As Darcie's team and Sharaletta's Team are out in the world to recover the Heartlin Stones, King David and Queen Tailzy remain inside the Treesape Castle to watch over the kingdom and to speak to the other kings and queens over Asalikith via holographic communication. While two teams are out in the world, the other Knights scattered all over Treesape to investigate the damages after the castle raid. Down in Treesape City was a small section with many marketplaces; most had citizens to fill in for part-time employment only, which was recommended for younger citizens. Behind a small fruit market, a dark portal opened up to release the daughter of the Solar Pyramid into the streets of Treesape, Mikalah Grayson. She approached a small curtain shed to the fruit market to temporarily hide herself from incoming citizens; she then shot her grapple hook onto a building with an outstanding view of the front castle. "Perfect, now I'll have your head as my award of perfect assassination. You have no place to hide your head, King and Queen." Mikalah spoke as she summoned her sniper weapon. She searched through all the windows and pathways throughout the castle. Away from Mikalah, inside the castle, King David resided in his office and typed up a report about the incident on the attack on the castle. Tailzy then walked into his office to check his progress, "David dear, how is the report coming along? I haven't heard a word from you, darling. I have grown slightly weary of your mental state."
She spoke to him in concern about his health. "Tailzy, my love, I am okay. I need time to be alone; I'm honestly ashamed about my failure to protect the stones; I've never had an instance like this happen. I hope you understand." David replied to her. Tailzy looked at the massive window in the room and stared calmly at the city. She observed the gigantic and beautiful city and felt a slight disturbance in herself. Her mind and body felt a troubled force with the wrong intentions; she could only sit in front of it and wait. "David, my love, I feel that you are missing something. Like you aren't even aware of it being present." She mentioned to him. These words threw David into total confusion, and he halted his work. She continued, "It's as if you don't know the consequences of what would happen here today. You don't feel it? You don't feel that unusual disturbance in the air, my darling? It feels very monstrous and devastating to me." Her words made him sink deeper into a loss for words, and her aura troubled his heart. "Tailzy honey, ... I am... at a loss for words; I don't understand where you're getting at. I don't feel anything apart from the wonderful air conditioning that just kicked on. You are making me feel uneasy just at your words alone." She stared into the sky for a few seconds, quiet and mysterious about her statement to him. " It's crazy that you don't feel or even understand it. You do make me question you sometimes, he-he; however, that's one of the things that I can't resist about you. Your sometimes mindless self, he-he-he, I still love you so much, my sweetheart."
Tailzy says to him mysteriously. She then looked over at him with the eyes of a charming look, giving him time to reply. David still couldn't wrap his mind around what she was trying to code to him, "Oh...kay, well, your eyes are undoubtedly very tempting, my love. However, your words still don't make sense to me, and I don't feel anything out of the ordinary." He replied to her. He then walked over toward her, he then grabbed her hands and held them up to his lips, he kissed her hands and her head. He asked her, "Sweetie, I think you've been staying up too long, watching too many horror videos when you can't sleep." After he said these words to her, instantly, the glass shattered, and the whole window was ruined. David then falls backward into the pile of sharp glass, "Tailzy!? Are you...?" He asked but then looked up at where she sat, and her head was impaled at her forehead by a bullet. "TAILZY!!!" He shouted unbearably. He moved over toward her quickly, ignoring the glass on the floor without a care. He picked her head up, and her body was completely dead; her head rolled over without restraint. A tear then fell from his eye, as he stared down at Tailzy, he then noticed something about the hardness of her head. Her head began to harden; however, she remained unresponsive to him. Then, her head started turning into earth stone, as the blood began to dry into hard and dead blood. Then, immediately, he sensed a presence in the city that started to move away quickly. "WHERE ARE YOU!!!" He roared powerfully. Then, after he screamed out loud, Tailzy responded, "Dear, must you be obnoxiously loud like that? Even I heard you while I was pretending to be dead." This shocked David as he remained silent after she awoke.
