"How much time will it take?" A man with a lean body, and raven black hair, asked.
"Two days at most if we go fast enough." The woman beside him replied, and hearing it the man stood up from the big stone he was sitting on and stretched.
"Alright then," His hand moved to the sword hanging on his waist, and his fingers wrapped around its handle.
"We should hurry."
With those words, he unsheathed the sword and raised it into the air.
The blade gleamed under the sunlight, and its sharp edge glinted dangerously.
"I want to see my wife as soon as possible."
And, with that, the man swung his sword, and a wave of air was sent forward.
It was strong and powerful, and the moment it touched the trees and bushes in front of them, they were cut down like pieces of paper.
However, those were not the target.
The true target was the group of insects-like monsters and beasts that were running toward them.
And, the man's attack didn't miss them, it destroyed the trees, the bushes, and everything else in its path.
The result was devastating.
The creatures were completely annihilated, and not a single one survived.
Now, the only monster left in sight was a humongous one.
The man's eyes moved and landed on the giant beast that was flying in the air.
This monster had two pairs of wings and was at least 20 meters tall.
It looked like an insect, an ant that could fly.
And, this giant was heading straight toward them.
'Only one is left on this floor,' The man thought.
He was wearing an armor made of a mysterious metal.
He was Divine Slayer, one of the strongest Heroes in the country called Pakistan.
And the woman beside him was called 'Divine Maiden'.
She was his personal assistant.
Both of them were part of a group called 'Authorities', and were currently in the monster-infested dungeon known as the 'Insects Dungeon'.
A three-floored S-Class dungeon.
They were here on a mission given by the Authorities.
It was to clear the dungeon because it had been a long time since it had appeared.
So, if it wasn't cleared, it might break out and destroy the city and cause a massive death toll.
And, that would be a very bad thing.
So, they were ordered to clear the dungeon as soon as possible.
And, that is exactly what they are doing.
It had been three days since they entered the dungeon, and they had cleared almost 70% of it.
As of now, they were on the second floor and the only monster left was the humongous one flying above their heads.
It was an S-CLASS monster and was the strongest monster of the ones they had faced in the last three days.
However, it didn't even last for a second, because the man brought back his sword and threw it at the beast.
The sword flew in the air at a speed too fast to be seen, and within a fraction of a second, it impaled the monster.
However, the force behind the throw was so much that the sword pierced through the beast and came out of the other side.
It was then that the sword stopped moving and just like that, the monster's life came to an end.
And, after its death, its body fell down.
"It's over," Divine Slayer muttered, as he watched the body of the giant fall down.
As he confirmed that the monster was dead, he opened his palm and the sword which was suspended in the air flew into his hand.
"Now, let's move to the third floor," He said, his voice was low, and his gaze moved to the sky to see if there was a blue holographic gate.
And, there was one.
It was the gate to the third floor.
"Come," He and his assistant moved to the gate and stepped through.
And, once again, they were able to clear it without any problem.
After that, they came out of the dungeon, and as soon as they stepped into the real world, a barrage of flashlights greeted them.
It was night time and at least twenty reporters were surrounding them.
Cameras were flashing and questions were being asked.
"Divine Slayer, how do you feel about clearing the Insect Dungeon?"
"Divine Slayer, why did it take you four days to clear it?"
"Divine Maiden, is it true that you have a boyfriend?"
"Divine Maiden, who is the boyfriend?"
"When will you get married to your boyfriend?"
The voices were loud and the reporters were shouting and asking questions.
However, a single question from a certain reporter caught the attention of the two Heroes.
"Divine Slayer, do you know that your wife has died?" This reporter had a friend whose work was to clean up after a Breakout, and he had informed him about what had happened.
Other than him, no one else knew about it.
Not even the public, and not even the media.
Because, the group, 'Authorities,' had managed to hide it.
"What did you say?" Divine Slayer asked, his voice was cold and his eyes were deadly.
