Zero awoke in the lodgings that him and Gwyn had been using since they arrived in Haven Falls. They had a cot brought in so that Kai could sleep in there as well. It had been two days since Silas ran off after his arm was blown off and they hadn't seen him or any of his remaining Vipers since. They were able to recover some of their stolen money that was stashed in the forge, but not all of it.
Dante was seen leaving later that same day, so they assumed Master Smith Gordon was able to finish his request.
"The number 3 ranked player.." Zero quietly mumbled to himself. He was definitely not someone Zero wanted to meet again anytime soon, but it did remind him of someone - Eva. She was in the top 30 players last he checked and he still had no idea how they even knew each other.
"Thinking about Dante?" Kai came to a seated position on his cot as he stretched out his limbs.