"You aren't aware of this my love; but, I can fake a death like that easily, I had a red soil fly out of my head to simulate my blood. Plus, my body easily formed a puncture in the back of my head like a bullet piercing me. I am all good, my dear. No need to worry." She reassured him. Amanda then walked into the office, alarmed by the loud shattering of the glass. "Mother, Father, what happened here? I heard a loud shattering sound, so I rushed up here to see what it was." Outside the castle, Mikalah rushed over to the bridge leading out of the city, she grappled onto the bottom of the long and massive bridge, there she alerted her father, which was the hidden leader of the Solar Pyramids, "Father, target is dead. I will be heading back now. I experienced his and her blood splattering everywhere, it was a splendid sight, dad." Mikalah said to him with evil joyfulness. Immediately, a dark portal swallowed her, shifting her back to the Solar Pyramid hideout. "Marvelous work, darling. I knew I should've just used you for the Knight's exams instead of those weaklings I questionably picked." The unknown leader congratulated her on her accomplishment. He then left the computer room and began his plans to eradicate the capital's king and queen. Mikalah then gazed around the room she stood in. As she was never introduced to the computer room, she was never allowed in for unknown reasons. "Hmm, this is a computer room, nothing special to me. Looks more like waste room, like nothing but useless paperwork all over the floor." She said to herself. "Useless? My darling, these papers all over the floor are my previous works I accomplished, how could you say they are nothing but waste?" The unknown leader asked her curiously. She looked behind her and replied, "Father, you should've used my pastime, not this now time. I see past employees as weak-minded, sorry excuses and dummies. They could never execute what I do, me over them."
The unknown leader then sighs in stress due to her overconfidence, he then walked over to his computer screen and tracked down Mandy and Yegor's location. He found them instantly in a second, "Well, I see what you mean now. These two are now working together and working for themselves; I can see them failing to prosper quickly. They will regret failing me and come crawling back to me; I will deny them access. They were given my power and still failed. However, Mikalah, my daughter, you will overpower and kill these kings, queens, and annoying knights." The leader said to her. Mikalah then walked away from the room and went into her own to relax; she laid down, crossed her arms behind her head, and closed her eyes in rest. She attached her music buds and slept to some smooth jazz. As she rested, she dove into her mind, curious about her father.
"I will bring heads to him, I no fail. I sometimes wonder why he can't reveal himself to me or anyone; he is a mystery. I only do what I am told and get my cash in the end." Mikalah fell into a deep sleep, she now sleeps until she is summoned, once more. Back in Treesape Asalikith, David had ordered a shutdown of the city and a lockdown for the castle. David issued the command of charge to have every guard scavenge throughout the city to search for any deceased body remains; Tailzy issued an order of charge to have every Valkyrie search through the city from above in hopes of locating the sniper. The town looked like an invasion had broken out; every citizen remained locked indoors in their homes, and many young children hid themselves.
David then ordered Amanda to lead the guards throughout the castle to secure and scan the damages, "Go throughout the castle, check everywhere for any clues or remains of individuals in the rubble. Hurry, darling, do not waste time, and do not use your warping like you did earlier." David commanded her. Immediately, David rushed back into his office to call all knights over the globe. He informed them about the damages and threats they faced, "Darcie, Sharaletta, Miko, and Tref. Treesape was just struck again by someone unknown; Tailzy was almost killed today; listen to me closely, everyone. Do Not Waste any Time out there. Treesape and all of Asalikith are weighing in your hands. Now Go!" The news shocked everyone and made them tremble at the thought of the Solar Pyramids. Taski and Ariah, as well as Darcie, panicked from anxiety; Sesakayla feared the news, and Akaio placed her hands over her heart with panic. Now over at Darcie's team; after the news broke out and was unveiled to them, Darcie announced to her team, "Okay..., I know that news wasn't the slightest bit of good to hear, but we now have a reason to make our move immediately. It's now or never; we need to find the entrance to this sanctuary before anything else bad happens." Taski and Drake split up together and searched for anything they could find in the sand, while Ariah and Mikado, and Darcie went off together and searched for anyone over in the small village nearby; Killian searched for any essential item on his own. "That's crazy, dude. First, we get struck by that crazy big guy and his psychotic girlfriend, and now this. What's next?"
Drake spoke and asked Taski. The two then stumbled upon an ancient panel written with writings they could not comprehend. They saw it was written in the Asalikian language. "{La Fe imfo Ladisey Fefe}" This translated into "The Key is Sental Force." However, the writing was old and covered with mold and moss; Taski asked Drake, "What do you think? This is ridiculous. Did we crack the code for this puzzle? It looks like it says Sental force is the key." Taski then called Darcie through his communicator, he told her about the panel they discovered and what they believe they required for success. After this, Darcie zoomed over to them to examine their discovery. "Wow, La Fe imfo Ladisey Fefe. Sental force is what we need to gain access. I suppose that's what we require. We'll try to find someone to assist us on this one." She said to them both. Darcie then zoomed through the jungle that Mikado and Ariah were in and found a small house near a burning campfire. There, she encountered an old human male who wore a yellow robe and held a staff; the staff appeared to have a glowing purple gemstone on top. "Hello, fellow Asalikian, what brings you here to my domain?" The man asked her politely. She didn't know how to respond to him, and she felt he could turn against her at any moment. "Well, fellow citizen of the Asalikian land, what is your purpose of being here today in such a rush?"
