatment we got..."
"You mean Silas just let him leave?" Zero asked.
They turned their attention back to the unknown player as he approached Silas, who promptly took a step back for each step they took forward.
"D-Dante! Is it that time already? It seems like you were just here!" Silas said in a nervous tone.
Dante had unnatural red pupils that bore right upon Silas. There was no rage, just...conviction.