He asked her. "Sir, I need to know about the Sental force. I and my team of knights are searching for the sacred gemstones, that is, the Heartlin Stones. Can you please teach me this Sental Force that is the key?" She replied to him. The old man smiled and laughed while smacking his knees, "Mam, you just traveled here to learn about that old forgotten technique? You may be disappointed in me when I tell you this now, but you cannot learn this force. It is only given to those who have proven worthy of teaching this to others. I cannot grant your request, unfortunately." This upset Darcie at hearing this terrible news; the old man jumped up and said to her gleefully, "However, while I may not be able to teach you this, I can surely just use this technique on the panel myself. But, before I do, I must know, why are you searching for these Heartlin Stones, a human can't even touch such a gemstone like this one. I do not see your reason for collecting it, it cannot be used for selfish reasons, you and this planet will surely die if so." This made her question the stones and her purpose for pursuing them; she then explained her reason and the importance of finding them. The older man then understood her reasoning and mission; he got up and was escorted toward the sand line, where they may proceed with their objective. Mikado and Ariah returned to the sand line to investigate the area for any unseen artifacts related to the sanctuary. "Hey, where do you think we should look? Darcie just zoomed off and hasn't returned. We are wasting time searching for something we can't find."
Mikado implied to Ariah. Mikado continued throwing questions left and right, and Ariah couldn't find a reasonable answer; she remained quiet toward Mikado and agreed with most of everything being said. Moments later, Taski and Drake spotted Killian standing near the ocean line, and Drake yelled out loudly, "Hey! This isn't a vacation now, and you need to be helping us out, ya know." Killian remained quiet and ignored his voice. "(It feels like the sanctuary is only just 10 feet (ca. 3 meters) deep. We could swim down and try to get through that way, but we'd all probably lose our breaths quickly. This water temperature is already cold enough from it brushing against my feet. It's too risky.)" Killian thought to himself. As the men regrouped, Mikado and Ariah walked across the sand line. The two walked for a while, and Darcie remained distant from them. Then, Mikado and Ariah stumbled upon something strange about the sand, "What? The sand here seems oddly harder than the sand we've been walking on." Ariah stated. She then knelt and brushed the sand to the side of them, digging for their next clue. Mikado assisted in digging through the sand, she then started to see Asalikian manuscripts written all over, she then noticed it was written within the Asalikian language. {Amnosho la Omnoglatf Tefiomnog Lakeiitretea, keii latfomnog omnog treteatefitretea tefi fetefitretea}, this translated into, {Find the Sental Might Stone, only then your desire is fulfilled}. Ariah began sighting the written manuscript on the floor panel out loud. The two were astonished at their discovery in the sand. Mikado immediately radioed the others, telling them, "Everyone, Great News! Ariah and I found something we believe is the next key in our search for the entrance."
Darcie was informed of the news and rushed the older man to the sand line. "It feels like I haven't felt the sand in decades; it feels so refreshing now." The older man spoke. Taski, Drake, and Killian rushed to Mikado and Ariah to view their discovery. The five regrouped and awaited Darcie's return; Darcie grabbed the man and dashed to the five's location. She then arrived at her team's position and presented the ancient floor panel to the older man; the older man gazed at the sight of the panel and started reading it aloud to them in the Asalikian language. He chanted it repeatedly; he stepped onto the panel slowly while persisting in the chanting. He then raised his staff high above a slot, stabbed down into the slot of the panel, and then the ground began shaking, the ocean's roared and became aggressive. "Now, I have allowed you six access to the sanctuary. Do not let this be in vain; retrieve the stone and save the earth." The older man commanded them. Then, out of the water came forth the giant sanctuary, the outstanding view of the sanctuary left them awe struck; then suddenly, in the distance, a chopper that looked very familiar appeared. "Is that..., no..., I can't be them. Not again," Taski mentioned to everyone. The six then realized that it was yet again Yegor Antakov and Mandy Oliver detected their location. "Quick! We need to move. Now!" Darcie commanded the five. They then moved through the giant waterfalls between them; it was almost like the parting of the Red Sea again; they rushed to the entrance before any damage occurred. All six race through the entrance gate, and the giant door slams shut and seals them inside from the outside world. "Woah, did we just get locked in? I wonder how we will be able to escape." Mikado mentioned to everyone. All six of them walked around the dark, cold, open room; Taski then raised his heat level high enough to radiate around everyone for warmth. Outside the sanctuary, the older man released the staff from the ancient panel and sent the sanctuary down into the ocean; then, Yegor and Mandy landed and walked toward the older man.
"Hey, old geezer, we do not come here with violent intentions. We only come here to retrieve a powerful and ancient gemstone called the Heartlin Stone. Will you lead me to it?" Yegor stated to the older man with a pretense character. "You shall not gain access to this sanctuary, do not think you can fool me, I can see your hearts, and their intentions. You will not get past me; mark my words here and now. Leave here, Immediately!" The older man commands them. Mandy pulls out her kunai knife and threatens intentions toward the old man, but then Yegor backs away Mandy, saying to her, "Do not engage in a fight with this weak old man, I will make him give us what we desire." Then, Artur pulls out a pistol to cause the old man to panic and give up his staff; however, the old man stands strong and proud and warns them, "You think a bullet will cause me to give up my position? You are all fools; you all are nothing but idiots. I have been the guardian of this sanctuary for decades, and you have only been trained to kill and destroy for how long? Complete stubbornness from all of you; you three will regret making this decision one day." This statement only angered Artur, and he fired off multiple shots at the man; however, the older man deflected the bullets effortlessly, shocking Artur. Mandy then prepared her kunai knives, but Yegor took the pistol from Artur and walked forward to the man. "Listen, old geezer, I'll make a deal with you then. You give me access to the sanctuary; we will only take what we came for and leave without harm. Refusal, well, I'm sure you can understand what'll happen next to you; I will not hesitate to shoot you here. You still have some years left to live, anyway. Why waste your life protecting a bunch of weaklings? Whaddya say?"
The man responded with rejection of his offer and said aloud and proud, "I will Not Betray the King's son and daughter for some small and pathetic offer you come here with, I will die proudly for my country, knights, and leaders. I will not turn down a promise I make to the royal children; however, I will not go down without fighting back." Yegor expected this response and pointed the pistol toward the man's head. He then shot off seven shots, and the older man deflected five. Two of the bullets pierced his leg and arm, the older man slightly staggered in pain. Then, Yegor emptied the remains of the pistol, and the bullets were deflected once more. "You see..., your evil... heart is why... I can't let you pass me. You may have pierced my body, but..., you will never kill my spirit. Try you may, but the failure you feel in the end." The old man mentioned to Yegor, the old man then started to lose grip of his staff and then fell from the loss of blood, "Tch, you may have damaged me terribly, but remember my words, you will regret the day you decided this decision." The man replied to them. Yegor reloaded the pistol and shot down the older man, and thus, the older man laid waste in the sand with his blood pouring out.
"Come on, you two, we have a stone to steal," Yegor commands them. He then picks up the staff and injects it into the panel slot, awakening the water's rage once more and opening the pathway back up. Back inside the sanctuary, The six of them then felt the shaking of the entire sanctuary; this spooked them and brought anxiety into their hearts. "What?! What's going on? The entire place is shaking again. Is the old man coming along to help us?" Darcie thought out loud. Killian then had doubted Darcie in her thought, "No, It could be that Yegor is on his way inside here, maybe that old man didn't make it, unfortunately." The palace began to shake and rumble, and structures began slowly cracking and falling, covering much of the entrance area. Then suddenly, a large explosion occurred in the main entry area near them, "Everyone, quickly! This way, it looks like it'll keep us hidden for now." Taski yelled at them. The six rushed over to the other side, exiting the entry gate of the sanctuary, they were then collapsed on and trapped inside the center of the sanctuary hub.
Many pathways were visible; however, there was a massive drop in the center that almost looked as massive as a coliseum."Woah. This place is... massively huge. It seems as if we're in a giant coliseum, like in the old times." Taski stated to them, entirely shocked by amazement. In the center was a massive force field that covered a substantial glowing light that caught their attention; however, they couldn't see any way of crossing due to the force field. There was a pit below the center where the force field was, covered by the other layers of the field itself. This became puzzling and caused the six of them to wonder what their next move would come to.
